Nice and clean room with buffet breakfast. With welcome drink, pop corn and ice cream for free. Pet friendly. Will come back again.

We had a smooth and pleasant stay overall. The hotel’s amenities were good, the location was convenient, and the staff provided great service. Everything was well-organized and comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the room could still be improved, as there were some areas that didn’t feel as clean as expected. The room and some of the furnishings also looked a bit old and could benefit from some updating or maintenance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the good location, amenities, and service. With improvements in room cleanliness and renovations, the experience could be even better.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They even gave us a complimentary cake for the celebrant, which was a lovely touch! We also enjoyed the pool and breakfast buffet. Overall, it was a pleasant and worthwhile stay. Would definitely consider coming back!

We didn’t got a chance to use the swimming pool coz it’s raining 🫠 but I hope they should give us a complimentary day pass for the swimingpool si we can come back one day just to use the pool coz really we booked the place for the swimingpool view it has a great view. I can understand they can’t control the weather but they can make their customer happy to give some complimentary service for the future.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel’s El Nido location — the property and service were excellent, so we booked the Manila branch expecting a similar standard. Unfortunately, our experience in Manila was very disappointing. Service was extremely slow throughout our stay. The elevators took forever to arrive, and waiting for one going up or down wasted a lot of our time. When we made requests for items, they either took an unreasonably long time to arrive or never showed up at all. Twice we asked for ice, and we never received it. The in‑room safe was also broken and would not work. To be fair, the staff seemed willing to be polite, yet they did not put in enough effort to resolve guest issues or meet basic guest needs. It is a real shame to see such a big difference between two locations of the same hotel. We cannot recommend the Manila site, even though we loved El Nido.
