"This was my second time staying here and this time I stayed here for 9 nights and the overall service and ambiance of the hotel was excellent. Location is very convenient as its right behind the T3 Airport and it would only take you 10 mins via Runway Manila to reach the airport. It’s also near a Starbucks, convenience store, and laundromat. Staff were nice and helpfull"

"overall nice hotel but aircon is not really cool even i switched to 16 deg C with highest wind flow. clean hotel old design and abit small but match to the price. if aircon can improve the hotel is prefect outside hotel many food stall and shopping around. all fine and security is good, booking grab to airport just take about 15mins, cost to airport or from airport is below 200 Pesos."

"Very satisfied here even if I booked this outside the country for my mum, my sis and my nephew but I can really say and have seen everytime I do vc to them that they're very comfortable with their stay. And the one who entertained was so kind, not sure if it was the owner of the care taker cause I wasn't the one who's there but they said the accommodate them so well. Would probably recommend this condotel to anyone who's looking for a place to stay😊"

"I seldom leave less than stellar reviews, however, this place had a moderate amount of roaches. That’s a little out of their control, but the amount of roach corpses in the cupboards, sills, even in the fridge is not. The room looked nothing like the picture, they painted and there’s splatter all over the chairs tables, furniture, I will not stay here again, regardless of price and location. I left a lot out, like the leaking ac unit she just put a trash can under and the fact that it uses actual keys, I thought key cards or smart locks were required to be available on trip. Nice view, but the fan outside is so loud! Stay across the street at Savoy and avoid this place."

"What I admire most is that we can cook at the condo. They have a smart tv where you can watch your favorite netflix movies. It has many elevators that can cater to all guests. The staff were also kind and was attentive to all our requests."

"There is a shopping mall called Mall Asia nearby, and there are Japanese restaurants, Chinese restaurants, and Shabu Shabu restaurants on the first floor, so the infrastructure is good. There are many convenience facilities on the first floor, such as a convenience store, massage shop, and beauty salon. There are many options, and the rooms are large and the ceiling is high, so it doesn't feel stuffy. It's good value for money."
