88 Courtyard Hotel Hotels in Pasay

88 Courtyard Hotel

"My experience with 88 Courtyard Hotel was remarkable. The staff were friendly, helpful, greeted everyone and well-mannered. The best part was the nearby Baclaran Market which made shopping so convenient and affordable; and food so cheap. Housekeeping was efficient and rooms were cosy and spacious well fit for the money. The proximity to SM MOA and the airport were big bonuses. Areas that needed improvement were rusting shower rooms and, change of shampoo to foamy."

Yatai Spa Hotels in Pasay

Yatai Spa

"Booked this hotel because of proximity to Manila airport terminal 3. It was an interesting check in experience as it’s a spa and we have to change outside clothes before going to the room. They gave us the spa uniform which is comfortable. The sauna, jacuzzi are working well. They are very assistive also. The rooms were upstairs with the lounge area, though could be better with the smoke smell still can be smelled in the room despite non smoking room. Bed was a bit stiff, but enough for a night’s sleep. Food was free flowing, good choices. Massage therapy is additional fee. Play area and other entertainment were nice. Just quite hot in the common areas, made us sweat."

TRYP by Wyndham Mall of Asia Manila ★★★
"A comfortable stay here. I think the price was a bit inflated because of the big fireworks contest at the Mall of Asia. I felt the room was a bit on the small size. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and attractive. The refrigerator was a joke, too small to fit much inside. Nice rooftop pool and gym. You also pay for the convenience of being near the Mall Of Asia which is about a 10-15 minute walk. I wouldn't suggest doing it in the heat of the daytime else you will be very sweaty by the time you reach teh mall !"

Lanson Place Mall of Asia Manila ★★★★★
"This is my second night at Lanson place. After the great experience in the first night, I decided to cancel another reservation and extended the stay here. This time, I book a room with Lanson club (executive lounge) access to have a try. Frankly, the extra cost does not really proved to be worth. While the staff are polite, friendly and helpful as always, there are very limited food and beverage options in the lounge (compared to other hotels' lounges that I have experienced). The view from the lunge is also limited (see the photo). The food option such as the breakfast in the photo is quite limited as well. It occurs to me that Lanson Place could be a good option for the regular rooms but not the executive ones. Perhaps the in-room W/D would something that I appreciate, but it is definitely not worth the much higher cost. I'll stay in a regular room in Lanson next time."

"I used this hotel for a layover, as I was catching a domestic flight to another destination in the morning. It's a good value-for-money hotel. However, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which was a bit of a downside. On the plus side, it's very easy to find, visible right after you cross the bridge from Terminal 3. I'd consider using it again for a transit stay."

Airport Hostel Manila ★★
"[The Good] Strategic Location: Perfect for a layover. Very close to the airport, which saved me a lot of time and stress. Cleanliness: The rooms are well-maintained and cleaner than I expected for a hostel. [The Bad] Cold Shower: Please note that there is no hot water. Be prepared for a cold shower. Bedding & Temperature Control: The room only has a fan, which was not a problem itself. However, they only provide a very thin sheet as a blanket. Even with just a fan, it felt quite cold at night, and the thin sheet wasn't enough to keep me warm. [Verdict] A solid, cost-effective choice for a short stay near the airport if you don't mind cold showers and bring an extra layer for sleep."

Tips for Booking Pasay Hotels

Plan Your Trip Around Busy Periods

Pasay gets busiest during Christmas and New Year (Dec–Jan), the summer school break (April–May), and Philippine holidays like Holy Week. Hotels near the Mall of Asia, Roxas Boulevard, and NAIA can fill up quickly, with rates often rising during these peak times.

Check Out Local Events and Festivals

Events like concerts at SM Mall of Asia Arena, trade shows at SMX Convention Center, or Manila Bay festivals attract both locals and tourists. Visiting during these occasions can be exciting, but expect crowds and limited hotel availability nearby.

Grab Extra Perks When Booking

Look for Trip.com deals, early-booking discounts, or hotels offering free airport shuttles, breakfast, or parking. These extras can free up your budget for bayfront dining, a sunset cruise along Manila Bay, or exploring nearby markets and attractions.

Pick the Area That Matches Your Travel Style

Stay near Mall of Asia for shopping, family fun, and easy access to entertainment. Choose Roxas Boulevard if you want scenic bay views and cultural spots like CCP Complex. For travellers with early flights or short stopovers, hotels near NAIA are the most convenient, with quick airport transfers and minimal travel hassle.
