"sakto lang yung laki ng kwarto, really good for 4 persons.. the beds are comfortable and the other couch/sofa can also be used to sleep.. kumpleto naman yung amenities, malakas din yung wifi, yung CR maganda but I would recommend kung pwede palagyan ng mat or basahan sa loob kasi walang mat, baka may madulas kasi basa palagi. And I would also recommend if the management would allow and really tell their staff na maglinis sa room or I dont know kung dapat ba itong irequest muna or part na ng service but nonetheless, our experience so far is really nice naman and knowing na Pasay lang siya malapit lang din sa airport and everywhere you want to go to.. the attached picture is an overlooking photo from the unit na tinirhan namin and we were in the second to the last na floor at ito talaga makikita mo once you get there.. maganda especially sa gabi hehe thank you so muchh Home Me!!"

"The place is near the airport but the room was not that clean and the smell in the toilet was bad. There's a balcony but you cannot open the door. The door was locked or broken (don't know). The stove is not functioning and there's no electric kettle to use if you need to drink hot coffee. The refrigerator isn't clean and there is some smell. The service is not that good. Can be able to contact the personnel assigned if you have some questions to ask. The good thing was that the wifi was good. That's all, I hope that they will improve their service and clean the room well because it's near the airport and it's convenient for the people who want a short Stay before their flight."

AnMacsOur stay at Sheraton Newport Hotel was comfortable and relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were courteous and accommodating. We also loved the very convenient location, with easy access to Newport Mall, restaurants, and nearby establishments. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great choice for both quick getaways and convenient city stays.

Ann Clarize RoxasOur stay at Conrad Manila was truly one of the most relaxing hotel experiences we’ve had. What made it even more special was seeing how much my father genuinely enjoyed the stay. Compared to other hotels we’ve been to that sometimes felt overwhelming and too busy, Conrad gave us a calm and peaceful atmosphere that made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
The service was excellent, the ambiance was elegant yet very relaxing, and everything made our stay feel memorable and stress-free. Definitely a place we would love to come back to.

If you arrive at T3, you can walk directly from the 4th floor of the terminal via the runway – it takes about 10 minutes, making it super convenient. There's a restaurant on the second floor, and you can also cross the street to the mall opposite. Both dining and shopping are very accessible. There's also a ** on the first floor.

Anyway so far so good..for us it is good kasi malapit sa mall and easy to go to moa too..for 5days in staycation in condo were good coz were safe naman po.. and the room is clean too then the security and sfaff were also good naman po..thank you and i will stay again when we were planning our next vacation in manila.. GODBLES

It was our second time here. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I also appreciated the excellent amenities. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

First room was on the 3rd floor, I couldn’t rest well because the sound of the traffic nearby was really noisy so I requested for another room then they gave me a room on the 12th floor. AC was not working well and needs to be replaced. However on my last night I requested to moved because of the noise beside the room doing renovations. I wish they would planned their renovations better. Overall I enjoyed my stay, I love the room and my view. Staff is very kind as well.

Guest UserThe only disappointing part here is that they have provided a dirty looking blanket and towels.
WIFI works only 1 day on did not work for another day.The property contact number which said they will assist you is not that accommodating. Also I have to mention here the additional 400 pesos you need to pay aside from the payment you had on trip.com for extending your stay.
I paid already on trip.com why would I need to pay them again. As they said,” so i wont have to check out again because the check out is 11am and check in is 2pm. ??? I don’t get why i need to pay that when I just extend my stay and I do I have to check out if I didn’t pay that 400 pesos?
I save them for another cleaning of room if I didn’t check out and I should be the one to pay additional?

RP091st time to booked this place and I can say na ba balik balikan namin sya, this will be one of our go to places na. The staffs are all friendly and approachable. Aside from the comment I left personally the other thing that I noticed was the dining area is too hot, it's not well ventilated. I hope you can do something about it so the guest can enjoy their breakfast. Thank u
