Our stay at Sheraton Newport Hotel was comfortable and relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were courteous and accommodating. We also loved the very convenient location, with easy access to Newport Mall, restaurants, and nearby establishments. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great choice for both quick getaways and convenient city stays.

Our stay at Conrad Hotel was a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, elegant, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The weekend breakfast buffet turned out to be a nice surprise. Since the hotel seemed fully booked, probably due to the expected opening of the Pyromusical event, breakfast was extended to the C Lounge instead of being limited to The Brasserie. The C Lounge actually made the experience better, as it was more spacious and even had live saxophone music, which added a nice touch to the morning. We also appreciated the Conrad stuffed toy and the birthday cake, which was a thoughtful and charming touch. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with the quality service expected from Conrad.

Booked this stay at Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts for my boss and client during their business trip, and the overall experience was very good. The hotel location is very convenient, especially for travelers needing quick access to the airport and nearby business areas. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Service from the hotel staff was professional and polite throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was also quite good with a nice variety of choices. The overall environment felt premium and suitable for both business and leisure travelers. My boss and client had a pleasant stay experience. Would consider booking again for future trips to Manila.

The room was incredibly spacious and the hotel felt very luxurious. It's directly connected to Newport Mall, which is super convenient since you don't even need to go outside. Newport Mall has tons of dining and entertainment options and is very upscale, considered the most high-end mall in the Philippines.

Their service was good, and they were very accommodating. The staff acted professionally and were truly helpful to their guests. Plus, it's close to the airport with easy access to everything.

A bit disappointing. We arrived at Shell Residences around 2:40 PM and messaged the admin to ask whether we would be doing a self-check-in at the lobby since no instructions had been provided via WhatsApp. The admin replied that we should wait until 3:00 PM, which was our scheduled check-in time and what we were planning to do anyway. We waited until 3:00 PM and sent a follow-up message since there had been no update from the admin. Around 3:18 PM, we were advised that Ate Mila would assist us. We met her around 3:40 PM and were finally checked in at almost 4:00 PM. Ate Mila was very nice and accommodating—hats off to her! However, when we arrived in the room, we set the air conditioner to 16°C and waited for about 30 minutes, but it was still not cooling properly. The Wi-Fi was also not working. Ate Mila went back and forth trying to fix the issues. She was able to get the air conditioner working around 5:30 PM, but the Wi-Fi was still down. Another staff member arrived around 6:00 PM, and the Wi-Fi was finally fixed around 7:00 PM. This experience made me feel that the stay was not worth it. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, but instead of relaxing at 4:00 PM as planned, we spent several hours dealing with these issues. We had planned to watch movies and play games as soon as we arrived, but those plans were disrupted. On the positive side, we enjoyed the swimming pool, and our check-out went smoothly at around 12:30 PM. I hope the management thoroughly checks the unit before allowing future guests to check in.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful throughout our stay. I stayed alone, but it would be perfectly fine for a couple too. The hotel has a swimming pool, and security is excellent. The appliances like the TV, fridge, and air conditioning all worked well. The bed was a bit saggy, and once you get towels, they aren't replaced during your stay. Given the great value for money, I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance.

We’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay,but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.

Looking back at our time at the Airbnb—it wasn’t just about the place, but the memories we made under that roof. So grateful we had that space to relax and just be together. Definitely a stay for the record books!
