"Ningbo was the sixth stop on our self-drive tour of nine cities in Zhejiang, and we stayed at the Ningbo Zhongdu New Century Grand Hotel, which we were very satisfied with overall. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the south square of Ningbo Railway Station. For those traveling by car, the hotel boasts a huge free underground parking lot, making parking very convenient, especially for self-driving trips. The hotel lobby has a dignified and grand business style, and the front desk service was warm and efficient. We even received fresh fruit upon check-in. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were well-equipped. The hygiene was impeccable; the room was neat and meticulous, making for a truly reassuring and comfortable stay. Overall, from its convenient location and comfortable rooms to its excellent hygiene management, the comprehensive performance was quite satisfying. It's a perfect stopover point for self-driving tours in Ningbo."

"The B&B I chose for this May Day holiday was a fantastic experience. It's located on Xuedou Mountain, a 6-7 minute drive from Xuedou Temple. The road up the mountain is well-built and easy to navigate. Some tourists parked outside during the holiday, but a space became available later. The staff was very friendly and offered local recommendations for itineraries, which made me feel warm. The complimentary afternoon tea latte was delicious, while the chocolate cake was a bit sweet. I enjoyed the rice noodles for breakfast, and the soup was very fresh. The dinner I ordered was also quite good. The B&B is very quiet, with panoramic views of Xikou and the towering mountains. On clear days, you can even see the sunrise. Unfortunately, it was cloudy on May 2nd and 3rd, so we didn't get to see the perfect sunrise. The room was beautifully designed and comfortable. The only downside was that the shower was a little small, the water temperature wasn't high enough, and the semi-open bathroom was a bit cold. Overall, I highly recommend this B&B and will return next time I'm in Fenghua."

"My husband and I arrived in Fenghua on September 15th and checked into the Howard Johnson Plaza Ningbo Fenghua. As soon as we entered the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. Mr. Zheng (Zheng Shuangquan) at the front desk carefully introduced us to the hotel's facilities and amenities. Later, due to our age, we made some special requests, and he helped us arrange them one by one with the approval of the lobby manager, Mr. Lei. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you for your care and concern! Furthermore, the hotel's rooms and breakfast restaurant were exquisite, elegant, and comfortable. The cleaning staff diligently kept the rooms and corridors spotless, and the beautiful concierge also provided warm care! [Strong][Strong][Happy] Thank you for your hospitality. "The hotel is in the 5A-level scenic spot, the nearest 5A to home. Short-distance travel always feels almost meaningless, so I decided to stay in the scenic spot for two nights and find a sense of ritual. The hotel has a superior environment. On the mountainside of Xuedou Mountain, one step away from Qianzhang Rock and Xuedou Temple. The typhoon happened to come on the day of check-in. The black lights touched the hotel. The air had a faint fragrance of grass and ozone, which was very fresh. Awakening under the white noise of the wind and rain, it was amazing, the yard was unique, and it could be seen that the boss spent a lot of energy decorating and repairing. We have no special plans. The front desk Xiao Huang was warm and thoughtful and gave travel advice. We went up the mountain in the morning and had lunch at the hotel at noon. The chef’s green onion river carp was very good. The soup was all eaten. In the afternoon, I slept for the highest quality nap this year, and then continued to go shopping. I went to Xikou Town in the evening and experienced the cold drinks that Fenghua people were extremely addicted to. The next day I went to the mountain to hang out. I was very comfortable and enjoyed a trip."

"The scenery is really good. On the mountain, the floor-to-ceiling windows open up the rolling hills, and the scenery is delicious. The breakfast environment is very good, there are not many varieties, but it is clean and attentive. The scenery outside the window is beautiful during the meal, and the swallows are flying. It feels good. The outdoor infinity pool is also good, the water is clean and the scenery is good. Usually there are not many people and it is relatively quiet. Many recreational facilities in the mountain are not open to tourists and are not open. The hotel is not easy to find for the first time. You have to drive up from the bottom of the mountain along the right hand side. The sign of the hotel at the fork in the road is not very conspicuous. In fact, it is difficult to find the hotel. Just turn right at the fork in the road. There are no charging stations, and there is nothing to eat or do near the hotel. It is in a village and is surrounded by farmland. However, looking out from the hotel, the scenery is indeed beautiful, and it is pitch black at night. I didn't find a place where fireflies are flying. I read reviews before and said there was no service. Except for holidays and weekends, this hotel is usually not crowded, so there are not many waiters. If you like cleanliness, you can't go wrong. "Just when I was about to go to the hotel. I made several calls but no one answered (I called around 12:30 noon, and got a room card as soon as I arrived at the hotel. I drove to the room I was staying in. The room smelled bad. The environment was very bad, there was a big puddle at the door, and the sunshade on the balcony of the room was leaking. I contacted the front desk on WeChat to change the room, and they changed the room. It was acceptable that you must wear a swimming cap when swimming in the pool. When I went to buy a swimming cap, the front desk said that the auntie had gone off work. I couldn't buy a swimming cap. The swimming pool staff said it was not time to get off work yet. Finally, I asked the swimming pool manager to borrow a swimming cap. Besides, there was nothing to eat for breakfast. The environment and sanitation were acceptable. The service was really bad"

"While there are many luxury resorts around the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai region, very few genuinely entice my family and me to return repeatedly. However, the picturesque Park Hyatt Ningbo, nestled by mountains and water, is definitely one of them. Although the hotel has been open for fourteen years, and the room decor and hardware facilities honestly show their age a bit, the biggest advantage of being built early is its exceptionally prime location. In other words, it occupies the best, most central spot in the Dongqian Lake area, truly standing out from the crowd. In fact, when staying at a resort like this, there's little need to venture out in search of beautiful scenery or delicious food (unless you're staying for more than three nights). The shimmering blue waters and verdant mountains here offer a new view with every step and every moment. As you stroll, you'll encounter ancient structures and historical sites (like the Tea House), a visual blend of Chinese and Western aesthetics (such as the Red Restaurant), Black Pearl-rated Chinese delicacies (Qianhu Fish Port), and Park Hyatt's top-tier Western cuisine (Yue Xuan). Add to that the newly opened petting zoo (with peacocks, miniature pigs, black swans, lambs, deer, and rabbits) and an organic farm (with various fruits and vegetables), and guests can easily lose themselves in enjoyment without ever leaving the property. Of course, what truly satisfies my family and me most is the hotel's professional, warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. A special thank you to the hotel management and service team who provided such careful care and attention during our stay. This includes some staff whose names I know and many more whose names I don't (or didn't remember), such as Director of Rooms Brown, Front Office Manager Catherine, Director of Food & Beverage Lily, Yue Xuan Restaurant Manager Vivian, and Pastry Chef Leo.
