"The hotel service was really good. The front desk staff proactively upgraded our room, considering that a bathtub would be inconvenient for the elderly, which I really appreciate! Facilities and Hygiene: Although the design is a bit dated with some unnecessary items, it's well-maintained and very clean. There were no stains or mold, and the room didn't feel old-fashioned; it was quite comfortable. There's a gym and a swimming pool, open until 10 PM. We checked out the outdoor pool, and it was pretty empty. There was a lifeguard on duty who periodically cleaned the water, so even though it was outdoors, the water was very clean and clear. Breakfast: The selection wasn't extensive, and it felt a bit underwhelming compared to the hotel's reputation. However, the rice noodle station was great, and the pork hock topping was very flavorful. Location: The location is excellent, very close to good food, attractions, and the riverside. We enjoyed a stroll along the Yongjiang River after dinner. Overall, I would recommend it."

"Came here for the world's tallest Shangri-La, and the views did not disappoint! The hotel lobby is incredibly grand, and the 270-degree view is superb, offering a panoramic vista of 'Green City' Nanning. The room layout is well-designed, the bedding in the bedroom is comfortable, and the smart system is very easy to use. All aspects of the experience were excellent, and the service was particularly satisfying! Front desk agent Elva was fantastic; she thoughtfully arranged a room with the best night view for us, gave a detailed introduction to the facilities, enthusiastically recommended many great places to eat and visit, and even helped us with a late checkout. Her service was truly exceptional!!! The ladies at the Executive Lounge, Rose, Wynn, Maddy, and Linny, were also incredibly warm and welcoming. It truly lives up to its reputation as the best hotel in Nanning, I will definitely come again!"

"For the price of 220, I shouldn't have expected a 4-star hotel, but my overall experience was still profoundly disappointing. While the room had been renovated, it still didn't feel like a true 4-star establishment. The TV screen would flicker every ten minutes or so – a new 'eye-care' mode, perhaps? However, it was clean and hygienic. Although the surroundings were quiet, I found the overall experience quite uncomfortable. After checking in at the main lobby, there were no signs guiding us. We had to navigate through a parking lot and down some steps just to find Building 2. It felt particularly eerie and creepy at night. Adding to this, despite the quiet surroundings, the room's soundproofing was terrible. If children spoke even slightly loudly, everyone on the entire floor could hear. Finally, the service was so poor, I wouldn't even give it a single star. Shortly after checking in, an elder in our group couldn't figure out the AC, so they called the front desk. I was then asked to help. While I was still adjusting it, a staff member came over and asked if the AC was problematic. I told them I had fixed it. The staff member then rudely retorted, 'Even if it's fixed, you should still call the front desk to inform us,' before turning around and walking off. Their ungracious attitude was truly baffling. Is this their idea of a 'four-star standard' – to annoy guests? This is likely the most detailed review I've ever penned, not for objectivity, but because every aspect of this stay deserves nothing more than half a star."

"I've stayed here many times, and I still really like this hotel. The surrounding area is fantastic; you can see the beautiful Nanhu Park right from the hotel, and transportation is super convenient. It's just a few subway stops from the East Station. The staff are all very professional, and their service is proactive and attentive. However, the hotel is starting to show its age. The balcony room I stayed in a few years ago felt exactly the same this time around – it definitely needs a renovation. Also, the variety at the breakfast buffet has changed dramatically. There's a huge difference between Saturday and Sunday mornings. On Saturday morning, there was a great selection, but on Sunday, I found the variety to be significantly less."

"The rooms are all very spacious, with an industrial and rustic wood design aesthetic. The room decor is exceptionally high-end, featuring Hansgrohe showerheads and Duravit toilets. We even got a free upgrade to a larger room. The hotel restaurant is also beautifully designed, and the breakfast perfectly captures the ceremonial feel of a Western-style restaurant. Special shoutout to the front desk staff, especially the young man who took many Christmas-themed photos for us with his own camera, free of charge. The service throughout was excellent. "They upgraded me to a suite free of charge. The suite was spacious, and although the facilities were a bit old, they were very comfortable. The bed and bedding were excellent. Every staff member was wonderful, sincere, and welcoming. Special praise goes to the restaurant for using exceptionally fresh and organic ingredients; the food and service were both excellent! They also offer light meals per person, and the set meals were of very good quality, delicious, and plentiful. The restaurant manager was very thoughtful! This medicinal botanical garden is the world's largest; you could spend a whole day there and still not see it all. The environment is uniquely designed and beautifully arranged!"

"This is my second stay here, and it feels even more familiar this time. I chose Nanning Wanda Vista for my Nanning vacation again, and the experience was even better than last time. From check-in to check-out, the front desk staff were professional and efficient. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, plus I had a great view of the Yongjiang River. What really surprised me, though, was how much the hotel's back garden had improved! Not only are there more plants, but they've added quite a few animals, making it feel like a mini-zoo. Being able to see animals while staying at the hotel was a huge hit with the kids! The value for money is absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time."
