"The location is excellent! You can take the subway directly from Nanning South Station and get off at Chaoyang Plaza Station, Exit C. Just walk straight along the mall, then turn left, and you'll see the hotel name on the building. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom, where all the towels were individually wrapped in paper bags to prevent secondary contamination, which is a very unique touch. The breakfast was also fantastic, featuring intangible cultural heritage dishes like Laoyou Rice Noodles, Luosifen, and Chongqing Xiao Mian, all delicious. Sanjie Liangxiang is right outside, so overall, my stay was a great experience."

"Came here for the world's tallest Shangri-La, and the views did not disappoint! The hotel lobby is incredibly grand, and the 270-degree view is superb, offering a panoramic vista of 'Green City' Nanning. The room layout is well-designed, the bedding in the bedroom is comfortable, and the smart system is very easy to use. All aspects of the experience were excellent, and the service was particularly satisfying! Front desk agent Elva was fantastic; she thoughtfully arranged a room with the best night view for us, gave a detailed introduction to the facilities, enthusiastically recommended many great places to eat and visit, and even helped us with a late checkout. Her service was truly exceptional!!! The ladies at the Executive Lounge, Rose, Wynn, Maddy, and Linny, were also incredibly warm and welcoming. It truly lives up to its reputation as the best hotel in Nanning, I will definitely come again!"

"This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations! Robots deliver food and handle any service requests quickly. There's a special takeout trash bin, so the room doesn't smell. Plus, the electric clothes drying rack is amazing – I washed my underwear and socks, and they were dry by the next morning. The hotel also offers laundry and drying services; no matter how late I messaged or called the front desk, I had clean clothes to pick up the next morning. After a long day of sightseeing, they even provide a foot bath, which is a really nice touch for a 200-300 yuan hotel. I stayed for two nights, rented a car to visit Chongzuo for two days, and plan to come back here for another night on my way back. Highly recommend!"

It's about a 4-minute walk from the main street into the hotel's alley, but the surrounding area is super convenient for dining, drinking, and shopping – highly recommend! It's been raining the past couple of days, so we just ate and hung out near the hotel. We also explored the underground 'Mouse Street' mall, and the kids had a blast playing with the pixel art beads. It was a good time."

Plus, there's a mall right next door, so it's easy to grab a meal or do some shopping. The staff service is also great, especially Moon, Pink, Joyce, and Freya from the service center. They were very responsive to all our needs. Our travel plans changed this time, and they even let us have a late check-out. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance."

I had a situation with a DiDi driver about my lost item and one of the front desk staff, Xiaoxue 小雪, really helped me a lot in talking with the driver since my Chinese is not at that level yet. She helped me in handling the process and everything. Because of this situation, I am surely going back to this hotel for my next stay in Nanning! The rooms are also clean and the beds are comfortable. Location is near the Nanning Railway Station and the city center."

Most importantly, the front desk lady was incredibly warm and thoughtful. When I called and during check-in, she even playfully entertained and held my baby, which I really appreciated, especially a big shout-out to Ms. 018! The hotel's Mousse bedding was so comfortable that my little one fell asleep instantly. It really lives up to its brand reputation. "Came to Nanning to visit Mixc City and chose the Crowne Plaza. It was incredibly convenient for daily outings – the metro entrance leads directly to the hotel, and going downstairs for shopping and late-night snacks was a breeze. The room was on a high floor with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide-open view; you could see the entire city's nightscape in the evening. The mattress was just the right firmness, and the toiletries felt high-quality, showing great attention to detail. Allen, the front desk attendant, provided excellent service; check-in was fast, and there's even a robot that delivers takeout to your room door. The hotel has its own pool and gym, perfect for relaxing in your free time. Overall, it's cozy and down-to-earth, suitable for both leisure travel and short business trips. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanning."

The panoramic views from the high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows are absolutely stunning. On a rainy day, with the glass covered in raindrops, the city's high-rises shrouded in mist create an incredibly atmospheric scene, perfect for photos. The room was clean and elegant, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the facilities high-end and complete. The soundproofing was also excellent.
I especially want to commend the breakfast buffet. The variety was incredible, with Chinese and Western dishes, desserts, fruits, and hot beverages all available. Everything tasted great, the ingredients were fresh, and there was so much to choose from, you couldn't possibly try it all. The thoughtful option to pack food to go was a really nice touch and very humane!
The service throughout was meticulous and attentive. Staff responded promptly and were gentle and thorough. Whether for a business trip or a leisure stay, this hotel is perfectly suited, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to this city. Highly recommended!

**View:** The river view from the window was very satisfying.
**Room:** The apartment is located in a green energy commercial building, which is a prime location (though a bit noisy during the day). The common areas on the different floors are old and messy. The room design itself is good, with smart home features throughout, and disposable bath towels, regular towels, and bath bags provided. However, the in-room facilities are just average; the hot water for the bathtub and shower wasn't very hot. Also, the room supplies (water, hand soap, bathing products) were unbranded, and the kettle leaked from the spout, spilling hot water when opened and scalding my hand. I suggest improving these aspects; it wouldn't cost much but would significantly enhance the guest experience.

You won't waste any time commuting, which is a huge plus for busy business professionals. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was struck by its sophistication. The decor is simple and elegant yet stylish, with soft lighting creating a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. There was no noise or commotion, and the entire space was clean and tidy, instantly melting away the fatigue of travel.
Check-in was incredibly efficient. The front desk staff were warm and professional, always smiling. They proactively helped with my luggage, explained the hotel facilities, and even provided thoughtful tips on breakfast times and getting around. The attention to detail was evident. The guest room layout was well-designed, spacious, and bright. The decor was simple and business-oriented, clean, and free of any odd smells. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, and fluffy, making for a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep that completely relieved my work-related exhaustion.
The room was fully equipped for business, featuring a spacious desk, fast and stable Wi-Fi, and plenty of charging ports, perfectly meeting my needs for daily work and video conferences – my productivity even improved. The room's amenities were comprehensive: the air conditioning had precise temperature control, the bathroom was well-separated for wet and dry areas, hot water was immediate and had stable pressure, and the toiletries were high-quality. Everything was thoughtfully provided.
The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western options. The food was fresh, delicious, and nutritionally balanced, easily satisfying different tastes, ensuring I started my day energized. The public areas were meticulously maintained; the hallways, elevators, and lounge areas were all spotlessly clean. DD travelsWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

FfrankfrankExtremely convenient! After exiting Gate 6 with my luggage, I followed the 'Hotel' sign to the second floor, then turned left as indicated by another 'Hotel' sign. I walked through the skybridge corridor, turned right after the corridor, and took an elevator down directly to the hotel. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast is especially good – the juices are freshly squeezed, and there are various noodle dishes. This is truly a hidden gem for a layover.

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

MM441247****The service was warm and attentive. As soon as our family got out of the taxi, someone helped us with our luggage and pushed the stroller to check-in. They even gave us two small toys because they saw we had a child. They also brought plenty of water, worried that our child might have trouble adjusting to the new environment.
We booked a suite, which was large, though the decor was a bit dated. However, the hotel informed us immediately and offered to change rooms. But seeing the large room, thick carpet, and spacious bathtub, we were already very satisfied, and the price was reasonable.
Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of freshly stir-fried vegetables – bok choy, cauliflower, lotus root slices, and sweet peas. The Lao You Fen (a type of rice noodle soup) was also quite tasty. Compared to other hotels with their large quantities of pre-made sausages, chicken nuggets, and steamed buns, I think this place is more suitable for tourists who want to enjoy some vegetarian dishes to balance things out. For more delicious food, you can go to a specialty restaurant outside. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and transportation is quite convenient.
