This hotel truly lives up to its five-star luxury reputation; the overall experience was exceptional! The panoramic views from the high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows are absolutely stunning. On a rainy day, with the glass covered in raindrops, the city's high-rises shrouded in mist create an incredibly atmospheric scene, perfect for photos. The room was clean and elegant, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the facilities high-end and complete. The soundproofing was also excellent. I especially want to commend the breakfast buffet. The variety was incredible, with Chinese and Western dishes, desserts, fruits, and hot beverages all available. Everything tasted great, the ingredients were fresh, and there was so much to choose from, you couldn't possibly try it all. The thoughtful option to pack food to go was a really nice touch and very humane! The service throughout was meticulous and attentive. Staff responded promptly and were gentle and thorough. Whether for a business trip or a leisure stay, this hotel is perfectly suited, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to this city. Highly recommended! **Welcome fruit on the first day:** They also offered complimentary drinks for the children. **Late check-out until 4 PM (subject to availability):** The butler proactively asked if I needed a late check-out. **Facilities:** Complete, even included a JBL speaker and a Laifen hairdryer. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy.

Overall, a fair 4-star rating. **View:** The river view from the window was very satisfying. **Room:** The apartment is located in a green energy commercial building, which is a prime location (though a bit noisy during the day). The common areas on the different floors are old and messy. The room design itself is good, with smart home features throughout, and disposable bath towels, regular towels, and bath bags provided. However, the in-room facilities are just average; the hot water for the bathtub and shower wasn't very hot. Also, the room supplies (water, hand soap, bathing products) were unbranded, and the kettle leaked from the spout, spilling hot water when opened and scalding my hand. I suggest improving these aspects; it wouldn't cost much but would significantly enhance the guest experience.

The decor is simple and elegant yet stylish, with soft lighting creating a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. There was no noise or commotion, and the entire space was clean and tidy, instantly melting away the fatigue of travel. Check-in was incredibly efficient. The front desk staff were warm and professional, always smiling. They proactively helped with my luggage, explained the hotel facilities, and even provided thoughtful tips on breakfast times and getting around. The attention to detail was evident. The room's amenities were comprehensive: the air conditioning had precise temperature control, the bathroom was well-separated for wet and dry areas, hot water was immediate and had stable pressure, and the toiletries were high-quality. Everything was thoughtfully provided. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western options. The food was fresh, delicious, and nutritionally balanced, easily satisfying different tastes, ensuring I started my day energized. The public areas were meticulously maintained; the hallways, elevators, and lounge areas were all spotlessly clean. Security measures were also top-notch, providing a great sense of safety during my stay. Whether for business or a short break, this hotel is perfectly suited. We decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

Extremely convenient! After exiting Gate 6 with my luggage, I followed the 'Hotel' sign to the second floor, then turned left as indicated by another 'Hotel' sign. I walked through the skybridge corridor, turned right after the corridor, and took an elevator down directly to the hotel. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast is especially good – the juices are freshly squeezed, and there are various noodle dishes. This is truly a hidden gem for a layover.

The cleanliness completely exceeded my expectations. The entire room was spotless, free of dust and hair, and the toiletries were well-stocked and clean. The hot water supply was ample, making for a comfortable shower experience. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, ensuring my afternoon nap wasn't disturbed. The cleaning staff were very friendly and responsive when I requested extra cleaning supplies. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and comfort here are truly commendable. I highly recommend it.

The location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

The service was warm and attentive. As soon as our family got out of the taxi, someone helped us with our luggage and pushed the stroller to check-in. They even gave us two small toys because they saw we had a child. They also brought plenty of water, worried that our child might have trouble adjusting to the new environment. We booked a suite, which was large, though the decor was a bit dated. However, the hotel informed us immediately and offered to change rooms. But seeing the large room, thick carpet, and spacious bathtub, we were already very satisfied, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of freshly stir-fried vegetables – bok choy, cauliflower, lotus root slices, and sweet peas. The Lao You Fen (a type of rice noodle soup) was also quite tasty. Compared to other hotels with their large quantities of pre-made sausages, chicken nuggets, and steamed buns, I think this place is more suitable for tourists who want to enjoy some vegetarian dishes to balance things out. For more delicious food, you can go to a specialty restaurant outside. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and transportation is quite convenient.
