"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Sanjie Liangxiang, with well-developed infrastructure and commercial areas nearby. You don't even need a taxi to get around; everything is within walking distance! The hotel is clean and tidy, and the courtyard is spacious, making parking convenient. The breakfast is also plentiful. The only downside is that the room facilities are a bit old, especially the bathroom, which still uses a bathtub from the last century. I hope the hotel can update and maintain the room facilities soon to provide guests with a better stay experience!"

"The room was clean and bright, with a fantastic view from the 81st floor. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we even received complimentary fruit and a mini-bar. Our butler, Elva, provided attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay, even getting us an upgrade to the Executive Lounge. The young ladies in the Executive Lounge – Rose, Wynn, Alice, and Maddy – were all vibrant and enthusiastic, offering wonderful service. Our Nanning trip was truly enjoyable!"

"This stay with my child was absolutely perfect, truly a hidden gem of a family-friendly hotel! The room was spacious, bright, and spotless, with a charming and cozy children's theme. They even provided kids' toiletries and slippers, which was a really thoughtful touch. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and they were quick to respond to any requests, looking after my little one throughout our stay – it was truly heartwarming. The overall environment was comfortable, and the late check-out was a lifesaver. They even offered shuttle service when it rained and valet parking, which was a huge help when traveling with a child. "My stay was excellent! The staff's meticulous service made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and bright, offering panoramic city views. The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed for adjustable ventilation, so I never had to worry about stuffy air. The soundproofing was great, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – I ended up sleeping in till noon without realizing it. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a food delivery locker and a delivery robot. Its proximity to the subway makes getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money. Highly recommend this fantastic experience!"

"First time in Nanning, and there were so many hotels and guesthouses in the tourist area, it was hard to choose. In the end, I decided to go with Marriott, which felt more reliable. The price was incredibly good compared to other cities. The breakfast was especially authentic. Fraya Qin at the front desk provided excellent service. Plus, it's directly connected to the mall next door (the Black Tide Tea at that place is delicious!), and you can get straight to the subway station. Vientiane City is in the other direction, and you can take the subway directly from Nanning East High-Speed Rail Station. I highly recommend it to all tourists!"

They also have a well-equipped gym and a buffet restaurant with a rich and delicious breakfast. The environment is elegant, parking is convenient, and it offers great value for money. "The hotel I was looking for temporarily, I didn't expect to give me such a big surprise. It can be said that it is the best and most cost-effective hotel in Wuming. I really didn't have to say in terms of service. I asked some questions online. The hotel didn't have time to reply and immediately called to ask. I also upgraded the room type for free and gave us a late check-out. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. There was a dryer. The clothes were fragrant and soft. The room was very, very clean and smellless. It was very warm. When there was a problem, the hotel was immediately solved and sent up with a robot. The bath supplies are also fixed and very hygienic. Very quiet and no noise, next to the net red punching restaurant. The breakfast was very rich and the environment was very pleasant to sit in the restaurant. I also sent a souvenir when I checked out, which was really intimate. I hope to keep this service going, don't increase the price hahaha"

"Facilities: As an older five-star hotel, the facilities aren't outdated at all; everything feels very comfortable and pleasant to use.
Cleanliness: The hygiene is excellent. You won't find that typical old-hotel smell or any overlooked dirty spots in the room.
Environment: Facing the lake, enjoying the lake view while dining at the executive lounge in the evening was wonderful! The location is also very convenient; getting around by taxi isn't a long ride to anywhere.
Service: The service was great. I thoroughly enjoyed my three-night stay this time. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends."

"Qingxiu Mountain one-time adult ticket (single entry ticket) - 12:00-17:00 entry: I didn't get to use this ticket because I'd been there before. This is my second or third time staying at the Renaissance in Nanning, after many trips. I used to stay at the Shangri-La. The same front desk staff member who checked me in this time also helped me before. I had just driven for a long time and was completely exhausted. If it hadn't been for that front desk staff member checking me in, I might have been unhappy, haha. I didn't change rooms for the next two days either. Overall, it was a decent stay. I think it's a worthwhile place to stay in Nanning, all things considered. It's even better than the Shangri-La, except for the location and a few special services. I don't have any photos; I don't like taking them. I only have one picture of getting takeout. There's barbecue downstairs."

AAnonymous UserI stayed for two nights, and it was a fantastic experience! On the second morning, I saw the clouds swirling in mid-air, it felt like being in a fairyland! The hotel front desk is on the 80th floor, the highest floor, and the rooms are below. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is very comfortable. The hotel is not far from Qingxiu Mountain Park. I highly recommend visiting Qingxiu Mountain Park if you're ever in Nanning – it's a 5A-rated scenic area and absolutely stunning! It's also super, super big, you can't possibly explore it all in one visit, and the entrance ticket is only 20 yuan, which is an amazing value!

**View:** The river view from the window was very satisfying.
**Room:** The apartment is located in a green energy commercial building, which is a prime location (though a bit noisy during the day). The common areas on the different floors are old and messy. The room design itself is good, with smart home features throughout, and disposable bath towels, regular towels, and bath bags provided. However, the in-room facilities are just average; the hot water for the bathtub and shower wasn't very hot. Also, the room supplies (water, hand soap, bathing products) were unbranded, and the kettle leaked from the spout, spilling hot water when opened and scalding my hand. I suggest improving these aspects; it wouldn't cost much but would significantly enhance the guest experience.

GGuest UserFacilities: Overall very good, right next to Wanda Plaza. It's also quite quiet, and the decor is nice, still relatively new.
Hygiene: Very clean, and the bedding was quite comfortable. The only thing is the air conditioning made me a bit cold.
Environment: The overall environment is pretty good.
Service: Excellent. As soon as we pulled up, someone immediately helped us with our luggage. After check-in, they also proactively guided us to our room with our bags. We arrived late last night, and the front desk attendant even upgraded me to a suite. Many thanks.

DDavidWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

GGuest UserWe spent awhile here as were securing Vietnam visas. This is hotel is far from the embassy. On the other hand,it was convenient for the public transport,but not the subway. The front desk had no clue about whether trains to Vietnam from Nanning are possible. They are and we took trains first to Hanoi and later to Mui Ne.The front desk all over Vietnam was full of good advice and could speak English well enough. As for China,they wanted to help,but didnt have the answers and once I could see them tapping away at their phones I knew they would most likely find the same lack of information I found on line. The train at Nanning leaves at 6PM for Hanoi. A special machine exists that prints out a card in five languages with carbon copies that tear away at each juncture of the trip. This will be a bad night's sleep as they rouse passengers late at night to stamp out of China and later into Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi you'll probably need a taxi,but at 6:30am the only ones prey on tourists st the train station. Most people stay around the Old Quarter and it's a well provisioned sort of place with a giant lake at the center. Getting to the train station here required me to get a motorcycle,but wasnt far. It was easy to buy onward tickets and we enjoyed the food and people watching around the lake. Hanoi is sweater weather in January,but once you hit southeastern Vietnam the weather is hot and humid with refreshing sea breezes along the coast.

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

MM441247****The service was warm and attentive. As soon as our family got out of the taxi, someone helped us with our luggage and pushed the stroller to check-in. They even gave us two small toys because they saw we had a child. They also brought plenty of water, worried that our child might have trouble adjusting to the new environment.
We booked a suite, which was large, though the decor was a bit dated. However, the hotel informed us immediately and offered to change rooms. But seeing the large room, thick carpet, and spacious bathtub, we were already very satisfied, and the price was reasonable.
Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of freshly stir-fried vegetables – bok choy, cauliflower, lotus root slices, and sweet peas. The Lao You Fen (a type of rice noodle soup) was also quite tasty. Compared to other hotels with their large quantities of pre-made sausages, chicken nuggets, and steamed buns, I think this place is more suitable for tourists who want to enjoy some vegetarian dishes to balance things out. For more delicious food, you can go to a specialty restaurant outside. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and transportation is quite convenient.
