This Luxury Collection hotel is truly fantastic! The moment you step in, you're hit with an incredible sense of design; every snap is Instagram-worthy. The staff's service is exceptionally personalized – they seem to anticipate your needs without you even asking. Breakfast is bountiful, offering both local specialties and Western pastries, and everything tastes authentically Guangxi. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is so inviting you just want to sink in and sleep, and the high-floor views from the window are absolutely stunning. I initially expected a hotel of this caliber to be a bit cold, but every single detail made me feel so warm and welcomed. My overall impression after staying here is: worth every penny! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit, and I highly recommend it to all my friends coming to the area!

PuputongtongdedameinvI stayed at this business hotel for a work trip, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It's truly an excellent choice for business travelers, providing a fantastic experience from start to finish. I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling for work!
The hotel's location is superb, situated in a prime commercial area with excellent transportation links. Whether you're driving (parking available), using public transport, or heading to nearby office buildings and conference centers, it's incredibly convenient. You won't waste any time commuting, which is a huge plus for busy business professionals. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was struck by its sophistication. The decor is simple and elegant yet stylish, with soft lighting creating a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. There was no noise or commotion, and the entire space was clean and tidy, instantly melting away the fatigue of travel.
Check-in was incredibly efficient. The front desk staff were warm and professional, always smiling. They proactively helped with my luggage, explained the hotel facilities, and even provided thoughtful tips on breakfast times and getting around. The attention to detail was evident. The guest room layout was well-designed, spacious, and bright. The decor was simple and business-oriented, clean, and free of any odd smells. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, and fluffy, making for a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep that completely relieved my work-related exhaustion.
The room was fully equipped for business, featuring a spacious desk, fast and stable Wi-Fi, and plenty of charging ports, perfectly meeting my needs for daily work and video conferences – my productivity even improved. The room's amenities were comprehensive: the air conditioning had precise temperature control, the bathroom was well-separated for wet and dry areas, hot water was immediate and had stable pressure, and the toiletries were high-quality. Everything was thoughtfully provided.
The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western options. The food was fresh, delicious, and nutritionally balanced, easily satisfying different tastes, ensuring I started my day energized. The public areas were meticulously maintained; the hallways, elevators, and lounge areas were all spotlessly clean. Security measures were also top-notch, providing a great sense of safety during my stay.
Whether for business or a short break, this hotel is perfectly suited. The thoughtful service, comfortable environment, and convenient location all contribute to a truly pleasant experience. Finally, a big thank you to Jia Yi for her warm hospitality!

HexiaojiaThis scathing review is directed at the bespectacled male 'deputy manager.' I've stayed here before and was always completely satisfied with both the location and service, so when I returned to Nanning six months later, I naturally chose this place again. But this time, it was absolutely infuriating. First, upon check-in, I politely asked if an upgrade was possible. The front desk said no, as the hotel was full due to the summer holiday, which I understood. So we proceeded to check into our triple room as booked. However, once in the room, I noticed the bathroom looked nothing like the online pictures (see picture, Photo 1 is the online photo, Photo 2 is the actual bathroom in the room – the hotel deleted the online photo after the incident). I called the front desk, and several people came up. After multiple room changes, it was still the same bathroom. Finally, this deputy manager arrived and admitted that the online pictures were incorrect, and the room I booked simply didn't have a bathroom like the one shown. Although it took a long time and a lot of back and forth, he eventually seemed sincere and offered a room upgrade and a fruit plate for the evening. I then requested breakfast, which he readily agreed to, saying we could just use our room card to get it. At this point, despite nearly an hour wasted, I felt the solution was acceptable.
Then came the crucial part. First, the fruit plate never appeared that evening. Okay, I didn't call to ask again, thinking they might be busy due to the holiday. We stayed for three nights. On the first day, the three of us successfully used our room cards to 'enjoy' the hotel's buffet breakfast. On the second day, we paid for dim sum ourselves, so we skipped the buffet. However, on the third day, when we went for the hotel buffet breakfast, we were stopped. They said their backend notes indicated that the deputy manager had only offered one breakfast! The restaurant staff even called the front desk to confirm, and they still emphasized that the deputy manager had explicitly said only one breakfast was complimentary, and the other two would have to pay. Seriously, is this how your hotel solves problems and treats its customers? Regardless of your leadership rank, you initially offered a sincere solution, which is why I overlooked the discrepancy between the physical room and the pictures. But then you renege on your promise and make a joke out of your guests, don't you? After calling Ctrip that morning and explaining what happened, they 'generously' offered me one more breakfast. Do you really think I'm desperate for your breakfast? I don't need your charity breakfast, and I don't want your cafeteria-style breakfast. I'm writing this complaint solely to complain about you, and it has nothing to do with Ctrip or any other staff members! Of course, a 'leader' from a large state-owned enterprise probably doesn't care anyway.

Joseph Pang JXThis stay turned out to be lovelier than expected, for an airport hotel. While the room amenities were basic, breakfast was incredible and can rival some of the luxury hotels in the city centre. The gym was also fairly well equipped and open 24h which I like. There was also a library/ bookstore here providing a quiet place to unwind.

Guest UserThe rooms were clean and tidy, and the location was fantastic! It's really close to Sanjie Liangxiang, where you can find inexpensive and tasty food. In the morning, you can even walk to the Shuangmazijing morning market for really cheap fruit. Nanning was just a stopover for us, but I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time. The front desk lady was so kind; she upgraded us to a king-size bed room and managed to get it on the same floor as our family room. She even gave us a free breakfast for our child! The hotel also offers free baby strollers, which shows how thoughtful they are – the service was truly excellent and reassuring. It's very close to Yongzhou Ancient City and the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around, plus there's parking available. The hotel facilities are complete, and the rooms are clean and neat, making for a very comfortable stay. All the front desk staff were great – very proactive and enthusiastic, even giving us a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. It's also easy to find food nearby. I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm back in Nanning!

Guest UserWe spent awhile here as were securing Vietnam visas. This is hotel is far from the embassy. On the other hand,it was convenient for the public transport, but not the subway. The front desk had no clue about whether trains to Vietnam from Nanning are possible. They are and we took trains first to Hanoi and later to Mui Ne.The front desk all over Vietnam was full of good advice and could speak English well enough. As for China, they wanted to help, but didnt have the answers and once I could see them tapping away at their phones I knew they would most likely find the same lack of information I found on line. The train at Nanning leaves at 6PM for Hanoi. A special machine exists that prints out a card in five languages with carbon copies that tear away at each juncture of the trip. This will be a bad night's sleep as they rouse passengers late at night to stamp out of China and later into Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi you'll probably need a taxi, but at 6:30am the only ones prey on tourists st the train station. Most people stay around the Old Quarter and it's a well provisioned sort of place with a giant lake at the center. Getting to the train station here required me to get a motorcycle, but wasnt far. It was easy to buy onward tickets and we enjoyed the food and people watching around the lake. Hanoi is sweater weather in January, but once you hit southeastern Vietnam the weather is hot and humid with refreshing sea breezes along the coast.

I recently stayed at Sanzan Hotel, located near Jinhu Square Metro Station in Nanning, and had an overall pleasant experience. Here’s a breakdown of my stay:
Location:
The hotel’s location is fantastic, especially for travelers looking to explore the city. It’s just a short walk from Jinhu Square Metro Station, making it very easy to get around Nanning and access popular attractions. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets in the surrounding area, which is incredibly convenient.
Check-in & Service:
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English to assist with any queries. They were always ready to offer directions or help with taxi arrangements, which made the stay even more hassle-free.
Room:
The room I stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the pillows were just right for a good night’s sleep. The room was equipped with all the usual amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi, and an air conditioning unit that worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious, with a good shower and all the necessary toiletries provided.
Facilities:
The hotel has a small but functional fitness center, which I used a couple of times during my stay. While it’s not a massive gym, it has enough equipment for a decent workout. There’s also a restaurant on-site, which serves a variety of Chinese dishes. The breakfast buffet was simple but tasty, offering a mix of local and continental options.
Value for Money:
Given its central location and the comfort of the facilities, Sanzan Hotel offers excellent value for money. The price is very reasonable, especially for a hotel that is so conveniently situated near a metro station.
