Guest UserI was staying there during the Liuzhou earthquake, and the tremors were quite noticeable. I heard there would be another one at midnight, which scared me so much I didn't know where to go. Around 11 PM, I just grabbed my slippers and a backpack and ran. I had initially planned to stay at Liyuan for a while with my child, as it's a family-friendly hotel and the open space seemed safer. So, I took a taxi there overnight.
The front desk service was pretty good; they even upgraded me to a suite. Unfortunately, it was just me and my child, and the suite was at the very end of a corner. I'm a bit timid, so I was scared and didn't want to stay there. In the end, I switched back to a smaller room closer to the main road. The room was quite spacious, decorated in a vintage, 'old money' style, I guess. I'm not sure if it was just me or the design, but the toilet in the bathroom faced the window, and it had a glass door. Even though it was just me and my child, a transparent toilet was still a bit awkward.
There's a small playground in the hotel's basement, next to the pool. I could smell some disinfectant, too. The playground was empty, and my child quickly got bored and left after a short while. They mentioned alpaca and goldfish feeding, but you can only feed the alpacas at specific times – not too early, not too late. My child wanted to feed them after breakfast, but it wasn't the right time, so they couldn't. By 11 AM, my child was already back for their nap. It felt more like a display than an actual activity.
My child didn't sleep well overnight, so I wanted them to get some nap time and requested a late check-out until 2 PM. Close to the check-out time, I received a call asking if I wanted to extend my stay (I often check out around 2 PM, and no other hotel has ever called me about it).
I'm not sure why they call it a family-friendly hotel; I feel it's more geared towards business travelers. When I was there, there was some internet conference going on, with a large group of people checking in at the lobby. Also, there were no kids' cartoon goodie bags on weekdays, only on weekends.
I've stayed at many family-friendly hotels, and while this one has all the amenities, they seem like a budget version. My 3-year-old really couldn't enjoy themselves here. However, Nanning isn't a major tourist city, so perhaps this hotel is considered top-tier there.

Both the public areas and the rooms are very stylish. The elevator requires a key card for each floor, which adds to security and is easy to use. You can choose between two types of pillows, and the bedding is skin-friendly. The bathroom amenities have a subtle citrus scent that's very relaxing. The lounge area offers free coffee and fruit tea; it's a great pick-me-up after a long day of sightseeing. The location is near the subway with plenty of food options nearby. The front desk staff are patient and professional. The attention to detail is superb, making for a comfortable and somewhat luxurious stay.

Anonymous UserThe room was quite spacious with a good separation of wet and dry areas. The facilities looked a bit dated but were well-maintained. We only stayed one night, so we didn't get to use the afternoon tea, but we did enjoy the complimentary late-night dessert, especially the porridge which was delicious. The breakfast was the most extensive of our entire trip, and the food was good too. The service attitude was excellent across the board. If you're visiting Nanning, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Guest UserThe room wasn't very big, but it was on the first floor of the villa, and it was quite nice. A particularly good thing was that hotel guests could enter and exit the hot springs twice, which was a great deal. We didn't soak for long with the kids; we only soaked for two hours in the afternoon, and then went again in the evening. They had a lot of fun. The hotel also had a sauna and other amenities, which was nice.

The room was clean, although facing the street, but the window had two floors, and the sound of the downstairs could not be heard after closing, it was very quiet. The pick-up and drop-off service is also very good, about ten minutes drive from the airport. The front desk lady is very good, there is a crew gym on the second floor, the front desk lady let me go in to measure the weight of the suitcase. The breakfast is quite rich and very good.

Chose this hotel for our trip to Nanning with my daughter, and the stay exceeded our expectations—five-star review! We even received a special Nanning-themed fridge magnet when checking out, which was a lovely surprise!
The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful. They proactively upgraded us to a City-view Twin Room that overlooked the exhibition center. The International Convention and Exhibition Center was right outside our window, and the Nanning city view was beautiful. My daughter loved gazing out the window every night.
The room facilities were excellent. The bathroom was well-designed with a wet/dry separation, the toiletries were high-end, and they even provided a disposable compressed towel!
The hotel's location is also very convenient. The subway is right downstairs, and we could walk to Langxi Night Market and Min'ge Lake, making it super easy to go shopping and eat with my daughter. We were really satisfied with everything from the service to the amenities this stay. We'll definitely come back next time! Loved it!

The room is clean and the surrounding environment is quiet. It is located in a hillside garden. It’s just not very convenient to eat. It takes a few turns to get from the reception to your room. For those who are blind, it may take a few more minutes to walk to the road outside the community.

This hotel service is really super intimate! The room was cleaned spotlessly and the bedding was fragrant. The best thing is that downstairs is a night market street. If you are hungry at night, you can eat a variety of authentic snacks at any time. It is too convenient.
