"Welcome fruit on the first day: 1. This deserves a negative review. I didn't see any welcome fruit from the moment I checked into the room on the first day. It wasn't until noon on the second day that I proactively called the front desk to inquire. The front desk staff didn't even realize no fruit had been sent (though their attitude was very good and they patiently guided me over the phone to find the minibar's fridge). 2. Furthermore, when the welcome fruit was eventually delivered, no utensils were provided, so the mango was impossible to eat. I thanked the staff member who delivered the fruit, but he didn't respond and just closed the door and left. He seemed very cold, like a newbie. As for the fruit itself, the bananas, lychees, and apples were all very fresh, and the lychees were very sweet. Late check-out until 2 PM (subject to room availability): It seems this wasn't proactively mentioned during check-in this time. Previously, they would offer to arrange it during check-in. When checking out, there was no one at the central front desk, and queues formed on both sides. I stood near the front desk with my room card, but no one came forward to ask if I needed to check out or if I needed assistance. Facilities: 1. The desk lamp with a rotary switch next to the writing desk was faulty, flickering like a candle. I was genuinely afraid the light bulb would explode. If someone had attended to me or asked about my stay during check-out, I might not have even bothered writing this review. 2. The elevator has noticeably slowed down, but it's acceptable. Service: 1. A shout-out to the doorman who proactively helped open the car door; he was very polite. 2. Also, on the first night, while waiting for the elevator down on the 80th floor, I was proactively greeted with a 'good evening,' which was a nice touch. Cleanliness: The hygiene was excellent; it was very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning was thorough. I look forward to seeing improvements next time."

"The night before I left, I got back to Yongjiang around 11:30 PM again. The male receptionist was incredibly warm and attentive. Based on their records, he recommended the same room I stayed in before, which made me feel right at home! At the end of the third floor, there's a laundry room with a dryer, perfect for business travelers on longer trips or guests who need to wash clothes frequently. The hotel also provides a WeChat concierge service, so you can contact them anytime for any needs – very thoughtful! They also offer free airport transfers three times a day. If your schedule aligns, you can contact the hotel in advance to arrange it."

The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed for adjustable ventilation, so I never had to worry about stuffy air. The soundproofing was great, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – I ended up sleeping in till noon without realizing it. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a food delivery locker and a delivery robot. Its proximity to the subway makes getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money. Highly recommend this fantastic experience!"

After booking in advance, the front desk proactively confirmed the time and thoughtfully set a wake-up call. The shuttle departs promptly at 5:30 AM, taking only 10 minutes to reach the passenger terminal, eliminating any rush to catch your flight. The hotel is extremely close to the airport, the rooms are clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding is comfortable enough to ensure a restful night's sleep. The driver is friendly, attentive, efficient, and punctual. For business travelers catching early flights, this is excellent value for money and has already been added to my travel must-visit list!"

"This is my second stay here. I chose it again when I passed through Nanning because I had such a good experience last time. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and standing on the balcony looking out at the Yongjiang River is incredibly relaxing. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is delicious, but it's quite expensive, comparable in price to five-star hotels in Guangdong. This time I had an unexpected pleasant surprise: I was worried about traffic when leaving, so I ordered some Western food to take away and eat in the car. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. The staff member who delivered our food was very helpful; they packed everything quickly and well, showing great skill. Thumbs up!"
