Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free. Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night. One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. GGuest UserWelcome fruit on the first day: 1. This deserves a negative review. I didn't see any welcome fruit from the moment I checked into the room on the first day. It wasn't until noon on the second day that I proactively called the front desk to inquire. The front desk staff didn't even realize no fruit had been sent (though their attitude was very good and they patiently guided me over the phone to find the minibar's fridge). 2. Furthermore, when the welcome fruit was eventually delivered, no utensils were provided, so the mango was impossible to eat. I thanked the staff member who delivered the fruit, but he didn't respond and just closed the door and left. He seemed very cold, like a newbie. As for the fruit itself, the bananas, lychees, and apples were all very fresh, and the lychees were very sweet. Late check-out until 2 PM (subject to room availability): It seems this wasn't proactively mentioned during check-in this time. Previously, they would offer to arrange it during check-in. When checking out, there was no one at the central front desk, and queues formed on both sides. I stood near the front desk with my room card, but no one came forward to ask if I needed to check out or if I needed assistance. Facilities: 1. The desk lamp with a rotary switch next to the writing desk was faulty, flickering like a candle. I was genuinely afraid the light bulb would explode. If someone had attended to me or asked about my stay during check-out, I might not have even bothered writing this review. 2. The elevator has noticeably slowed down, but it's acceptable. Service: 1. A shout-out to the doorman who proactively helped open the car door; he was very polite. 2. Also, on the first night, while waiting for the elevator down on the 80th floor, I was proactively greeted with a 'good evening,' which was a nice touch. Cleanliness: The hygiene was excellent; it was very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning was thorough. I look forward to seeing improvements next time.

GGuest UserOverall, a fair 4-star rating. **View:** The river view from the window was very satisfying. **Room:** The apartment is located in a green energy commercial building, which is a prime location (though a bit noisy during the day). The common areas on the different floors are old and messy. The room design itself is good, with smart home features throughout, and disposable bath towels, regular towels, and bath bags provided. However, the in-room facilities are just average; the hot water for the bathtub and shower wasn't very hot. Also, the room supplies (water, hand soap, bathing products) were unbranded, and the kettle leaked from the spout, spilling hot water when opened and scalding my hand. I suggest improving these aspects; it wouldn't cost much but would significantly enhance the guest experience.

NNanbendezhouyuQingxiu Mountain one-time adult ticket (single entry ticket) - 12:00-17:00 entry: I didn't get to use this ticket because I'd been there before. This is my second or third time staying at the Renaissance in Nanning, after many trips. I used to stay at the Shangri-La. The same front desk staff member who checked me in this time also helped me before. I had just driven for a long time and was completely exhausted. If it hadn't been for that front desk staff member checking me in, I might have been unhappy, haha. I didn't change rooms for the next two days either. Overall, it was a decent stay. I think it's a worthwhile place to stay in Nanning, all things considered. It's even better than the Shangri-La, except for the location and a few special services. I don't have any photos; I don't like taking them. I only have one picture of getting takeout. There's barbecue downstairs.

DD travelsWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

GGuest UserThe room was clean, and check-in was convenient since I didn't have to get up early. It's directly opposite the airport with a skybridge connecting to it, which is super handy. I stayed here before and found it convenient with a good environment. This time, I booked it for my relatives and they also found it very convenient and great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again if I need to in the future.

The room is very warm. The floor is high and quiet. The quilt cover and sheets are very comfortable. It is soft and comfortable. The hotel also has a gym and laundry dryer. This price has this kind of facility itself. Very recommended, the location of the hotel is very convenient to eat and play. I like it very much.

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

MM441247****The service was warm and attentive. As soon as our family got out of the taxi, someone helped us with our luggage and pushed the stroller to check-in. They even gave us two small toys because they saw we had a child. They also brought plenty of water, worried that our child might have trouble adjusting to the new environment. We booked a suite, which was large, though the decor was a bit dated. However, the hotel informed us immediately and offered to change rooms. But seeing the large room, thick carpet, and spacious bathtub, we were already very satisfied, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of freshly stir-fried vegetables – bok choy, cauliflower, lotus root slices, and sweet peas. The Lao You Fen (a type of rice noodle soup) was also quite tasty. Compared to other hotels with their large quantities of pre-made sausages, chicken nuggets, and steamed buns, I think this place is more suitable for tourists who want to enjoy some vegetarian dishes to balance things out. For more delicious food, you can go to a specialty restaurant outside. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and transportation is quite convenient.
