Nanning Hotel

After looking at many hotels, I finally chose Nanning Hotel. While many reviews mentioned its age, it seems they are renovating floor by floor. However, it's precisely this sense of history that gives their management and service such depth. Their service consciousness is very strong; the room linens are all individually packaged, which instantly puts you at ease. The morning dim sum is both abundant and peaceful. At first, I only thought it was near Chaoyang Square, but it turns out to be very close to many attractions. After checking out, they stored my luggage for free. I had ordered too much dim sum in the morning and packed some to go; the staff even helped me store it in the refrigerator when I checked out, preventing any waste. After sightseeing, I returned to the hotel to pick up my luggage and packed food. All the staff members were very enthusiastic. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to Nanning, and I hope it continues to improve.

This is a well-established five-star hotel that's clean, quiet, and boasts an excellent location. It's about 500 meters from attractions like Sanjie Erxiang, the Yongjiang River, and the old city walls, all within walking distance. It's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping.

It's incredibly convenient, only a 20-minute walk from Nanning Station. The room facilities are quite good, clean, and hygienic. The front desk service is very welcoming. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, comfortable, and sanitary. The front desk staff are enthusiastic, and the hotel breakfast is delicious. The surrounding commercial area truly has everything you could need.

Pros: Clean and tidy, comfortable rooms. It's an older hotel but well-maintained. Located in the city center, which is lively and bustling. The breakfast was excellent with local specialties. Cons: The TV is small, and the room has no openable windows, only sealed glass. The air conditioning temperature couldn't be controlled by guests, and the duvet was too thick.

When in Nanning, you really should stay at one of the established hotels. Nanning Hotel boasts the most convenient location among the old-school establishments (Yongjiang, Yongning, Phoenix), being very close to Sanjie Liangxiang and Zhongshan Road. The hotel's service is excellent; they offer luggage storage, and the lobby is a comfortable place to relax while waiting to check in. The common areas are clean and tidy, and they provide different types of complimentary tea daily. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and the bathroom features a convenient 'three-fixture separation' design. They also provide laundry detergent, which is very handy for travelers.

Efficient check-in at the hotel front desk! Our room on the 14th floor offered great city views. It's a short walk to Sanjie Liangxiang and the subway is also very close. Across the street, you'll find Parkson and Impression City, perfect for shopping and dining.

While the room facilities were a bit old, the amenities were quite comprehensive. The service was excellent, and they were very responsive to any requests. The breakfast buffet had a strong local flavor, with authentic local snacks available. The surrounding area is a commercial district, making it convenient for shopping.

The room with three beds was a bit small. However, this hotel is the former site of the Confucius Temple and was once a national guesthouse. I personally feel it has a very dignified and reputable atmosphere, and I really like hotels like this, even if they are a bit old. Actually, there are also some introductions about the Confucius Temple within the hotel itself.

The hotel is quite old. Out of the three beds, two had blankets that smelled a bit off – like a greasy odor. However, its location is a huge plus. It's within walking distance to Three Streets and Two Alleys and just one stop away from Nanning Station. They even offer special oil tea for breakfast. The toiletries on the sink were arranged so colorfully and playfully, which I found really charming and sincere. You can tell they put thought into it.
