The hotel's location is excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. It faces the Ferris wheel directly, offering a beautiful night view. Breakfast was quite rich. Plus, it's right next to MixC shopping mall, about a ten-minute walk, which is super convenient for dining and shopping.

This stay was absolutely perfect, definitely a five-star experience! The biggest surprise of this trip was choosing the right hotel – the cleanliness and service details were top-notch. The room was spotless and tidy, housekeeping did an excellent job, and the mattress was just right, ensuring a great night's sleep until morning. I felt completely at ease. The hotel's decor was full of festive Chinese New Year spirit, and the check-in service was incredibly thoughtful! Echo handled the check-in quickly and meticulously, but what really impressed me was the follow-up after check-out! After leaving, I realized I'd left clothes in the room. They promptly contacted me and helped arrange shipping, handling everything efficiently and responsibly without any excuses. I even received a small souvenir at check-out, which instantly warmed my heart. Comfortable bedding, complete facilities, coupled with a clean environment and attentive service, make this hotel perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is very convenient, close to the East Station, only about a 10-minute walk away. This area is the ASEAN Business District, and there's Metro Line 1 nearby, which is very handy. The environment is really nice. We arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but the front desk lady was super friendly and helped us check in early. She even gave us a room with a view of the Ferris wheel, which the kids absolutely loved! Breakfast was also excellent. We'll definitely stay here again! 😀

This hotel is located in the most bustling area of Nanning's Qingxiu District, right next to the Shangri-La and MixC Mall. It's just over 2 kilometers from the North Gate of Qingxiu Mountain, a 5A-rated scenic area. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. Dining is incredibly convenient; the Number One Seafood restaurant on the 17th floor, as well as the Guangxi and Hakka cuisine restaurants in MixC Mall, are all excellent. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

I was originally just going to leave an average good review, but Grace's service and the room's comfort compelled me to type a few more lines. She wasn't just responsive to requests; she anticipated needs, demonstrating a perfect balance of being ever-present without being intrusive. The pillows in the room also offered incredible support, and with the subtle fragrance in the air, my work fatigue instantly vanished. The only 'downside' was that it was so comfortable, I almost messed up my plans for the next day...😅

I stayed for three nights and had a great experience. It's in the business center, which makes getting around and finding food very convenient. The hotel room was nice, and housekeeping came daily. Most importantly, the service was excellent. A big shout-out to our housekeeper, Lily, who was incredibly patient, meticulous, and had a fantastic attitude!
