KKevins88The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, with not many restaurants or shops nearby, mostly residential areas. However, there's a small night market about a ten-minute walk away. Getting to Qingxiu Mountain and Sanjie Liangxiang takes at least 20-30 minutes. The hotel facilities are very good, and parking is convenient. The staff are all young and have good attitudes, but it feels like their training isn't quite thorough, and they're not always meticulous in handling issues. On the first night of my stay, I was startled awake by a minor incident in the middle of the night. After I reported it the next day, the duty manager immediately called to apologize, showing a high level of service awareness. My Ctrip booking stated that cocktails were included, but the hotel didn't proactively offer vouchers or information. On the second night, I mentioned it to the front desk staff, who then told me where the bar was and even offered an extra drink because there were two of us. My Ctrip order stated one drink per night, and since I booked two nights, shouldn't I have received two drinks? The supervisor nearby noticed my displeasure and immediately apologized, saying they would give us a total of four drinks. She even personally escorted us to the bar, showing excellent service attitude, but their familiarity with procedures and execution was lacking. Also, a tip for guests driving: be careful when returning to the hotel at night. The driveway isn't very well lit, and many local residents often walk or children ride bikes in the middle of it, which is quite dangerous. I suggest the hotel ask the property management to improve the lighting in the area. The hotel's food could also be improved, apart from the fruit. However, considering the price, I would still rate this hotel above 90 out of 100 overall.

There are many bus and subway lines in the surrounding area, which makes it very convenient to go to distant places. There are also convenience stores and specialty restaurants downstairs, so you can replenish your energy at any time and experience the local atmosphere. As soon as you enter the lobby, you can feel its high-end atmosphere, exquisite and stylish decoration, and spacious space. The front desk staff is very professional. They greeted me warmly when I checked in and carefully introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding travel tips. From soft bread, fresh fruits to local snacks, you can be full with just a little bit of each. The restaurant has an elegant environment, the waiters serve dishes promptly, and you can dine in a pleasant and relaxing mood. 🏊♀️The hotel's supporting facilities are also very complete. The gym equipment is brand new and diverse, and can meet both aerobic and anaerobic exercise needs. The water in the swimming pool is crystal clear, and you can swim a few laps without feeling tired. We even got a free upgrade to a larger room. The hotel restaurant is also beautifully designed, and the breakfast perfectly captures the ceremonial feel of a Western-style restaurant. Special shoutout to the front desk staff, especially the young man who took many Christmas-themed photos for us with his own camera, free of charge. The service throughout was excellent. Thumbs up!👍

It's very close to Nanning Night Night, so it's very convenient to go out and watch performances. It was very hot in Nanning those days. The hotel staff I checked into in the afternoon were very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help me with my luggage. They also put the electricity card in advance and turned on the air conditioner. It was very cool when I entered the room. It’s good that the hotel has such a sense of service and considers its guests. In addition, I am also very satisfied with the service at the front desk of this hotel. They are not serious like business hotels and are very easy-going. When talking to them, they are very peaceful and friendly.

The breakfast's abundance far exceeded my expectations: the freshly cooked Chinese wontons had thin wrappers and generous fillings, with a delicious broth; the Western-style whole-wheat bread was toasted to perfection, paired with rich butter and jam, creating distinct layers of flavor; there were also fresh fruit platters, yogurt, and oatmeal porridge—healthy and delicious. What impressed me most was the attention to service: the staff always had smiles on their faces, proactively refilling guests' tea and water, and promptly clearing tables to ensure a clean dining environment. Once, I accidentally spilled my water glass, and the waiter immediately brought me tissues and a new cup, gently comforting me with ”It's okay.” This thoughtful gesture made me feel incredibly warm. The breakfast hours are also flexible, from 7 am to 10 am, so even someone like me who likes to sleep in can leisurely enjoy breakfast. Yaster's breakfast not only focuses on the taste but also conveys genuine care through meticulous service.
