The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to MixC, making transportation very convenient. The hotel environment is clean, and the room layout is perfect. The surrounding facilities are complete. Housekeeper Nina's service attitude was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, always responding to messages promptly. This kind of service, truly putting the guest first, is so rare and valuable. Next time I come to Shangri-La, I will definitely choose this place again! Any requests were also promptly attended to. I recently stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel Nanning with my family, and the experience was truly wonderful. It's a five-star hotel in every sense of the word. The hotel's design incorporates Guangxi ethnic features, creating a wonderfully atmospheric ambiance. The lobby is located on the 68th floor, so you can enjoy panoramic city views while checking in – the vista is absolutely breathtaking. A special thank you to the butler team: Wynn, Linny, Maddy, Rose, and Darwin, who all provided warm and attentive service. Butler Wynn even sent a Nanning travel guide in advance, with practical recommendations for local snacks and night markets, which was incredibly helpful for a first-time visitor. The room was on a very high floor, offering stunning panoramic views of the entire city of Nanning through the floor-to-ceiling windows – every photo looks like a masterpiece. The location is a huge advantage; there's a subway station downstairs for easy travel, and it's not far from the Ethnic Museum and Qingxiu Mountain. There are plenty of dining options nearby, with local specialty restaurants like Guixiaochu within walking distance, making meals very convenient. The gym on the 70-something floor offers a unique experience; exercising while admiring the city views makes for a refreshing workout. This entire stay exceeded expectations in every aspect, from the hardware facilities to the service details – everything was commendable. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanning. Highly recommended!

Choosing Shangri-La Nanning for our trip was an excellent decision. Upon check-in, we received welcome fruits and fruit tea, along with a Guangxi document bag. Free parking was a huge plus, and the hotel is conveniently located above a commercial area with plenty of dining and shopping options. Housekeeper Lexi was incredibly attentive, and the service from Aurelia, Jenna, Ally, and Elva was truly exceptional. We stayed in a twin room the first night and switched to a 270-degree view room on the second night, which offered even more stunning night views. Highly recommended! The environment was fantastic, absolutely wonderful.

The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful. They helped with our luggage, bringing it right to the room, and the front desk even upgraded our room to one with a better view! The hotel's location is excellent; MixC shopping mall is right downstairs, which is super convenient, and getting to other nearby places is also very easy. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Parking is free, and staying at the Shangri-La Nanning, 403 meters high, with its impressive sculptural design in the sky lobby on the 68th floor, is quite an experience. The service was fantastic. My room on the 85th floor offered breathtaking views, especially with the amazing 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows. My butler, Jenna, was incredibly responsive to all my requests. Other staff members like Jessica, Nina, Elva, and Kiki were also wonderful. It's super convenient whether you're here for business or leisure. I'll definitely choose this place again!

This time I stayed at the Shangri-La Nanning, and the decor was very culturally distinctive. It's super close to the mall, with MixC City right on the first floor, which is incredibly convenient.
