I've always wanted to stay at the Galaxy Macau, but unfortunately, there was a thunderstorm warning on the day we checked in, so we couldn't enjoy the water activities. It was a bit disappointing. However, staying at Galaxy is incredibly convenient; there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. Plus, if you show your Air Macau boarding pass, you can get many discounts and free gifts. It's also super easy to get to the Venetian, Big Ben, and Parisian from here. After a good night's sleep, we could even pop over to Rua do Cunha the next day, which is very close by. What I'll remember most is how incredibly comfortable the beds are at the Galaxy hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Truly five-star service! Since we were traveling with kids, they even gave us complimentary 'Toto' slippers, a 'Toto' tent, and a 'Toto' doll for them. My kids were thrilled and said Galaxy was the most fun! ^_^ Haha. I will definitely stay at Galaxy again next time I visit Macau. What I personally loved most was being able to choose my own pillow. This time, I picked the lavender sleep pillow and even received a free pillow mist. All complimentary, truly excellent value for money.

YuezilingweiI stayed at the Kyoto Hotel Macau yesterday, and my overall experience exceeded my expectations. I honestly recommend it to anyone visiting Macau. The hotel boasts an excellent location on Avenida da Praia Grande, directly across from the New Yaohan department store. It's just a ten-minute walk to Grand Lisboa and the Ruins of St. Paul's, with plenty of local eateries nearby, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient.
The front desk staff were polite and efficient, and the check-in process was smooth, with detailed and thoughtful explanations. My room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had great water pressure, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The room was well-equipped and brightly lit with natural light.
This hotel offers great value for money, saving time and effort for travel, dining, and sightseeing. It's perfect for both short overnight stays and quick getaways. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Macau.

Anonymous UserI've lost count of how many times I've stayed at the old Putin. Even though it's a bit dated, I always feel a familiar warmth when I check in. Aside from the slightly old facilities, the front desk and room service have always been great, and the location is incredibly convenient for getting around!

Guest UserFirst time staying at this hotel! I'd passed by it before and thought it looked nice, so I took the opportunity to experience it this time! As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff at check-in were very enthusiastic! They even upgraded our room! We were so touched! The room was great and very quiet! The sea view was private yet open. We originally booked without breakfast, but my family suggested we eat breakfast before heading back, so we bought two breakfast buffets at the lobby service desk. There were so many food choices, and the taste was excellent! A really good experience 👍 Hope to come again next time ☺️

Guest UserWe randomly chosen this hotel in Trip.com, but the hotel did not disappointed us. The hotel location was just opposite the Grand Lisboa building. There were a lot of f&b, convinience store, banks, fashion shops around.
The hotel restaurant foods is highly recommended, delicious and was big portion. The housekeeping staff who service our floor was very helpful, very keen to asked us whether to make up our room 👍🏻
Highly recommend to everyone who visit macau

Guest UserThe environment is quite good, and the service is excellent. They also have a free indoor swimming pool and a gym for workouts. The only downside for us was that the room felt a bit stuffy as it was fully enclosed, but that might just be because we're older! Overall, we're quite satisfied and will definitely visit again next time we're in Macau.

The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities feel a bit dated, but the cleaning lady was very enthusiastic, and the linens were clean. There's renovation work going on in the building, so it was noisy. The absolute best thing about this place is its location. It's perfect for anyone looking to do a deep dive into Macau's casinos. Wynn and StarWorld casinos are right across the street, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the old and new Grand Lisboa. After clearing customs at Gongbei Port, you can take the free shuttle bus from Wynn or StarWorld directly here. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I'm sure by then the renovations will be finished and the room facilities improved.
