Room is good, overall it worth the price we paid. Found edges of cabinet were sticky, but not something serious.
Staff are polite and helpful, but it took more than 20 minutes to deliver us the things we need, asked for vacuum service but took quite long then we called again for it. Our girl was eating egg rolls and it's all over the floor, so the cleaning was something extra we asked for. Baby's amenities were provided for our 2cy/o, just the baby crib we needed to call again for it. After all, the hotel was kind enough to give us a birthday cake for our celebration and offered late check out to us. Thank you.
Breakfast buffet was great, with many varieties, Chinese, western, hot, cold, etc.
We tried the Andaz Bar too and the drinks there are pretty good too, nice place for friends catchup or business chat.

Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the ****** and busy shopping malls.
Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed.
The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter.
Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills.
Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free.
Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening.
We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man.
Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mandarin Oriental Macao, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The dedication from Hallie and her team Ken and Forest made my stay feel like a home away from home. I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

Fantastic stay at this Line friends themed hotel :) it makes the kids stay so memorable and we loved all the decor and little touches, would definitely recommend!
The Studio City- Epic Tower was recently opened in 2023, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Macau. The hotel offers easy access to Macau International Airport, just 4km away. The closest major public transportation, Lotus Metro Station, is only 100m away. This hotel is located near many of Macau's attractions including Macau Eiffel Tower, Studio City Auditorium (Studio City Store) and Galaxy International Convention Center. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Macau hotel offers parking on site. If cleanliness is important to you, this hotel makes an excellent choice, as our guests consider this to be one of the cleanest hotels in the city. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

I had a not so good experience staying at this hotel. I arrived around 3:15pm and the room was still not ready. Front desk staff told us that we still need to wait another 45 minutes or so, and offered us free welcome drinks at the lounge beside, well that’s the least they could do when check-in time was supposed to be at 3:00pm. I requested higher floors and they only gave me a room on the 17th floor, and there are like 30+ floors. They told me that’s the only room available, I’m disappointed in that as I have booked my room a few days ago and waited so long at checkin.
I requested a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room there was a pungent smell of cigarette smoking. I immediately contact front desk and requested a room change but they refused and told me that’s the only room they have available (would that be possible in such a big hotel?). The hotel just brought an air purifier, which only kill germs but does not deodorize, and we had to face with the smell of cigarettes during our stay.
In general the room was spacious and had modern design, just not too practical. The bathroom is large but the shower and the bathtub is very far separated, which is very inconvenient after a bath to walk all the way to the shower when you’re all wet. They also have an electric toilet, but the toilet board itself is very small, I wonder how a tall foreigner can sit on it?
One thing I would like to compliment is that the welcome fruits are very fresh and there are many snacks to choose from.
The indoor pools is not up to standard as it is relatively small in size, only good for children to play, and also they only had a few chairs for swimmers to use.
The hotel is far from the main area of the studio city centre, we had walk quite a bit to the main area where all the shops and restaurants are.
The entrance is “enclosed” but building besides, so feeling much isolated when entering from the front entrance.
The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.
GGuest User2025.04.22
Great stay at the Venetian. We stayed at the south suites where the elevator was very near the foodcourt when we had some meals at. However, our rooms were quite a distance from the elevator. The rooms are huge as is the toilet. If the toilet had a bidet spray it would be better. My parents love that there was two TVs in the room. Two sinks in the toilets were very convenient too. We took a taxi to the airport which was less than MOP80 and very near. (Would have taken the free bus but our flight timing did not match). Would stay again if we go Macau
The Parisian Macao provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Parisian Macao offers a pleasant stay in Macau for those traveling for business or leisure. The hotel is conveniently located a short 3km drive from Macau International Airport. In addition, Union Hospital Metro Station is just a short walk away. Keeping busy is easy, with Kids' City, teamLab SuperNature Macao and Grand Resort Deck all nearby. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Macau hotel features parking on site. If you demand a high level of service, our guests have indicated that this hotel has excellent standards. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
GGuest User2025.04.23
We stayed during Easter long weekend. Did we expect it to be busy? Yes. Were there lots of people? Yes. We checked in early 2pm with the reception, and insisting a room would be ready within the next 2 hours (1 hour after the 3pm check-in time).
We did not receive a text informing us of our room number so we went back to reception to ask if our room was ready only to find out that we had to join the massively long line queue again to find out what our room number was. We did not receive our room until almost 5pm. The text informing us of our room number was only received at 8.11pm To top it off, if you wanted to eat breakfast at Le Buffet, join the queue at 9am.
In addition to this, I am not sure the toilet and other areas of our room were not cleaned properly. Just not the quality and service I was expecting for paying close to $600AUD per night. I am not sure we would stay here again.

Perfect
QqingyueziThis is the most fantastic trip we’ve ever had before. We’ve got the customised service, the high quality of hotel facilities with a high quality and the delicious food etc. Colin connected me and gave me the useful tips before and within the entire trip. and he prepared the surprise for kids as well. While Robin helped plan every detail about viewsights, famous local snacks and the efficient way with transportation. All these are pretty impressive, and I’ll choose Londoner again!

”I am impressed with the exceptional service provided by the Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau team. We encountered some issues during our stay last night, but Patrick Ong, the front manager, took immediate responsibility and ensured that they were resolved promptly.
His professionalism, empathy, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Patrick's efforts made a significant difference in our stay, and we appreciate his dedication to providing outstanding service.
Additionally, we would like to extend our gratitude to the staff at Cafe Bela Vista. They provided helpful and excellent service during our dining experience. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made our meal truly enjoyable.
Thank you, Patrick, and the Cafe Bela Vista team for making our stay at the Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau a memorable one. We look forward to our next visit!”
EEhsanJavanmardiWe stayed at Grand Lisboa Palace for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with elegant design and spacious, comfortable rooms. The service was excellent, and you can really tell they pay attention to the details.
The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all fantastic — perfect for relaxing after a day out.
Breakfast was also top-notch, with plenty of variety and high-quality options.
The only small downside was the limited Mediterranean and Middle Eastern selections at breakfast. It would be great to see items like white cheese, walnuts, or Arabic bread included in the future.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Macau!
GGuest UserFacilities: Newly opened, very new, luxurious and noble
Hygiene: Newly opened hotel, clean, luxurious and brilliant
Environment: The noble style that I love very much
Service: The service is super good, dial 0 on the phone in the room, whether it is baby supplies or adult toiletries and slippers, they are delivered very quickly
Downstairs is the new Yaohan, CDF and various restaurants, basically everything is satisfied, there is also a super large children's area downstairs, you can buy anything, 100 points for parent-child travel
AAnonymous UserThe period we travelled is very crowded as there are many concert happening. The hotel overall is good but don't understand why there are no seats available for elderly people to sit while we check in. Poor elderly have to stand almost 2-3hrs while waiting for check in. Hope hotel should review it.
KKS09AThis was a very nice stay away from main ****** district (Taipa) in Macau, and we (as a family) loved it. Let me give you few bullets
1. After booking, I send email to hotel, but there was no reply for 48 hours.
2. when enquired through Trip.com, though the booking was with Club Millesime, the first answer was no access to Longue. When enquired again, Longue access was confirmed (sound like they obliged).
3. Reaching Hotel by taxi (from HZMB port) is appx 30 minutes taxi ride (120 HKD) - on reaching hotel, we found they have bus from the port every 30 minuets - details missing on their website.
4. Check-in experience was good, no delay, no unnecessary question.
5. Pleasent surprise was level of English-speaking staff at hotel. we always found someone to talk to and find required information.
6. Club Millesime (Longue - L17) available for food three times a day - Afternoon High tea, Late evening Happy Hours and morning Breakfast. Though the food options are limited (specially for Vegetarian people), we found the place enjoyable.
7. We explored the old city (opposite to hotel) in afternoon, and it was wonderful experience. we went to Fort and Wall and possibly best narrow streets in the world.
8. Rooms were good, comfortable sleep, nice TV options (TV speakers were bad while watching movie).
9. Sofitel is working hard on Environmental stuff, you can see it everywhere in room. No water bottle, no plastic, no loose item for tooth paste, lotion, shampoo, comb etc.
10. Morning breakfast (at L6) was good, good spread and many items were fresh. During holiday period, you may need to way for some time. There were a few vegetarian options for breakfast.
11. Checkout process was very easy.
12. I couldn't experience fitness center, swimming pool and restaurant due to other priorities.
check few photos (room details for more information.
GGuest UserWe checked in the hotel on 20 Feb. The bedroom is on the fourth floor. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Looking out of the windows, you can see the beautiful sea view. The service was good. You can watch a movie at the Bona Cinema. The location of the hotel is convenient. Nearby there is a bus terminal where you can go to everywhere. Within walking distance, you can go to some famous places of interest. It was an enjoyable stay and I felt satisfied. I would suggest that there should be more restaurants in the hotels in the future.
WwanderlustbunnyQuite a treat. Love the staircase and vibes and scenery very bright and open feeling inside the suite also huge pool though we did not get to enjoy, also bit of a ride from the main cbd area but overall very pleasant experience, recommend !!
MMr. AmazingThe Yoho Treasure Island Hotel in Macau has received mixed reviews from guests. Many appreciate its central location, which is convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. Guests often highlight the spacious and clean rooms, modern furnishings, and amenities like the infinity pool and lake views. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful , contributing to a pleasant stay.
However, some reviews mention limited room service options after 9 PM and occasional issues with availability of certain amenities. Overall, it seems to be a good choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience in Macau.
AAnaFFidalgoThis is a fantastic hotel that offers great service at a reasonable price compared to others in the area. The staff is exceptionally friendly and polite, and the room is both comfortable and boasts a stunning view.
A nice touch is the complimentary snacks and refreshments available in the lobby near the reception.
The location is highly convenient - close to the Cotai ***** and Taipa Village. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from Galaxy, where you can catch additional free shuttles to the ferry terminals and other hotels around Macau. Thanks to this, I was able to explore everywhere I wanted with just short walks, without spending money on transportation.
On my check-out day, they stored my luggage free of charge, allowing me to make the most of my remaining time in Macau.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel!
