The hotel shuttle driver was very professional. The hotel staff were warm and friendly, always greeting me enthusiastically when I came and went. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel also offers a gym and a laundry room. The self-service breakfast had a great variety, with delicious local snacks and waffles. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. When I checked out, front desk staff Xiao Yang even gave me a small complimentary gift, which was a very thoughtful touch.

It's within walking distance of high-end shopping malls, subway stations, and major office buildings, making it incredibly convenient for both business travelers and leisure shoppers. From the room, the city skyline offers a panoramic view, with lush greenery complementing the towering buildings, showcasing the perfect blend of urban prosperity and natural beauty. The front desk staff member was warm and attentive during check-in, even offering us breakfast vouchers, a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more pleasant.

The location of this hotel is undeniable great as it is just walking distance to many eateries and 四海城 also opposite to Wanda shopping mall and many happening places to hang out at night and shop. I choose this hotel because of its location and their good review, the service of the staff at the counter was excellent for the first night when we arrive, they help us to carry our luggage and manage it to the room, we were extremely satisfied for the first night. The location was good and the room was spacious, the ammenities in the room is quite old, the washing machine looks like a 20 years old machine which we turn it on everytime the sounds came out from the toilet looks like the machine is going to breakdown, we had to keep the door close when we use the washing machine. The dryer is located outside of the passage way and we first time seeing the old school dryer with a wardrobe and a hot blower at the bottom to dry the clothes. Anyway we just tolerate as the location was good and the room was clean, until the next day we went down to the lobby and requested the reception to help us to order something and they were kind and helpful and after a favour of helping us they requested us the write a review abt the hotel and I said ok and I will do it the next day when I checkout, We were satisfied even though the facilities was abit old and the fridge was not turn on and our cakes were all spoilt the next day. The next day when we were going to checkout, the same reception staff at the lobby saw us and was smiling and helpful to us and the next moment she again asked if we could write a review now immediately, I say ok and she continue to say that make sure the review has to be 5 star review and if not it will be penalized. I was shocked as even all the old amenities and things in the room I wanted to give a 4 star review with 5 star for the location and 3 star on the amenities as I wanted to have my view to reflect my own experience. Then she continued to explain if the review from me is not 5 star all the staff will be penalized. Then I honesty told her that I apologize and I do not feel that I will give a 5 star rating as I probably do not experience a 5 star service and facilities in the hotel, I would prefer to give a honest review. Then the moment when she heard that, she replied me that in that case pls do not need to review thanks, then I say ok that’s fine and from that onwards they do not smile at us or being helpful to us anymore and it was a total change, we transferred our luggge down the lobby with 5 luggages including boxes, they offer no help at all like the first day, we were waiting at the lobby and when our car arrive we carried the luggages ourselves and they stood at the lobby with no eye contact and no friendly attitude to us even without greeting us like the first day during our arrival or before they request for the review. I felt a very bad experience with the staff who responded to us in that manner just because we are not giving a 5 star review to them, which I honestly felt a review should be an honest opinion to the rest so that it could help travelers like us before validating an accommodation before booking, which is why now I u begin to understand that the review when we read from the hotel before our booking wasn’t genuine and I read all good review with 5 star and hence i booked the hotel at Xena and I didn’t expect that the reviews all came with an dishonest review and I believe this is not something that a traveler needs before they start booking for their next trip. I hope trip.com would be able to filter all the ingenuity of 5 start which came from the pressure of receptionist of the hotel.

The hotel has complete facilities, spacious roads, easy access to smart devices and half the supportive mattresses, making speaking particularly relaxing. The bathroom is trying and met separated with stable and ufficient hot water and the quality of toiletries is online. The public area is equipped with a leisure area and the overall decoration is brand new and simple. The sound insulation effect is ecellent and rest is completely undisturbed. The travel and living needs can be met in the cost. Effectiveness is fully satisfied. The hygiene details are impeccable and the cleaning is done with great care. The 4 windowsills in bedside table corners are dust free and the betting is white, flat and odourless. The bathroom countertop is dry and free of water Staines and even the gaps. The floor drain and mirror cabinet are cleaned as soon as you enter. You can feel refreshed and tidy, which is particularly friendly to guests who pay attention to cleanliness key praise for the staff, the gentle and patient reception at the front desk by seatcho, the fast check-in process and the proactive explanation of hotel facilities, the whole process was thoughtful and attentive responding quickly to any needs and even shared. Extremely convenient location, just a short walk to the subway. The room was clean and spacious, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. The front desk service was attentive, and the hot water supply was stable. It's well-equipped and offers great value for money. This is my top choice when visiting Haizhu, and I'll definitely stay here again.

Great place for family and kids.Reasonably priced. Superb location, near the metro, near Beijing Pedestrian Street. Staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile (shout out to Mr. Lee). Room is well furnished, spacious, clean and tidy. We’ll definitely come back here.

I was extremely satisfied with my overall stay at this hotel, it definitely deserves a five-star rating. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's very close to Pazhou, near Keyun Road metro station, just an 8-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop right downstairs. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. In the evenings, you can even take a walk along the Pearl River to enjoy the river views. The room decor is tasteful and elegant, with a modern minimalist style that still feels cozy. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the cleaning was very thorough, ensuring a neat and clean environment. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the chef enthusiastically recommended dishes, which showed great care. The heated pool wasn't crowded, making for a very comfortable night swim. The hotel's location, room facilities, and hygiene standards all exceeded my expectations, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose to stay at the East Stanton Hotel again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

The place is clean, front desk made their best to communicate with us. My kids really enjoy staying there. They were so sad while leaving. The place is very spacious for a big family of 5. The view was everything. The canton tower was just at my bedroom balcony. The night view was amazing.The security was a plus. They offer a variety of food for breakfast and really cheap per person. You can find your way around easily. I will live there again and again. I really recommend that place.

Arrived late (930pm) at the hotel and was welcomed by the receptionist. My ******* delivery also arrived concurrently and the receptionist kindly kept it for me. Was asking him about those parcels hahaha very kind of them to keep them for incoming guests! Appreciated the shuttle bus service to the airport. Very timely. Thank you again.

Super convenient for exploring the city 🚇 🏢 Room: Stayed on the 36th floor (highest level) – the view was absolutely stunning! 🌃 Room looks modern and very clean. 🧺 Amenities: Loved the mini fridge, washing machine AND dryer in-room 🧼👕 – so practical for longer stays! 🪳 One downside: Unfortunately spotted a cockroach during my stay, which was disappointing. But it was taken care of by the cleaner. Otherwise, this would easily be a 10/10! Overall: Great value, amazing view & facilities – just hope the hygiene issue gets addressed. Would still recommend with a small caution. ✨
