The cleanliness was also impressive; the room was very well maintained and spotless. The actual room was pretty much exactly as pictured, and it offered good value for money. The Most Satisfying Hotel Stay in Guangzhou ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My recent stay at the Sino Select X Hotel (Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Dafosi Temple Branch) was, without a doubt, the best and most touching hotel experience I've had in Guangzhou. While the room wasn't exceptionally large, it was incredibly comfortable overall. I found the bathroom space to be particularly spacious. The hotel's cleanliness, ambiance, and facilities were all excellent, and I must especially commend the service. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping aunties, every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed something, they went out of their way to assist us, making us, as parents traveling with a baby, feel very secure and at ease. What touched me the most during this stay was the front desk manager, [Manager's Name]. During our stay, my baby suddenly developed a fever, reaching 38.9°C. As we were tourists unfamiliar with Guangzhou, I asked the front desk about nearby hospitals. The manager informed us there was a small hospital about 300 meters away, accessible on foot. I had only asked for directions, but to my surprise, he personally accompanied us there. Upon arrival, we found the hospital was closed. I mentioned we should go to a larger hospital nearby, and he didn't just leave us; instead, he continued to accompany us in a taxi to the other hospital. He stayed with us almost every step of the way – from registration and consultation to examinations and blood tests. By the time all the tests were done and we returned to the hotel, it was nearly midnight. The doctor said the test results would take about two more hours, meaning we could get the medication around 3 AM. To our astonishment, around 2 AM, the manager personally went back to the hospital to pick up the medicine for us. He even called me and put the doctor on the phone directly to explain my baby's condition and medication instructions. Honestly, as I'm writing this, I don't even know how to describe this level of service. This went beyond what any typical hotel calls ”good service.” It was about someone truly willing to stay with us and help us navigate a difficult situation when we, as parents with a sick baby in an unfamiliar place, needed it most. As a mother, encountering such a situation abroad with a feverish baby can be incredibly helpless. So, this assistance was incredibly precious to me and will always remain in my heart. ❤️ Another service I absolutely loved was the laundry and drying service. It wasn't a self-service where you put clothes in the machine and wait. Instead, the staff took our clothes, washed and dried them, and then delivered them directly back to our room. Anyone traveling with a baby knows just how convenient and time-saving a service like this is! It truly saved us a lot of time and energy. From the environment and cleanliness to the service, this stay left me extremely satisfied, but what I'll remember most is the care and warmth extended by the hotel staff. Excellent service and a great environment. They even provide breakfast pastries and late-night snacks! All the staff are wonderful, and they can even help with parcel collection. It's close to Beijing Road, so getting around on foot is very convenient. ❤️❤️

The front desk staff was particularly helpful; when I asked for recommendations for authentic Guangzhou rice rolls (肠粉), they suggested a place nearby. I was just planning to wander around anyway, so I followed their directions. The small shop was old and tucked away in an alley, but the food was absolutely incredible. It just goes to show that good wine needs no bush! The rice roll skins were thin and soft with a rich rice flavor, and the filling was fresh. Topped with just the right amount of sauce, they were wonderfully smooth to eat. I was so happy to visit Guangzhou, and this little shop was a delightful surprise. Thanks to the thoughtful recommendation from the front desk, I got to try a truly authentic local snack. The place was bustling with a lively, down-to-earth atmosphere. Finding such a lovely little gem while traveling really made me happy. And honestly, the hotel breakfast had a good variety, I liked the restaurant's decor, and they even had high chairs for babies – very thoughtful!

I randomly picked this Mehood Lestie hotel without high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised after my stay. Elena at the front desk was efficient and friendly, not overly formal. The room was well-cleaned, the bathroom was spotless and odor-free, and the bed offered a comfortable balance of softness and firmness. With the window closed, the soundproofing was good, allowing for a great night's rest. The room had smart voice control for lights and curtains, which was very convenient. The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation, and the hot water came quickly with stable pressure. A definite bonus was the free afternoon tea, and for those returning late, there was a comforting bowl of late-night noodles. The self-service laundry room is incredibly practical for travelers. The surrounding area offers easy access to dining and shopping, and getting around is convenient. Overall, there were no noticeable downsides, and for its price range, it's an excellent choice, suitable for both leisure travel and short business trips. This time, we celebrated our anniversary by staying in an Executive Room at the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou, and the overall experience was excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, the bellboy promptly came over to help with our luggage, and then we checked in directly at the Executive Lounge. It was very efficient, and we didn't have to wait in line at the main lobby. The hotel had thoughtfully prepared a card and a cake to celebrate our anniversary, which was a very nice touch. What left the deepest impression was the service. No matter where we were in the hotel, every staff member we encountered greeted us kindly, making us feel right at home. I'd especially like to commend Nicolo from the Executive Lounge, Oriental Club. From the moment we checked in, he was incredibly welcoming. Every time we visited the Executive Lounge, he remembered our names and always chatted with us pleasantly, with a smile on his face. His service was professional and friendly, adding many wonderful memories to our trip. Additionally, Yamy and Silvia, who handled our check-out at the Executive Lounge, proactively asked if we wanted to pack some drinks and also gave us a refrigerator magnet. The only thing that needs improvement is the late check-out policy. The front desk initially told me that it depended on availability and was generally not possible, and in the end, they could only extend it until 2 PM. Considering that hotels of a similar caliber usually offer more flexible late check-out options, I hope the hotel will actively consider extending the late check-out time.

This ECharm Hotel near Nanzhou Subway Station was such a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, making getting around a breeze. The room was meticulously clean, and all the facilities were new and worked perfectly. The service was warm and attentive, the environment was quiet, and the price was excellent. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience and definitely worth coming back to.

🩷 Review: booked Guangzhou S&L Mansion for 3 pax 6 nights. It’s a simple setting. Totally different from pictures. Able to sleep 4 pax. Room & toilet is clean. Bed is comfortable. The accommodation is not like stars hotel standard. May need to bring own toiletries & bath towels. Washing machine is working fine but need to clean it before use. If you just need a place to rest, it was recommended. Counter staff is helpful & friendly. Location near to 公园前站 A 出口. From the Exit A exit, Turn Left, to a Muslim Cooked Food store and pass thru the mall to the side accommodation entrance. If Turn Right from the Exit A, pass by Crystal Hotel, walk further in about 50meters , reach the Accommodation building security area. All China MRT/METRO entrance, bags need to go through Xray screen. No sharps allow.

My stay at the Guangzhou Estanton Hotel was absolutely perfect, a definite five-star experience! The front desk staff were attentive and polite, and my room was clean and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom even had a large bathtub. The soundproofing was excellent. The hotel has its own swimming pool and gym, and the breakfast spread was diverse and plentiful, with everything from Cantonese dim sum to Western-style light meals. The location is convenient, not far from the subway, making travel easy. The public areas are well-maintained, with an elegant and quiet atmosphere. It’s suitable for both business trips and leisure stays, offering fantastic value for money. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou. Highly recommended to everyone!
