Citynote X hotel is well located, shopping mall and eateries are all within walking distance. The nearest metro station is GongYuanQian (line 1 & 2), walking there less than 10 minutes. Hotel staffs (especially 王胤霖）are friendly and helpful. Taking lifts to 14th (13A) floor during peak hours may need some patience. Breakfast, tea time and supper snacks are provided.

I was about to throw them away as I passed the lobby when a front desk staff member came over and asked if I needed any help. I told her what happened, and she got the engineering team to glue them back together for me. Although the repair was still a bit noticeable, I really appreciate them helping me find a solution. Another thing worth mentioning is the hotel's excellent location. The subway station is right downstairs, and it's only a 3-minute walk to Taikoo Hui, where you can find all sorts of snacks, shops, and restaurants. There's also a laundry room on the seventh floor where you can dry your clothes the same day. Plus, you can store your luggage for free at the self-service locker after check-out. It's a great place overall!

The hotel's location is excellent, just across the road from Guangzhou East Railway Station and the subway, making travel and commuting super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the pillows were soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's dining options are also impressive. The breakfast spread was ample, and the afternoon tea and late-night 'he fen' (rice noodles) were authentic and delicious – truly a fantastic experience. I particularly want to commend the front desk service. I was in a hurry during checkout and accidentally left some luggage in my room. A front desk lady noticed this and contacted me immediately. She also thoughtfully packed my belongings and arranged for them to be shipped back to me. Their prompt and considerate handling of the situation was incredibly touching. All the staff members were gentle, patient, and reliable. Overall, everything about this hotel was outstanding, with attention to detail evident throughout. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Guangzhou. I highly recommend it.

This time, we celebrated our anniversary by staying in an Executive Room at the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou, and the overall experience was excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, the bellboy promptly came over to help with our luggage, and then we checked in directly at the Executive Lounge. It was very efficient, and we didn't have to wait in line at the main lobby. The hotel had thoughtfully prepared a card and a cake to celebrate our anniversary, which was a very nice touch. What left the deepest impression was the service. No matter where we were in the hotel, every staff member we encountered greeted us kindly, making us feel right at home. I'd especially like to commend Nicolo from the Executive Lounge, Oriental Club. From the moment we checked in, he was incredibly welcoming. Every time we visited the Executive Lounge, he remembered our names and always chatted with us pleasantly, with a smile on his face. His service was professional and friendly, adding many wonderful memories to our trip. Additionally, Yamy and Silvia, who handled our check-out at the Executive Lounge, proactively asked if we wanted to pack some drinks and also gave us a refrigerator magnet. The only thing that needs improvement is the late check-out policy. The front desk initially told me that it depended on availability and was generally not possible, and in the end, they could only extend it until 2 PM. Considering that hotels of a similar caliber usually offer more flexible late check-out options, I hope the hotel will actively consider extending the late check-out time.

This hotel is conveniently located right above a subway station, with plenty of restaurants, clothing stores, luggage shops, and convenience stores nearby, making both getting around and shopping incredibly easy. It's also very close to attractions; there's a park nearby and several temples within walking distance. Right across the street is the Comic City, and Beijing Road isn't far either. The apartment's surroundings and the room's environment are both excellent. My family and I stayed in a room where each bedside had a wireless charging cabinet and power outlets. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the shower even has grab bars. The facilities and amenities are very thoughtful, especially for elderly guests. All daily necessities are well-stocked, and the bathroom even provides compressed facial towels. The room includes a refrigerator, TV, hairdryer, and washing machine. If you need drying services, you can take your laundry to the front desk. The service was excellent; they were responsive to almost every request. For example, when I needed an extra outlet or had to adjust the air conditioning, the staff promptly addressed my needs and answered questions patiently. The staff were also very friendly and enthusiastic without being intrusive, making us feel completely at home. For guests with international friends, the front desk staff also speak basic English, so communication won't be an issue. On sunny days, the sunlight streams in, and there's a small balcony where my family even dried peanuts. The room's TV can be rotated, which is great whether you're watching from the sofa or in bed. The clarity is good, and you can watch live broadcasts or choose from on-demand programs. Overall, the living experience was fantastic. If I have another opportunity to stay in this area, this hotel will definitely be my first choice!

Seriously, this is hands down the best value-for-money hotel in all of Guangzhou. It's really excellent! The rooms are luxuriously decorated and comfortable, the hygiene is top-notch, and the transportation is convenient. Plus, the breakfast is fantastic. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

Excellent! The front desk staff was very attentive and even changed my room because the first one was a bit noisy. The bedding was super comfortable, and the shower gel was great too. I had a really good rest!

The location is super convenient, right next to Canton Tower and Zhujiang Park. For the river cruise, make sure to get there early as the lines get incredibly long. The room was spacious and the laundry facilities were a big plus. The only downside was that the elevators were a bit slow, requiring a wait no matter the time of day.
