1113663****The hotel's breakfast buffet is great, and the lobby is really nice, too. It's well-designed with clearly defined zones for business, leisure, and entertainment. Right when you walk in, you'll see a welcome display for kids. The hotel also has quite a few shuttle buses for airport transfers, and the schedule is frequent enough to meet most travel needs. Whether you're here for business or leisure, it's super convenient. Check-in is fast, and they'll arrange your room according to your preferences, which is just fantastic. I'll definitely be staying here again.

GGuest UserI am currently writing this review sitting in the lobby during my 2nd stay at this hotel! I was here last week and since I was going to be in Guangzhou again, I decided to stay at the same hotel and extended my stay by a day. Friendly and attentive staff. Plenty of snacks in the lobby that they refill throughout the day. Cold and hot tea available in lobby along with tea bags. They have a robot to personally deliver you items. Love the vibes of the lobby and the room. Love the interior! I wish this was how my room looked like at home! I love the type of flooring they use in the shower - no way of slipping! I can march and dance while having my shower and I definitely would not be falling 🤣 They refill the shower amenities and water in your room daily. Even if you haven’t drank the water, they will give you more. The next time I’m back in Guangzhou, I’m definitely going to stay at this hotel again!

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the rooms are modern and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. We particularly loved the heated swimming pool, which was also very clean and well-maintained.
Special thanks to the following staff members who made our trip even more wonderful:
Juan (娟) from the front desk, who went out of her way to help us use the mobile app and use it to book a taxi for the first time.
Leslie (健仔) from the lobby, who was very friendly and provided us with excellent advice on what to see in the city.
Seto (司徒師傅) from the restaurant, who was also very friendly and gave us great recommendations on the best places to eat in the city.
The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the subway (about a 10-15 minute walk), and the road can be a little quiet at night. However, this wasn't a problem for us once we learned how to use the mobile app for taxis, which are very affordable in the city.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

But when we checked in the reception told us that at swimming pool at the day time kids have classes, and they will finished around 8 pm, but at 9.30 the pool still was full of kids. And was impossible to swim. The pool is very shallow And the sauna was working not that good. The breakfast was very poor, Like 3 stars hotel Location of this hotel is good. And the design great. Rooms are clean and quiet.

GGuest UserThe stay this time surpassed all expectations! The hotel’s location is exceptional, being conveniently situated near both tourist attractions and business districts. It is easy to get around by taxi or subway, and there are also plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a warm and elegant ambiance, featuring excellent natural lighting and ventilation. The rooms also have floor-to-ceiling windows that are meticulously cleaned, ensuring a spotless environment. The bedding and towels are soft and comfortable, with no unpleasant odors. Standard amenities include umbrellas.
The service was particularly heartwarming, with a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and professional, proactively helping with luggage and even providing a warm welcome with tea and a local guide. Special thanks to Kerry for being exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay — Kerry truly made my stay feel like home.
The facilities were well-equipped, with high-speed WiFi, HD TVs, and temperature-controlled showerheads. The soundproofing was excellent, making the environment particularly quiet at night.
The breakfast offers a balanced mix of nutrients, with a variety of hot dishes, snacks, and fruits, all of which are delicious. The overall value for money is extremely high, making it suitable for both family outings and solo travel. It has already been added to the list of preferred accommodations, and I will definitely choose this place again if I visit in the future!

SShui_During my stay, I ran out of bottled water in my room. I called the front desk to inquire about purchasing two more, but the staff member immediately offered them to me complimentary. At most other hotels, you'd typically be charged for additional bottled water once the initial supply is gone. This level of service from Kyriad truly impressed me, and it will definitely be my preferred hotel for all future business trips!

MM251680****I've stayed at Xinuo hotels before and had a good impression; their service and facilities seemed to draw inspiration from Atour's style. The soft furnishings were decent, but overall, the hardware at this particular location was quite average. Perhaps due to its urban setting, it's located in an apartment building, and the stairwells and people in the rooms were a bit chaotic, with commuters also passing through. Also, the ceiling height in each room was quite low, which felt a bit stifling. I encountered some equipment issues in the room, and the front desk didn't offer any explanation during checkout. Overall, the hotel left a rather poor impression, falling short of my previous experiences with Xinuo. I hope they can significantly improve their hardware and their ability to resolve issues.

ZzyhQAQ1️⃣ The view from the room is fantastic!!! You can honestly say it's directly facing the Canton Tower, plus you get a river view! A perfect combination! You can even see Jiangxin Island.
2️⃣ My concerns about cleanliness were unfounded; the bedding, carpets, and bathroom were all very clean. Before booking, I saw that this hotel has over 300 rooms and figured any issues would be resolved properly. In the end, there were no problems at all, and the experience was great!
3️⃣ The carpets were noticeably clean, and the TV wasn't old-fashioned. Considering it opened in '91 and was renovated in '13, I think it still qualifies as a good star-rated hotel!
4️⃣ The hotel is very close to Huacheng Square (the square directly opposite the Canton Tower across the river) and the Guangzhou Opera House, which is super convenient.
