Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Zhonghua Plaza Gerui Residence

Before I even got on the plane, I told the hotel I was on a business trip and needed a room on the same floor as the laundry room because I had a lot of clothes to wash. When I landed, they told me that room wasn't available, so they upgraded me to a corner panoramic room with two large windows. What's more, the room's TV even showed the status of the washing machines! Downstairs, there's also a comprehensive shopping mall with plenty to explore. A pretty perfect place overall!

The location is excellent, right above Zhonghua Plaza, with direct subway access downstairs, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Free parking is a huge plus here, especially since parking in Guangzhou's Yuexiu district usually costs 16/hour. Given that, the room rate is quite reasonable. It's a new hotel, so the stay was very comfortable. Hot water, air conditioning, and internet all worked well. I didn't get to try the breakfast or afternoon tea. The front desk staff was lovely and tried their best to accommodate my requests. The housekeeping auntie was also very patient in guiding me to the elevator, which was great. The elevators require a key card, and food deliveries are sent to the front desk and then delivered by a robot, which gives a great sense of security!

My stay at this hotel in Guangzhou was absolutely fantastic. Every single staff member at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, provided exceptional service. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was not only delicious but also very clean and well-presented. The afternoon tea was also a treat. Throughout my stay, any issues I had were resolved promptly. I'll definitely be back to this hotel in Guangzhou next time; their service really is top-notch.

It's rare to find a hotel with such a unique ambiance. Unlike the cookie-cutter designs you often see, our room featured a floating bay window with a fantastic city sunset view in the evenings. The housekeeping was incredibly meticulous; even the desktop ornaments were dust-free. The front desk staff were discreet and efficient during check-in, never pushy. The minibar drinks were complimentary and included local specialty teas. For a short getaway, staying here was incredibly relaxing and offered far more value than other hotels in the same price range.

The overall environment is clean and peaceful, with a tasteful and soothing decor. The hallways are quiet and not noisy. The room has excellent natural light, a spacious and comfortable layout, and everything is spotlessly clean. The atmosphere makes you feel relaxed and at ease.

The breakfast and afternoon tea were also very good. I'll definitely come back again. It's super convenient as it's close to Beijing Road subway station, and you can even see Canton Tower from the lobby!
