GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, right behind the Marriott, which really highlights its great value for money. The views are beautiful, and it's convenient for taxis, cycling, and public transport. I really like Baiyun District; it's not as crowded as the old city, and I prefer a quiet and comfortable stay. The service at this hotel is exceptional. From check-in staff to housekeepers and the concierge, everyone provides thoughtful service. My flight was delayed, and it was inconvenient to go out in the rain, but the butler thoughtfully helped arrange a late check-out, which was very considerate.

GGuest UserThe hotel was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our queen room was very spacious, and the bedding was changed daily, which made everything feel fresh and comfortable. Whenever we needed assistance, the staff were always quick to help and extremely accommodating. They were especially helpful when we needed directions or transportation, always making sure taxis were arranged for us and that we knew exactly where we were going. The level of service was truly outstanding, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. I can’t wait to come back again. A special thank you to Mai and May, who kindly helped my mum and me order takeaway when we couldn’t understand the Chinese app. Your hospitality meant so much to us. Thank you as well to the bellman who helped carry our shopping upstairs and to the gentleman who kindly opened our taxi door — every member of the team was so lovely and attentive. My mum and I were visiting during a stressful trip while buying things for my wedding, but your kindness and support made the experience much easier and far more enjoyable. AAnonymous UserI stayed for 9 nights over Chinese New Year in Guangzhou. I was so lucky to find such a satisfying hotel; everything from the facilities, amenities, service, cleanliness, and transportation was perfect. The hotel's Chinese restaurant was also excellent – when I was too lazy to go out, I pretty much ate there every time, even booking my New Year's Eve dinner there. On the first day of the ***** New Year, they even distributed red envelopes to every room, though unfortunately, mine was stolen. Still, the hotel's thoughtful gesture was much appreciated.

GGuest UserThe Westin Guangzhou is in an excellent location, right by a subway station, making it super convenient to get to East Station and TaiKoo Hui. The rooms, while a bit older, are well-maintained, and the classic ”Heavenly Bed” is incredibly relaxing. Breakfast is especially abundant, with freshly made rice noodle rolls, congee, and noodles that are all very authentic. Although the facilities lean a bit more towards a business style, it offers great value for money as a base in the core Tianhe area.

I really like the unique corridor design, and the breakfast is great – a good variety and quite filling. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady on the 11th floor on the 28th. She found my ID card holder that I'd lost in the hallway and returned it to me. While it wasn't valuable, it saved me a lot of hassle! It immediately made me feel a real connection to the hotel.

Everything was clean and organized, making it very comfortable to relax. 📍 Location – 10/10 The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and not far from the airport, making it very easy to get around Guangzhou. There are also restaurants and shops nearby, which is a big plus. đŸ€ Service – 10/10 The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive. They made the check-in process smooth and were always ready to assist whenever needed. 🏊 Amenities – 10/10 Facilities are complete and impressive, including a swimming pool, gym, and other useful amenities. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, offering great comfort during the stay. ✹ Overall Experience A very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped hotel with great service and a strategic location. Definitely great value for money and highly recommended for both short and longer stays.

GGuest UserOur stay at Chimelong Hotel was absolutely fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised at check-in with a complimentary room upgrade. The room was spacious, spotless, and had excellent natural light. The hotel amenities were comprehensive and well-maintained, with plenty of recreational facilities. We especially loved dining at the famous White Tiger Restaurant; the unique ambiance, with white tigers and flamingos visible during meals, was simply incredible. The food selection was extensive, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The staff were warm and attentive, and they even gave our child a gift for their birthday! The shuttle service to and from the Safari Park and Bird Park was also very convenient. Overall, the experience far exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

JJiushi qiMy stay here was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Check-in at the front desk was quick and friendly, and they even offered to help with my luggage. The room was clean with no strange odors, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the hot water was consistently good. This hotel offers amazing value for money, with thoughtful touches everywhere. It's very close to the Pearl River, offering views of Haixinsha, and even better, it directly faces the Canton Tower! Service: The front desk staff thoughtfully informed us about a concert on the night of our stay and warned us there might be a little noise, but it didn't affect our experience. The hotel also has a delivery robot that brings takeout right to your room. Facilities: You can tell it has a bit of history; it's an old classic, but still quite good! The hotel also has a restaurant, though I didn't get to try it. Location: It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the subway station, but if you take a taxi, it drops you right at the hotel lobby.
