The overall hotel experience was great. The room was bright and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and service requests were handled promptly. The location is convenient for transportation, and there are plenty of options for dining and entertainment nearby. The soundproofing in the room was decent, making for a quiet night's sleep. The price was reasonable and offered good value for money, making for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I'm very satisfied overall and have already recommended it to friends. I'll definitely book this hotel again when I'm back in the area.

Visiting Guangzhou's Tianhe district, I stayed at the ECHARM Hotel Zhengjia Plaza & Tiyu Xilu Subway Station branch. The location is truly a major advantage, with convenient subway access and walking distance to Zhengjia Plaza for easy shopping and dining. The room was clean and tidy, not cramped, and the sleeping environment was quiet. The hotel service was quite attentive; communication was smooth when issues arose, and problems were handled promptly. The facilities were well-maintained, meeting all daily living needs. For this price point in the city center, the overall experience was excellent. I recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou for shopping and sightseeing.

Convenient transportation and well-equipped hotel facilities. - In the room, there was a noise every half an hour or ten minutes during the day. It wasn't a door closing sound, and I'm not sure where it came from. - Because I arrived late, the front desk gave me a room closest to the elevator, citing no suitable room for my needs. - The late checkout was only until 1 PM, but I understand that it's difficult on weekends when the hotel is busy.

PRO: Location near to the metro station. Nearby got a lot of food to eat and nice restaurant. We requested clean up the room every day. Hotel gave free snack, coffee and drinks at the lobby. Hotel also served high tea (drinks and snack) and supper (porridge and tong sui) for free. We enjoyed it. CON: 1. Not enough washing machines, every day fully using. Have to wake up early in the morning like 7.30am to do laundry. 2. Breakfast time too short 7.30 - 9.30am. For the first day, we woke up late at 9.40am, we missed our breakfast.

I have to give a special shout-out to Allison and Lucy, our customer service managers. They were incredibly attentive to my experience throughout our stay, from pre-arrival to check-out. The housekeeping staff was also fantastic – diligent and very thoughtful. They noticed my child loves drawing and sleeps with a doll, so they thoughtfully provided extra notepads and even a new doll! Seeing us wearing sunglasses, they gave us a cleaning cloth and a handwritten note, which is so rare and personal in this digital age. The hotel room view was also lovely, and the restaurant was excellent. Honestly, I can't find a single fault with this stay. We'll definitely be back!

A perfect stay experience. The room style, hotel location, restaurant food – everything was excellent. No other hotel in Guangzhou around the 2k price range can compare. Every day when I returned after a concert, the room had already been cleaned and the turndown service prepared. The pool and jacuzzi experience was also fantastic, and every staff member I encountered was very attentive. The only minor drawback was a slight musty smell in the room carpet, but after I reported it to the hotel, they immediately arranged for two air purifiers. They even helped coil up my charging cables. I love everything about this place. Being able to extend check-out to 2 PM due to a flight delay was a lifesaver. From now on, whenever I come to Guangzhou, I will only choose the Mandarin Oriental.

This hotel boasts excellent hardware and facilities, fully meeting five-star standards, and the overall environment has a great feel. However, there are quite a few service details that need improvement during the stay. Here's an objective sharing of my experience: 1. Food deliveries and packages are uniformly placed at the entrance on the first floor, requiring guests to go downstairs to pick them up. There's no robot delivery service, making everyday retrieval a bit inconvenient. 2. The hotel has many floors, and staff share guest elevators. During peak hours, elevator wait times are long, which affects travel efficiency. 3. Room cleaning details were not meticulous enough. There were residual oil stains on the dining table and counter from before, which were not wiped clean, and a small amount of hair and debris on the bed. Later, the room manager sincerely apologized in person and offered fruits and small gifts, showing a very genuine attitude. However, even after the rectification, there were still oversights: the bathrobe and large bath towels were taken by the cleaning staff but not promptly replaced with new ones, indicating untimely replenishment of amenities. 4. There was a minor error in the gender notation on the check-in information displayed on the in-room TV system. Such a small oversight inevitably makes one feel that attention to detail is lacking. 5. The Bluetooth speaker rented via the mini-program had glue marks on its body, low battery, and no accompanying instructions. The daily inspection and maintenance of amenities need to be strengthened. Overall, the hotel has a great foundation in terms of hardware, and the manager's apology and corrective attitude were very sincere. However, there is still significant room for improvement in the service standards and attention to detail of the frontline cleaning staff. I hope that employee training will be enhanced in the future to ensure service details are properly implemented, which I believe will greatly improve the experience.

The hotel environment is elegant, and the lobby scent is very pleasant. The room decor is romantic and cozy, the bedding is comfortable, and the cleanliness details are excellent. The bathroom has strong water pressure and hot water comes quickly. Enjoying a drink at the bar in the evening, the ambiance is fantastic. The service is attentive, making you feel right at home. I'll definitely come back for my next vacation!

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the Canton Tower from my room. Another thing I really appreciated was having a self serving laundry room, which was very convenient during my stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of food and good quality. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I give it 5 stars!

The room was great, spacious and bright, and the location was absolutely fantastic – super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room; it was so noisy, constantly buzzing, which made it hard for my elderly parents to get a good night's sleep. Also, the parking fee was a bit expensive; it would be great if the hotel offered a discounted rate.
