The staff at concierge during 9/4/2025 gave us an upgrade to a room with bathtub. Location is great, just walking distance to all the convenience stores and restaurants. Right next to a mall. Room is huge given the upgrade.

Perfect for short period of transit in Guangzhou, close to the airport, hotel provide free shuttle with in advance reservation, clean and cost effective, good service at the front desk and a really polite, helpful and friendly driver who drove me to the airport in the middle of the night, definitely will stay again in the future

very friendly staff working at the reception especially the manager Liu who is there for all questions. Big respect for Liu. The rooms are very nice and clean. and of course the robots that are the hit of the hotel😅♥️

From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was warmly and professionally received by the staff.The check-in process was very convenient, and they even thoughtfully brought me a welcome drink.My room is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.The bed is very comfortable, and the high-quality bedding allows me to fall asleep soundly every night.The room is equipped with first-class facilities, including a smart TV, a wide range of mini-bars, and high-speed wireless internet.The bathroom is equipped with luxury toiletries and a powerful shower head.The hotel's supporting facilities are also worth mentioning.The equipment in the fitness center is very new, and the swimming pool is clean and attractive.The breakfast is rich in variety, from fresh pastries to freshly made omelettes, with a variety of flavors available.

Some time ago, due to business trip, I came to Guangzhou and stayed at the Mehao Lizhi Hotel in Guangzhou East Railway Station. This stay experience was simply beyond imagination. I really have to give it a thumbs up. I highly recommend it to everyone! The hotel enjoys an excellent location: It is situated in Tianhe District, the CBD business district of Guangzhou, and is very close to the B1 and B2 subway exits of Guangzhou East Railway Station. It takes only a few minutes to walk from the hotel to the station. It is particularly convenient to go to any area in Guangzhou. There are also large shopping malls such as Oriental Baotai Shopping Plaza and CITIC Plaza nearby, where shopping, dining and leisure entertainment are all available. After a busy day, Vi can go downstairs and start a relaxing time. For business travelers, it is also extremely convenient to make an appointment with business partners to discuss business at a nearby shopping mall. The service is extremely considerate: From the moment you check in at the front desk, you can feel the full enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the hotel staff. The front desk sister not only quickly checked in, but also introduced the hotel's breakfast, afternoon tea, midnight snack time and the use of various facilities in detail. Upon check-in, you will also be served a cup of steaming health tea, which instantly dispels the fatigue of the journey. The day before check-in, the customer service housekeeper called me to ask about my check-in needs, the general itinerary, and kindly helped to arrange the room. Around nine o 'clock in the evening, the customer service butler will personally deliver goodnight milk, sweet water and fruits. This service is really considerate. During my stay at the hotel, I accidentally soiled my clothes. I thought I could only deal with them myself, but to my surprise, the hotel offers free laundry service and the laundry room is open 24 hours a day. It is fully equipped with washing and drying facilities and can also iron clothes. This is really practical for people who often travel on business. When checking out, the staff will also ask about your experience of staying and sincerely listen to your opinions, making you feel highly valued. The environment is comfortable and pleasant: The overall decoration style of the hotel is a perfect blend of Oriental elegance and modern aesthetics. The six-meter-high lobby is spacious and bright. The cloud-patterned marble floor, paired with exquisite chandeliers, creates an atmosphere of nobility and elegance. Many green plants are placed in the public area, adding vitality and vigor to the entire space. The corridors and elevators were both spotlessly clean and filled with a faint fragrance. The interior decoration of the room is truly eye-catching. The three-meter-wide floor-to-ceiling Windows offer a wide view, allowing the beautiful city skyline to be taken in at a glance. The room is spacious and well-laid out, and it doesn't make people feel cramped at all. The bed is neither too hard nor too soft. Lying on it is as comfortable as lying on a cloud. The independent pocket spring system ensures that there is no noise disturbance even when turning over. Every night, I can sleep very soundly. All facilities are available: The room is equipped with an intelligent voice-controlled Xiao Du. Whether it's turning the lights on or off, adjusting the air conditioning temperature, or playing music, you can easily handle it with just a few words. The strong sense of technology makes the stay experience more convenient and comfortable. There are also refrigerators, televisions, safes and other facilities to meet various needs of life. The bathroom adopts a dry-wet separation design. The black volcanic rock floor tiles are not only aesthetically pleasing but also come with built-in floor heating. The service was beyond any expectations: i’ve got the upgrade and early check-in upon arrival. Nice free coffee and ice cream, good location, large rooms with bathroom window. The visit was short but nothing disturbed.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, helpful, and professional. They assisted us with everything—booking cabs, ordering tea and coffee, and even helping us place online food orders. Truly one of the friendliest hotel teams we’ve met! We tried three different room types during our stay: • A small room without a window • A small room with a window • A large suite All were clean and well-maintained, with the suite being the most spacious and comfortable. The small rooms are a bit compact, especially for travelers with lots of luggage, but still equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel’s location is very convenient—just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. For Indian travelers: The hotel is a great choice, although there aren’t many Indian food options nearby. That said, the staff was kind enough to help us order meals online, which made a big difference. A special thanks to the wonderful staff members: Situ, Xiaoxuan, Xiaoyu (Beck), Xiaoyao (Coco), and Zhanpeng. We especially want to thank Situ for her amazing help and for guiding us throughout Guangzhou—it made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. Our only small disappointment—no discounts offered! But that’s just a joke, because honestly, the overall value and experience made it totally worth it. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely consider staying here again!

Hard to find the hotel. That building has 3 hotels. It occupied 2 floors. The hotel newly renovated. Pretty new. Room is rather big. Bathroom and toilet separated. Voice control to on ac, open or close curtain, on or off light etc Location pretty good. Didi to airport only ¥90. Many shopping centres around the hotels including wholesale centre for clothing mainly women. Reception is rather helpful. Breakfast + supper provided but items limited and cater to local taste. No coffee, only tea

This hotel is very nice and clean. It’s just close with Xiaobei metro station line 5 you don’t need to take taxi. I really enjoyed my my trip and i recommend you guys.
