This business trip hotel stay was full of pleasant surprises! 😍 The President Hotel's environment and service are top-notch, and the staff are incredibly polite, making for a very comfortable experience. The room facilities are complete, and they even offer free broadband internet, which made my work much more convenient. Highly recommend!

Visiting Guangzhou's Tianhe district, I stayed at the ECHARM Hotel Zhengjia Plaza & Tiyu Xilu Subway Station branch. The location is truly a major advantage, with convenient subway access and walking distance to Zhengjia Plaza for easy shopping and dining. The room was clean and tidy, not cramped, and the sleeping environment was quiet. The hotel service was quite attentive; communication was smooth when issues arose, and problems were handled promptly. The facilities were well-maintained, meeting all daily living needs. For this price point in the city center, the overall experience was excellent. I recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou for shopping and sightseeing.

A very satisfying stay. It was raining at noon that day, and the porter proactively helped us with our luggage. The front desk also upgraded our room for my mom and me and gave us two complimentary sodas. A special shout-out to the ladies at the front desk, their service was excellent! The hotel room was luxurious and comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. The shower pressure was a bit low, but it didn't really bother us.

PRO: Location near to the metro station. Nearby got a lot of food to eat and nice restaurant. We requested clean up the room every day. Hotel gave free snack, coffee and drinks at the lobby. Hotel also served high tea (drinks and snack) and supper (porridge and tong sui) for free. We enjoyed it. CON: 1. Not enough washing machines, every day fully using. Have to wake up early in the morning like 7.30am to do laundry. 2. Breakfast time too short 7.30 - 9.30am. For the first day, we woke up late at 9.40am, we missed our breakfast.

The location is superb and centrally located. The hotel lobby is grand, and the hotel room is super clean. The room has a magnificent view of the entire Tower and river area. The customer service is so professional. The hotel breakfast has a wide variety. Surely, will come back to stay this hotel again.

The rooms were fine, but I have to give a negative review for the concierge service. I was with my child and in a hurry to register my car plate number before heading out. However, the concierge, a man with glasses, was engaging in a lengthy and polite conversation with a foreigner and completely ignored us. Even though I was standing there with my child for several minutes, no one bothered to approach us. I finally had to interrupt their enthusiastic chat to ask if someone else or the check-in desk could register my car plate. I received a cold and quick 'no' – a stark contrast to the warm interaction he had with the foreign guest. After waiting for a long time and seeing no end to their conversation, and with my one-year-old getting restless, I went to the check-in counter to ask if they could help with the car plate. It was then that a nearby check-in staff member took us back to the concierge desk, where someone there *did* register my car plate. I was utterly confused! Turns out, it *was* possible. So, is concierge service only reserved for foreign guests, and we don't even deserve a smile? He knew I had a baby and had been waiting for almost ten minutes, yet he was completely indifferent. This is hard to assess... The hotel facilities and cleanliness were fine. The doorman when we left was very enthusiastic. The breakfast, to be honest, was really just mediocre! The French toast was alright, but the rest was truly unremarkable... especially the waffles, which were hard and unappetizing, and the eggs were very average. Three days, two nights – next time I visit friends in Guangzhou, I definitely won't choose this place again! Though I was happy they upgraded my room type when they saw I had a small baby.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a direct view of the Canton Tower from the window. The cleanliness was also good. We were just transiting through Guangzhou and only stayed one night, but if we have the chance to visit Guangzhou again, we'll definitely choose to stay here.

This hotel, shaped like a cruise ship 🚢, is nestled on Bio-Island, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, clean, and bright. The bedding, pillows, and covers were incredibly comfortable. The long, curved balcony is quite unique. The Western restaurant offers a rich breakfast spread, and the room service dishes are also good. The infinity pool on the 18th floor is lovely. The gym on the 17th floor is very spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view from the glass windows. It's a pet-friendly hotel, with a pet bed, pee pad, and bowls provided in the room. The large lawn on the fifth-floor platform is perfect for dogs 🐶 to run and play. There's also another large lawn behind the hotel on the basement level for dogs 🐶 to run and play. I'm so grateful that pet owners can bring their furry family members to stay here. It would be even better if the restaurant had designated pet-friendly areas for dining. After all, there are no other restaurants or hawker stalls around the hotel. If you don't want to go out, you're limited to the hotel restaurant, but pets aren't allowed inside... This makes dining inconvenient for pet-owning families. While delivery is an option, every place takes a very long time (an hour or more). I'll definitely support and patronize this hotel again given the chance 🌹

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the Canton Tower from my room. Another thing I really appreciated was having a self serving laundry room, which was very convenient during my stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of food and good quality. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I give it 5 stars!

The environment is quiet and comfortable, the bedding is cozy, and the front desk staff are friendly. It's excellent value for money and highly recommended. The value is superb, the room is clean with no strange smells, and the staff are responsive. We had a great stay. The location is excellent, right below Zhengjia Plaza.
