So comfortable! The room felt a bit bigger than typical family rooms, and the floor-to-ceiling windows were lovely. Especially at night, it was so cozy. The front desk lady was very gentle too. Staying near the South Station with a shuttle service was super convenient. The treadmill in the gym was pretty good as well. I slept soundly for two nights. The bamboo in the bathroom was a nice design touch. It almost felt like bamboo was growing on my head while I was on the toilet!

The hotel reception staff were very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. I checked out too early in the morning and didn't have time to get an invoice. I called the hotel front desk to request one, and they responded very quickly and sent it to me right away. It was a great experience. Both check-in and check-out processes were quite fast, and they also offered airport transfer service. Thumbs up! 👍

The room was spacious and clean. The location is very convenient. 大佛寺is just opposite and many malls around. Housekeeping- replenished mineral water and etc daily. There was a 瘦高的 小姐姐隔一天还记得我要矿泉水。 真的很贴心。 Simple breakfast, coffee machine Supper- instant 牛肉面available This hotel was very new and clean everything in just a level. Fantastic. Will be back.

I stayed in a high-floor room, which offered expansive views of the city skyline – truly a fantastic sight. The front desk staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, making the check-in process efficient and thoughtful. The room itself was very clean and tidy, with well-maintained facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a highly satisfying experience.

I just casually mentioned wanting to rest on the sofa for a bit, and soon after, a staff member brought me tea. These little details made me feel very comfortable. For a hotel in the city center, the price for such service offers excellent value for money; it's all about these tangible details. My stay on this trip was very reassuring, truly a great hotel experience.

The hotel also offered thoughtful services like free tea and snacks, which added to the overall experience. The location is convenient for getting around, with many dining options nearby. Overall, it's great value for money, suitable for both business trips and short stays. I stayed twice, and they arranged a fantastic room for me both times. I left my luggage at the front desk, and they even brought it up to my room. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in the area.

A perfect stay experience. The room style, hotel location, restaurant food – everything was excellent. No other hotel in Guangzhou around the 2k price range can compare. Every day when I returned after a concert, the room had already been cleaned and the turndown service prepared. The pool and jacuzzi experience was also fantastic, and every staff member I encountered was very attentive. The only minor drawback was a slight musty smell in the room carpet, but after I reported it to the hotel, they immediately arranged for two air purifiers. They even helped coil up my charging cables. I love everything about this place. Being able to extend check-out to 2 PM due to a flight delay was a lifesaver. From now on, whenever I come to Guangzhou, I will only choose the Mandarin Oriental.

The location is super convenient! You can walk to the Provincial Museum, Huacheng Square Fountain, Liede subway station, and more. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, with new and complete amenities. The service was also proactive and thoughtful. Highly recommended!
