Excellent location; 3 minutes drive to the Falls. Great value for the price. Very good breakfast. The fact that the front entrance to the reception is already locked was kind of weird. All the hotels I have visited, the front entrance is always accessible. You us the hotel room keys if you use other entrances. Then there is a notice on the room key pouch to always secure the door with the deadbolt; keep valuable secure⊠This alerted me to the fact that the area may not be 100% safe. However, this apprehension was removed, when we checked out and my wife forgot her hand bag with wallet and family passports in it. One of the house keepers came running and found us still putting our stuff in the vehicle to alert us that we forgot the bag on the table. My wife went back to pick it up. A plus for that housekeeper. The night receptionist, however, has a cold presence. She addresses people as if she is not engaged with their presence. Overall, the service is very good. Great value for the buck; I will recommend it to those who want to visit Niagara Falls.

We stayed for just one night upon our arrival from Toronto, as we were unable to secure additional days at another hotel. The room was spacious, featuring two queen beds and effective air conditioning. The bathroom was also roomy and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast offered a good selection with self-service options and standard choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.
