The high-view waterfall room is definitely worth staying in. The scenery is beautiful, especially on a clear day; the view from above is spectacular. The bed is large enough for two adults and two children. High floors also have exclusive express elevators, making access convenient. Buying the kids' breakfast in advance also gives you a discount, which is great. In the morning, there's plenty of fruit and vegetables, and you can still see the magnificent waterfall view, which is quite worthwhile. At night, you can watch the light show and fireworks directly through the window without having to brave the cold wind. The WEGO bus blue line is just a short walk from the hotel entrance, making it very convenient to get to attractions. If you prefer to walk, it's actually quite close, only a 5-minute walk to the Funicular. If you have the Niagara Falls pass, both the Funicular and WEGO are free to ride. We found it to be very worthwhile. We had a great time during our two-day, one-night stay.

I had a ladies gathering past weekend. The room is clean and spacious. It fitted 4 of us comfortably. The only problem was there’s no water bottle provided. We had to boil the tap water with room’s coffee machine. Although our room was city view but we did easily enjoy the falls view while waiting for the elevator and watched the fireworks from the hotel’s terrace. Our booking only included buffet breakfast for 2. We paid for the other 2 but the price seemed too high as there’s not much variety to choose but the service was good.

The view of the waterfall from the room was fantastic! Absolutely amazing! As for everything else, don't compare it to 5-star hotels in China. After all, Canada is a great place for business, very laid-back, with little competitive pressure. Wi-Fi costs extra, parking costs extra (CAD 70/night), bottled water costs extra, and remember to leave a few dollars for daily housekeeping. Overall, it was okay. I stayed at a few Marriotts on this trip, and the one at Niagara Falls was pretty decent, comparable to a 3-star hotel in China. At least it was quieter than the Marriott near Parliament Hill in Ottawa, without the noise of renovations or the strong formaldehyde smell. And the front desk service here was more professional than the Indian lady at the Marriott near Toronto Airport, who had an inexplicable sense of pride. A heads-up to everyone booking Marriotts in Canada: if you're offered a newly renovated room, definitely decline it. The formaldehyde smell is too strong, and you'll feel noticeably uncomfortable after two days.

The room overall was quite comfortable, and the bedding was good. However, hotels in North America tend to be more basic and simple compared to what you find domestically. The pricing on Trip.com was strange; booking in advance was actually more expensive than booking last minute. What's really nice about this place is that you can see the waterfall right from the elevator lobby. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with a good variety of options and tasty made-to-order omelets.

The location is excellent. We booked a room with a waterfall view, and we could see the waterfall right from our room. Actually, even rooms without a direct waterfall view can still enjoy it from the hotel's elevator viewing platform, which is great. Perhaps on the day we checked in, several large tour groups arrived, making the hotel lobby chaotic. We waited a long time for the elevator. We had breakfast vouchers included with our room, but they expired before we could use them, and the restaurant front desk wouldn't refund them, nor would Ctrip. The restaurant food was delicious. However, the Starbucks downstairs had rather poor service. After buying food and drinks, I asked for a cup of hot water and they wanted to charge me for it. The front desk said it was free, but I just gave up on it. I don't know if they provide different services to different guests, but I wasn't impressed. I kicked the foot of the bed with my slippers multiple times, and it hurt like crazy. This is a significant design flaw, especially with children around, it could cause serious injury. The staff, however, were excellent. The lock on my luggage broke, and a maintenance guy found tools to fix it, which was fantastic! 👍

Room is spacious and the view is incredible! The location not that bad just need to take a ramp to the falls for 4$ or you can purchase a WEGO package which cost u round 65$ and can take a bus with walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast is amazing about 42$ each not including tips and the room is kinda old but still not bad. They do not clean appropriately as I put my towels on floor but they didn’t remove it (as they told to be done that for get new towels)
