"Our room was freshly renovated and looked brand new! Super clean, modern, highly recommend. Walking distance to the incline railway and short walk to most everything else. If there's a downside, although we booked a falls view room and we were on the 16th floor, they gave us the corner so it was an awkward angle. They tried to upsell at check in to get a better view, which we declined. Could still see some of the falls and it was nice, just not as nice as we thought it was going to be from that room."

"Everyone from the parking lot attendant to the front desk staff were just AWESOME. The room was FANTASTIC as well. The bed was the BEST I have ever slept in. My finance said the same. We wish we could buy that mattress. Thanks for the AWESOME TIME we will be back!!!!!"

"This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) "Great location, can see fireworks at the falls from our room directly (cant see the falls) and short walking distance to Clifton hill. The luggage storage was very nice and safe, they provided a room with a lock on it. However, the fan in our room was a bit noisy, also amenities are down in the reception, which is self served. Toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers were not provided. Also not to mention the water pressure was weak for the shower. Also found a spider on the night stand. Overall, it is what you will expect for a 3-star hotel, and the price decent given that it is near tourist attractions, except for that spider."

"The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Horseshoe Falls, and the hotel has a direct indoor connection. We booked a room with a falls view, and it was indeed great. However, the hotel facilities are quite old and dated. The most frustrating part was the parking! We had to park in a small lot some distance from the hotel and take a dedicated shuttle bus back and forth, which was very inconvenient. Plus, it was $45 for one night – absolutely outrageous."

"The location is very good, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the waterfall viewing tower. The room is clean and spacious, the cleaning staff is serious, and the front desk is very friendly and will give a lot of travel advice. There is a small swimming pool"

"I had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance"

"We stayed here for three days and had a wonderful experience. Everything was so well prepared that we barely needed to leave the hotel. We loved the spa, indoor pool, wine bar, and ice cream bar. The wine bar was excellent and highly recommended. The location is amazing, Clifton Hill is surprisingly close, and the ****** and indoor playground are just steps away. Breakfast and dinner were also great. We celebrated our anniversary here, and it became a trip we will never forget."

The bedding featured a KingKoil mattress, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. What truly stood out was the butler-style service. The front desk proactively upgraded my room, and the turndown service even included thoughtful warm milk. The afternoon tea pastries in the Executive Lounge were exquisite, and the Happy Hour cocktails were expertly mixed. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with a plethora of dining options in the surrounding commercial area. While it's a bit pricey, it's absolutely worth it for such high-quality facilities and service. I even received a small gift upon check-out, showing genuine attention to detail. I will definitely choose this hotel again!"
