"Upon check-in, the 2 bedroom suite turned out to be a family suite with 2 Queen beds in the same room and a sofa bed in the other and with only 1 bathroom! Not suitable for us, 2 adult couples, to stay in. Upon our request, the hotel staff changed us to another “2 bedrooms” suite with a king size bed in each room and with 2 bathrooms. This turned out far better than the earlier room. But this room was on a higher floor and a better view of the Niagara Falls. So we had a wonderful memorable 1 night stay!w"

"This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) "The hotel staff was amazing. The hotel stay the view of the fall was beautiful. But the turtle Jack’s restaurant was not good. Do not order the French dip. All it was was fat stringy fat."

"The service was enthusiastic and the environment was pretty good, nothing spectacular but decent. Parking was convenient, though it cost money. Overall, it's good value for money and very close to the waterfall. Parking was easy."

"The staff is great but the hotel is run down. I paid $220 for a night and the carpet was all lifting in the room. They tried to hide it with a chair. The hallway carpets are disgusting and leave the halls smelling musty. The best part though, kids staying with us and they put us in a room where the window was so cracked that one wrong tumble into that window you’d be gone. They thought packers clear tape would fix it."

"The best falls view room in Niagara! You can overlook the entire Niagara Falls without even leaving your room. The breakfast restaurant also offers an unobstructed view of the falls. The bathtub with a spa feature was incredibly comfortable. If possible, I highly recommend visiting in winter; the snowy, icy falls view is truly breathtaking."

"The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Horseshoe Falls, and the hotel has a direct indoor connection. We booked a room with a falls view, and it was indeed great. However, the hotel facilities are quite old and dated. The most frustrating part was the parking! We had to park in a small lot some distance from the hotel and take a dedicated shuttle bus back and forth, which was very inconvenient. Plus, it was $45 for one night – absolutely outrageous."

"I had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance"

"The hotel rooms are clean. The bus stop for the scenic area's falls is just one block away, though you'll have to walk a little further back. Clifton Hill is also a short walk away for shopping and dining. It's a good value hotel within the scenic area."

"Very nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasn’t ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunning—you can see both the US and Canadian falls, and it’s perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the ******, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options. The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit on the small side and the water pressure could have been stronger, but since this was the penthouse, I somewhat expected that. Overall, the room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the experience was wonderful."
