"Upon check-in, the 2 bedroom suite turned out to be a family suite with 2 Queen beds in the same room and a sofa bed in the other and with only 1 bathroom! Not suitable for us, 2 adult couples, to stay in. Upon our request, the hotel staff changed us to another “2 bedrooms” suite with a king size bed in each room and with 2 bathrooms. This turned out far better than the earlier room. But this room was on a higher floor and a better view of the Niagara Falls. So we had a wonderful memorable 1 night stay!w"

"The hotel staff was amazing. The hotel stay the view of the fall was beautiful. But the turtle Jack’s restaurant was not good. Do not order the French dip. All it was was fat stringy fat."

"This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) "It was a nice and affordable place to stay. It’s close to Niagara Falls, fast food, and everything we needed was within walking distance. The kids really enjoyed it. The only thing I didn’t really like was that the chlorine in the pool was very strong, and my kids kept coughing every time they went swimming."

"The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Horseshoe Falls, and the hotel has a direct indoor connection. We booked a room with a falls view, and it was indeed great. However, the hotel facilities are quite old and dated. The most frustrating part was the parking! We had to park in a small lot some distance from the hotel and take a dedicated shuttle bus back and forth, which was very inconvenient. Plus, it was $45 for one night – absolutely outrageous."

"The service was enthusiastic and the environment was pretty good, nothing spectacular but decent. Parking was convenient, though it cost money. Overall, it's good value for money and very close to the waterfall. Parking was easy."

"The hotel reception staff was very polite, introduced the surrounding attractions in detail, told us how to walk more smoothly, and patiently helped us solve any problems we had. The soap and shampoo provided are not enough, and no toothbrush is provided. Although it is a bit old, it is still clean overall, but the lighting is a bit dim. There is free parking."

"I had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance"

"The best falls view room in Niagara! You can overlook the entire Niagara Falls without even leaving your room. The breakfast restaurant also offers an unobstructed view of the falls. The bathtub with a spa feature was incredibly comfortable. If possible, I highly recommend visiting in winter; the snowy, icy falls view is truly breathtaking."
