It may be good for those who have a rental car. The hotel interior is average and clean. The lighting is a little dim. The children were delighted with the playroom and pool. They gave us vouchers for the game center, and the staff was very kind. There is a washing machine, but depending on the room, you have to pass a cabana and it is far away. There were groups in the cabana that were making noise until late at night, and they would call out to people with children, which was unpleasant.

Very clean and supportive staff they are very helpful. Very well organised & knowledgeable. The place is very tidy and easy access to the uber and metro. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They guided us for visiting all the attractions .

The room is big enough, there is a free toothbrush, you have to ask the front desk to get it, that is, the air conditioning sound is sometimes loud, but there is no elevator, you need to take the stairs. We booked a queen-size bed but were upgraded to 2 queen beds upon check-in, which we didn't need, but thanks anyway. Unlike the other reviews I read, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. There were enough towels too which I like. We were just a bit distracted by the noise coming from the upper level but it’s a minor issue. Not enough hot water for the shower and please be careful as the tub is slippery when wet. They have a decent selection of breakfast too. May I just suggest that the lady making pancakes be jolly and smile at guests, as it adds positive vibes. 😊 Overall, even if it's not too close to the falls, we’ll definitely come back here.

initailly out room keypad was out of battery but the staff was very friendly they assisted and provided us another room asap no wait staff was very helpful and polite perfect hotel away from tourist crowds parking is additional 15$ onsite rooms are clean and good there is no smoking or bad smell in rooms rooms with balcony have a view view shows river amd part of falls awesome hotel prices high on weekends otherwise better than big brands hotel was a piece of mind

I used a room on the 2nd floor. I checked in late and they kindly guided me. Overall, the facilities are old, but considering the location, I think they are good value for money. I didn't use the breakfast because it had a lot of bad content.

I took a room for $95 + tax for a decent price per room. Free parking. . The room is clean. The pool is too much chlorine. It's like a detergent was poured into the jadkuzi. I didn't like it. Breakfast - omelet, sausages, oranges and apples (although it was summer) breakfast cereals, a type of jam. coffee, tea, juices. One-time tableware and appliances are cheap plastic.
