GGuest UserThis was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Courtyard Niagara Falls and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a perfect locationājust a short walk to the falls, Clifton Hill, and plenty of great restaurants.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions or give local recommendations.
The facilities were excellent, including a nice pool and well-equipped fitness area. Parking was convenient, and check-in/check-out were quick and easy.
Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay if youāre visiting Niagara Falls. Iāll definitely be coming back!

GGuest UserVery nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasnāt ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunningāyou can see both the US and Canadian falls, and itās perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the ******, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options.
The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit on the small side and the water pressure could have been stronger, but since this was the penthouse, I somewhat expected that. Overall, the room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the experience was wonderful.

GGuest UserThe receptionist was not very welcoming. We got a room we did not request. She just talked and kind of raised her tone to point out why we were not getting the room we selected. She didnāt like the fact we questioned it. Iām pretty sure she then picked the worse room in the hotel for us.
Room is marginally clean, we immediately checked for bed bugs.
You canāt access the pool without staff. Weird. Hotel key should get you anywhere guests are allowed.
Walls are dated, floors are updated.
Not the best. I try her hotels are better at this price point.

GGuest UserThe hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, itās not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you donāt count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts.
Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing.
Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better.

GGuest UserI was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.

GGuanhaitingtaotourAs a global chain hotel, the price in Niagara Falls is much cheaper than Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton and other hotels. Although the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Great Falls, it is still a great value for friends who drive by themselves.
We booked a queen room with two large beds, which is more than 30 square meters. Each room has cable TV and a work desk. A coffee machine and ironing facilities are also provided. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, gym and business center.
The hotel is located opposite the āWhite Water Walkā attraction in the Grand Canyon. It is only 2.5 kilometers away from Niagara Falls, Niagara Cruises, and Niagara Falls. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Niagara Railway Station, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserWhat they say about first impressions rings true here. Our room was on the second floor in a corner, and to get there, we had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke from the many people smoking outside their rooms. And right by our door, there was a bucket of still smoldering cigarette butts.
The room was okay, but not the cleanest. There were a lot of assorted hairs on the bathroom floor, and the ceiling fan had not been cleaned for years. The only window in the room had also not been cleaned in a very long time. And it was seriously lacking in amenities. There was no coffee maker, but we did manage to borrow a kettle from the front desk. The television had no channels and only had streaming services. Luckily, some previous customer left themselves logged in to Apple TV. Wayne, if you are reading this, thanks! And the breakfast were very basic - frozen waffles or toast.
Next time we are in Niagara Falls area, we will definitely be looking elsewhere.

The room was spacious and clean, with a suite featuring a double sofa, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. There were two bottles of mineral water on the bar, each costing 2.75 Canadian dollars. Parking was 20 Canadian dollars per day, and I was given a 15% discount coupon for dining and Starbucks upon check-in. I had read reviews that the hotel was double-charging, and I repeatedly confirmed with the front desk what was included in the room rate upon check-in, but was still charged upon check-out.
