GGuest UserThis was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

AAnnie travellingHappy to have chosen this place. Was worried but it was at the top of Clifton Hill so close enough to the fun action but not noisy.
Hotel itself is new, not red like the photos but navy colourways. Nice to have 2 pools but didnāt have much time to use it! Would stay here again. Parking was easy but cost $28 per evening.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasnāt ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunningāyou can see both the US and Canadian falls, and itās perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the ******, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options.
The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit on the small side and the water pressure could have been stronger, but since this was the penthouse, I somewhat expected that. Overall, the room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the experience was wonderful.

GGuest UserThe receptionist was not very welcoming. We got a room we did not request. She just talked and kind of raised her tone to point out why we were not getting the room we selected. She didnāt like the fact we questioned it. Iām pretty sure she then picked the worse room in the hotel for us.
Room is marginally clean, we immediately checked for bed bugs.
You canāt access the pool without staff. Weird. Hotel key should get you anywhere guests are allowed.
Walls are dated, floors are updated.
Not the best. I try her hotels are better at this price point.

JJoe CiampoThe set up of the building is confusing if youāre not familiar with it the attendant on staff was little to no help . After explaining to him my elderly mother needed to get to her room , I asked twice for help , he showed very little kindness and no actual professionalism at all .
The room was clean , air conditioning works well . Breakfast could use some fruit ? Nothing for a vegetarian.

GGuanhaitingtaotourAs a global chain hotel, the price in Niagara Falls is much cheaper than Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton and other hotels. Although the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Great Falls, it is still a great value for friends who drive by themselves.
We booked a queen room with two large beds, which is more than 30 square meters. Each room has cable TV and a work desk. A coffee machine and ironing facilities are also provided. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, gym and business center.
The hotel is located opposite the āWhite Water Walkā attraction in the Grand Canyon. It is only 2.5 kilometers away from Niagara Falls, Niagara Cruises, and Niagara Falls. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Niagara Railway Station, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserI was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were extremely helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The location is unbeatableājust a short walk from the stunning Niagara Falls, yet it still feels quiet and peaceful.The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
Breakfast was a nice bonus. The overall value for the price was excellent, especially considering the proximity to the Falls.I would highly recommend Falls Lodge and Suites to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. Itās perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

NNini111The hotel is across from a shopping mall, but a bit far from the falls, requiring a drive. The room was spacious and clean, with a suite featuring a double sofa, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. There were two bottles of mineral water on the bar, each costing 2.75 Canadian dollars. Parking was 20 Canadian dollars per day, and I was given a 15% discount coupon for dining and Starbucks upon check-in. I had read reviews that the hotel was double-charging, and I repeatedly confirmed with the front desk what was included in the room rate upon check-in, but was still charged upon check-out.
