"The room was bigger than expected, the beds were OK, pillows a bit lumpy but didn’t make sleep impossible. The motel is close to Clifton Hill and all the attractions they offer, easily walkable area. The indoor pool was a nice addition (but would be better if a couple degrees warmer for us older folks!) Fridge/microwave would be nice but not the end of the world. Ice readily available at the check in desk. Overall good value for what we paid, would stay there again"

Great
GGuest UserThe staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great service from everyone we dealt with right from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the lady who brought us breakfast every morning. The day started with an excellent breakfast serviced right in our room which was a nice touch.
My only complaint was having to pay for parking. I was aware of these ahead of time but given the cost of the room, it really should have included the parking.
GGuest UserAfter 10 days i still did not receive my bill.they charged me without sending bill and when i contacted them they said we sent it and we can not send it anymore.i told them i did not receieve but they insist we can not send bill again.one time bill ,funny.it seems ehen they send bill it will be gone from their database.zero for customer service in canada
GGuest UserClean room with comfortable beds with some slight wear and tear. But 8th floor could not see the falls. We could see a glimpse of the river past the parking lots/skylon. In the middle between Clifton hill and table rock. Should be walkable but was too cold to walk the night we were there.
GGuest UserThis was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!
GGuest UserThe location was great, the rooms was clean, friendly staff. About 9:30pm the heater in the room started making a popping sound every few minutes. Maintenance came, but couldn't get it to stop. I was taken to another room, but maintenance couldn't get the heater to blow hot air - it was blowing cold air. I was taken to another room - maintenance put the heater on, but it kept shutting off. Head maintenance said to put the heat higher - he did and assured me it would be fine 3rd room. During the night the heater shut off and never came back on again. I woke up at 4am because I was cold. I was afraid to touch the heater for fear it would start blowing cold air, so just pulled the blanket/sheets up higher and went back to sleep. When I told front desk of the issues in the morning on check out, they said they could take off the parking fee, but nothing more because I booked through a 3rd party. I was stressed when I decided to take a night away. The stress of being ushed around to 3 separate rooms and then the heat going off when it's still cold outside created even more stress. Staff was friendly, maintenance was helpful and friendly, but let's face it, I went there to be relaxed and de-stress. Didn't happen.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Courtyard Niagara Falls and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a perfect location—just a short walk to the falls, Clifton Hill, and plenty of great restaurants.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions or give local recommendations.
The facilities were excellent, including a nice pool and well-equipped fitness area. Parking was convenient, and check-in/check-out were quick and easy.
Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay if you’re visiting Niagara Falls. I’ll definitely be coming back!
GGuest UserThe location was great — just a short walk to the falls and Clifton Hill, which was super convenient. The hotel does feel a bit dated and could use some maintenance; for example, the top of the closet was a bit dusty. The room was on the smaller side, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler — it might feel a little tight for two people. That said, it was overall clean, and the guest services team was very friendly and helpful
Aapp1234It was further from the center of Niagara than I expected, and the city bus that stops right in front of the hotel is convenient, but the city bus arrival and departure information is not linked to Google, so I was quite confused. It may be good for those who have a rental car. The hotel interior is average and clean. The lighting is a little dim. The children were delighted with the playroom and pool. They gave us vouchers for the game center, and the staff was very kind. There is a washing machine, but depending on the room, you have to pass a cabana and it is far away. There were groups in the cabana that were making noise until late at night, and they would call out to people with children, which was unpleasant.
GGuest UserThe receptionist was not very welcoming. We got a room we did not request. She just talked and kind of raised her tone to point out why we were not getting the room we selected. She didn’t like the fact we questioned it. I’m pretty sure she then picked the worse room in the hotel for us.
Room is marginally clean, we immediately checked for bed bugs.
You can’t access the pool without staff. Weird. Hotel key should get you anywhere guests are allowed.
Walls are dated, floors are updated.
Not the best. I try her hotels are better at this price point.
GGuest UserFacilities: Ordinary hotel facilities, excellent location, only 5 minutes walk to the Horseshoe Falls in the morning, many restaurants and Starbucks downstairs
Hygiene: The room has a bit of odor, probably close to the waterfall, very humid, fortunately only stayed one night
Service: OK, charged about 70 yuan for environmental protection fees, I didn't hear it clearly
The price is reasonable, cost-effective, parking costs 35 Canadian dollars, you can find a parking lot nearby, 10 dollars is enough, bargaining is no problem, Indians are not regular. You can park at the door for 15 minutes to check in
