"The room was bigger than expected, the beds were OK, pillows a bit lumpy but didn’t make sleep impossible. The motel is close to Clifton Hill and all the attractions they offer, easily walkable area. The indoor pool was a nice addition (but would be better if a couple degrees warmer for us older folks!) Fridge/microwave would be nice but not the end of the world. Ice readily available at the check in desk. Overall good value for what we paid, would stay there again"

Great
GGuest UserThe staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great service from everyone we dealt with right from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the lady who brought us breakfast every morning. The day started with an excellent breakfast serviced right in our room which was a nice touch.
My only complaint was having to pay for parking. I was aware of these ahead of time but given the cost of the room, it really should have included the parking.
GGuest UserAfter 10 days i still did not receive my bill.they charged me without sending bill and when i contacted them they said we sent it and we can not send it anymore.i told them i did not receieve but they insist we can not send bill again.one time bill ,funny.it seems ehen they send bill it will be gone from their database.zero for customer service in canada
GGuest UserOverall, I had a positive experience during my stay. The hotel is conveniently located within a very short walk to Horseshoe Falls. My room on the 7th floor offered a view of approximately two-thirds of Horseshoe Falls from within the room. (I gathered that two other rooms in the hotel might offer a full panoramic view of the falls). The front desk staff were very attentive and fluent in English, and the housekeeping staff were also very dedicated. The room was well-equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, hairdryer, and a bathtub. Standard toiletries were provided, though, as is common in many international hotels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers were not included. The overall cleanliness was excellent, although upon check-in, I did notice a distinct odor, possibly from the cleaning or disinfectant solution. Breakfast is available on the ground floor, which is also where the lobby is located. Considering the price, location, and service, I personally found the hotel to offer excellent value for money.
GGuest UserThis was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!
Aapp1234It was further from the center of Niagara than I expected, and the city bus that stops right in front of the hotel is convenient, but the city bus arrival and departure information is not linked to Google, so I was quite confused. It may be good for those who have a rental car. The hotel interior is average and clean. The lighting is a little dim. The children were delighted with the playroom and pool. They gave us vouchers for the game center, and the staff was very kind. There is a washing machine, but depending on the room, you have to pass a cabana and it is far away. There were groups in the cabana that were making noise until late at night, and they would call out to people with children, which was unpleasant.
GGuest UserVery nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasn’t ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunning—you can see both the US and Canadian falls, and it’s perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the ******, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options.
The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit on the small side and the water pressure could have been stronger, but since this was the penthouse, I somewhat expected that. Overall, the room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the experience was wonderful.
GGuest UserThe receptionist was not very welcoming. We got a room we did not request. She just talked and kind of raised her tone to point out why we were not getting the room we selected. She didn’t like the fact we questioned it. I’m pretty sure she then picked the worse room in the hotel for us.
Room is marginally clean, we immediately checked for bed bugs.
You can’t access the pool without staff. Weird. Hotel key should get you anywhere guests are allowed.
Walls are dated, floors are updated.
Not the best. I try her hotels are better at this price point.
JJoe CiampoThe set up of the building is confusing if you’re not familiar with it the attendant on staff was little to no help . After explaining to him my elderly mother needed to get to her room , I asked twice for help , he showed very little kindness and no actual professionalism at all .
The room was clean , air conditioning works well . Breakfast could use some fruit ? Nothing for a vegetarian.
GGuest UserFacilities: Ordinary hotel facilities, excellent location, only 5 minutes walk to the Horseshoe Falls in the morning, many restaurants and Starbucks downstairs
Hygiene: The room has a bit of odor, probably close to the waterfall, very humid, fortunately only stayed one night
Service: OK, charged about 70 yuan for environmental protection fees, I didn't hear it clearly
The price is reasonable, cost-effective, parking costs 35 Canadian dollars, you can find a parking lot nearby, 10 dollars is enough, bargaining is no problem, Indians are not regular. You can park at the door for 15 minutes to check in
AAnonymous UserOpened this year, the hotel is brand new and offers great value for money 🥳🥳. Our room was on a high floor, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the magnificent waterfall; at night, we enjoyed the dazzling fireworks display!! The suite's design, from the bed to the sofa and even the bathtub, was extra-large, providing a spacious feel. It's an ideal stay for families and definitely worth recommending! 👍👍
