The hotel room window offers a direct view of the magnificent waterfall, and the surroundings are lovely, though the facilities are a bit dated. The hotel restaurant is quite pricey and adds a 20% tax, so if possible, I’d recommend eating elsewhere.

The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent location for viewing the waterfall. Floors above the 12th offer great views, and you can catch the light and fireworks shows at night. However, the room facilities don't live up to the 2000+ price tag; they're no different from rooms costing a few hundred, and they even skimped on a microwave. The service is also non-existent.

The room offers a panoramic view of the waterfall, which is great value for money! Just a heads-up regarding facilities: drinking water is not provided in the room.

An older hotel with a great location; many of my friends book this one when they visit. There's an extra charge for a room with a view, and breakfast costs extra too. The hotel didn't provide any drinks, toiletries, or slippers.

I paid extra to upgrade to a high-floor king room with a view, getting a close-up look at the magnificent waterfall. The hotel itself was just okay, but the location is truly excellent. I even got to watch the light show and fireworks from the hotel at night. Great value!

This is our third time staying at this hotel, and it's always our go-to when relatives or friends visit Toronto and want to see Niagara Falls. The rooms are huge with floor-to-ceiling windows and two comfy armchairs, so you can sit right by the window and watch the incredibly powerful falls – it's absolutely stunning, especially great for elderly guests with mobility issues. Parking at the hotel is super expensive; the first time, valet plus tip cost us nearly $80 CAD. However, there are other parking lots nearby for about $20 CAD per night.
