The hotel is located close to the Exit 5 of the Green and Brown Lines of Osaka Metro. However, prepare a strong heart because when you arrive to the exit you will have to climb 4 floors of stairs to reach the hotel every time. The other exit with lift is further away. The hotel itself I will only classify as a modernised INN rather than a stared hotel, not as per its name stated. The cleaning services are not up to the standards you would expect for normal hotels in Japan.
The breakfast itself is another downside if you live here more than four nights, because you would only have four choices everyday every time you go down. The chef made good food but, having stayed here for 9 nights you will get sick and tired of the breakfast pretty soon. Rather, I would recommend just go to local Japanese supermarkets to shop for breakfast and bento for the next day.

Perfect hotel for young people! Very vibrant, with a bar upstairs, a free 24-hour drink area on the 2nd floor, and a chill space on the first floor! Overall, it was a great place to stay, very close to different train lines.
We opted for no cleaning service and received free vouchers to use at the hotel! We used them for breakfast.
They provide free beer at certain time as well!
The best thing to mention is the pajamas. They were so comfortable that I wanted to purchase a pair, but they were sold out!

the location of the hotel is very convenient as it is located just beside the station. service by the hotel staff were also superb! interior is nice and clean. overall a very good hotel that i will visit again in the future.

I enjoyed my stay here. The Lively Osaka is more like an American style boutique hotel, with restaurant on 1/F and rooftop bar. You can also get dining coupons if you do not need room cleaning services. The janitors will place towel replacement at your door every day.
One thing can be improved is lacking facility... (not even a laundry room)

Great convenient location! Spacious room and smart tv was provided. Breakfast was included from our package but limited options.
Overall, great overnight experience. Feeling regretful as we only stayed for one night and we were out majority of the time. Hope to explore the hotel facilities on our next visit!
Luggage service was available FYI.

Really impressed with this hotel, really well presented with great spacious rooms. The shower / wet room had great features and the bed was really comfortable
