"All the staffs are professional, very service oriented and special mention to the room service is super super prompt! Room amenities are luxurious! Bed and blanket is so fluffy! Breakfast portion is huge and fresh. We were able to use the shuttle service for check in and out, only got a cab at the Nikko train station when we return late at around 7pm."

"Nikko Station hotel Classic located at a strategic location:-👍 (a) opposite its hotel ( cross the zebra crossing) is the entrance of JR Nikko Station 🚉 ( JR Nikko line 💚) -5-8mins walk (2) clean n neat modern Japanese bed with rather big bathroom (3) morning breakfast is at level one with 24hrs coffee n tea vending machine besides for hotel guests . Hotel guests can enjoy their slow slipping of coffee ☕️ n private chats at private area besides. (4) hotel breakfast is simple but its sufficient for both of us. We simply love to enjoy a big warm bowl of curry rice with hard boiled eggs 🥚 🥚 n some bread 🍞 n toasts. (5) Simply falls in love with its Sukura restaurant its Tempura Don. very delicious 😋👍 although its small . (6) Hotel is conveniently located along a long stretch of shopping streets with another Railway station ( Tohoku station 🚉) nearby. (7) Hotel is very near to Local bus-stop , local buses ,tourist heritage buses n stations."

"The hotel is located mid-mountain, away from the city center. There are public buses from Nikko Station to Kirifuri Plateau, but they run infrequently. When we arrived, pushing our luggage, we didn't consider other options; a taxi would have been the most time-efficient option, costing 800 yen. The hotel staff were polite and smiling. Since it was only 12:30 PM, they checked us in and stored our luggage, allowing us to walk down the mountain to the city center in just 15 minutes. The hotel's surroundings are pleasant, while the interior is simple, with a common reading area and a tea room with free chopsticks and bowls. While dinner is not served, there is a large restaurant behind the hotel. The only drawback is that the open-air bath requires access outside the hotel, making it quite small. Even with 5-6 people inside or outside, it felt cramped. Overall, this hotel was very comfortable and I would definitely stay there again."
