"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Nikko Station Hotel. Its location was excellent, just a short 5-minute walk from Nikko Station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful recommendations provided in the lobby, which were helpful for planning my visit. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist. One pleasant surprise was the complimentary breakfast, which I had not expected and was a great way to start the day. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay that exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again on a future visit to Nikko."

"The owner was incredibly welcoming, offering great tips on famous tourist spots and how to get around. The room was spacious and cozy, ensuring we had a wonderful night's sleep. The morning view from the window was absolutely beautiful. Its proximity to the train station made getting around super convenient and easy to find. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. She even treated us to a delicious and hearty breakfast and gave us a lucky crane charm. I'll truly miss her thoughtful hospitality! 🥰🫶"

"The location is very good for sightseeing and quiet. We expected more proactive service in a 4-star-hotel. (We had to make up our beds on our own, even after confirmation that the room should be cleaned up. Surprising in a 4-star-hotel.) The facilities are historic, yes, but also not well cared. It is a shame that the wooden furniture or the wooden elements like window sills are not renovated."

"Convenient place. It’s just a 5min walk from the Tobu Nikko station (the station you would arrive in if you rode over from Asakusa). It’s a premium stay that has a public bath. In the rooms you have even lotions and face washes and overall the hotel feels very new. The breakfast that comes with the stay is decent. Had vege curry with rice, hard boiled eggs, salad, bread with jam, fresh milk.  It’s very near the bus station that takes you to most sightseeing areas in Nikko. You should find out about their busses at the tourist information center because the busses are not registered in Google maps!"

"Looks like a brand new hotel! You can use the kitchen on the ground floor - coffee machine, oven, micro wave, ice, and a table to eat. Just didn’t like the bathing area with see through glass door."

"My sister and I had a wonderful ltime. The room was very clean with a stunning view and walking distance to Kegon Fall. The dinner and breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed both the internal and external onsen and massage chair."

"Walk distance from the Kinugaoka station. But the main bridge is the worst place, it was soooooo cold with huge wind!!! We visited in mid March but the wind was freeezing cold!! Japanese staffs were sort of…a little unique than the other hotels I visited.. they are not that much informative, but ask a lot of questions, they are happy to answer. Spacious room, lobby area is nice to chill out with Nama beer, hot spring was amazingly clean and calming. They offer to visit Plaza hotel hot spring which I don’t recommend, it was very dirtly(I could see the green moss in the main bath. Ceiling with covered with black fungus yikes.)"
