Waited an hour for the water heater, and the hot spring water was still ice cold. Couldn't use it at all. The check-in process was also a hassle; you have to video call with staff. But once I got through, they kept hanging up, telling us to wait. I won't be staying here again.

Great location, great space. Built in onsen was a huge plus. Not to mention the projector that you can watch from the bed. For the price, you just can't beat it.

Really perfect!! We love the location and easy access to places if you have a car…The room was really nice, clean and recommended for everyone to stay at! We had a really great time here.

Very spacious for a family, it comes with kitchen facilities and a private bath. Less than 5-minute drive from Tobu Nikko Station. The check-in process is done remotely but easy to navigate.

Easy self check-in and check-out. Well-equipped with everything you need. The room was clean and had good amenities. The location - better suited for guests who are driving. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.
