The food was terrible, the check-in staff were not Japanese and had a poor attitude, the booking included a smoking room but there wasn't one, and the smoking area was in a small corner next to the hotel entrance without any shelter. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The room was very clean and we had a great view of the Kinugawa River! The hotel also had a calming atmosphere, so I'm glad I stayed at this hotel! I'd love to stay here again!

First of all, when I arrived, I was told that I had no reservation. I was told that there was no reservation even though they had called the day before to confirm, and they took about 20 minutes to explain the situation after I showed them the reservation website. The food was terrible. There were no taxis, and you were not allowed to wash your body or head in the private bath. I will never go there again.

The hotel facilities are complete, the hot spring environment is beautiful, and there is also a swimming pool for me to experience, which is enough for me to have a good swim.
