HYPERION Hotel München

Sofitel Munich Bayerpost
"It was super clean, and although it's near the main train station, I thought it might be noisy, but it was quiet and cozy. Plus, being able to walk to the main street was a big plus."
Hotel München Palace
"First of all, I am very dissatisfied with the hardware. Although I know that European five-star hotels cannot be compared with domestic ones, I have stayed in five-star hotels in several European countries. The hardware conditions of this hotel are really bad enough for four stars. The pictures are taken from the only angles I can see. The bathroom is small and old, and it is impossible to take pictures. You have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, and you have to manually open and close a glass to stand... The hair dryer is the old one fixed on the wall... The items provided by Ctrip are also wrong. They do not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste at all. In addition to shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion, they only provide two things: shower caps and cotton pads + nail file sets. There is no comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, or razor. On the first day, they didn’t even give slippers. I wrote a note and left a tip before they gave it. If the hardware can only be rated three points, what makes me most angry is the front desk. On the day of check-in, there was a middle-aged man (probably German) at the front desk. After registering the documents and filling in the information, the only thing left was to swipe a credit card to pay the deposit in advance. At this time, he received a call and explained something to the other party in German very "intensely", and then began a long wait. After waiting for more than ten minutes, he still didn't hang up the phone. I was waiting at the front desk like a ****, so I asked very politely how long I would have to wait. He actually covered the phone and said to me in English that he was comforting a guest now because the customer was complaining a lot, yelling and crying, so he had to serve him first. If I yelled and cried, he would serve me first. I was shocked. I had never seen such a rude hotel front desk. Then I still patiently said OK to him, and asked him if there were other service staff. He actually told me no! Because I checked in too early, he should check me in at 3 pm. I told him that I knew I arrived early, but what else did I need to do now? He said that he only needed to swipe the card, and it would be over in less than five seconds. For this five-second operation, I waited for more than ten minutes and was treated so rudely by him. It really left a very bad impression on my trip to Germany."
Le Méridien Munich
"The hotel is right next to the train station. The front desk staff provided excellent service, offering a glass of wine upon check-in and even upgrading our room. The room was clean and tidy. There's also a restaurant right in the courtyard, which offered a great dining experience."
Hotel Am Moosfeld
"Breakfast is very rich"

NH Muenchen Ost Conference
"This hotel is mainly used by business travelers, for example, for trade fairs and similar events. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are functionally furnished, and there's an excellent breakfast. Some of the staff, however, aren't overly friendly."
H2 Hotel München Messe
"Slow service & need to be improve the speed"
City Aparthotel München - Koos Hotel Und Apartments
"Great, everything is perfect."
H4 Hotel München Messe
"Very nice experience. Definitely will stay again next time."
Holiday Inn - the niu, BRASS MUNICH OLYMPIAPARK by IHG
"The hotel is conveniently located next to BMW, and the breakfast spread is generous. While the room wasn't huge, it was perfectly adequate for our needs."
Eden Hotel Wolff
"Very satisfied. It's in the city center, right next to a DM store, and across from the train station. The breakfast was excellent."
Motel One Munich - Messe
"The breakfast is OK, the room is well soundproofed, but the room is too small. It is also close to the exhibition. There is a parking lot on the second floor underground, but it is charged. I feel it is not appropriate to charge parking fees even though I am staying in the hotel. It is 25 euros a day. There is a shopping mall downstairs, and there are two supermarkets downstairs, which is very convenient. 8 kilometers away from the city"
Bold Hotel München Giesing
"The hotel is very nice and modern. You can't complain about the price either, but what we found very unfortunate was that there was no bottle of water in the room as a "welcome greeting" when you checked in, but you had to buy one at reception. Another thing we would complain about was the breakfast. Unfortunately, there wasn't much choice. No sausage such as salami, ham, Lyoner, etc. The bread was also a bit hard, so you could hardly cut it. Otherwise, the stay was very quiet and comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you for that!"
