Very satisfied with my stay. The hotel has a lovely garden where you can enjoy coffee or tea amidst the birdsong and fragrant flowers – it's truly delightful. My room was quiet, and waking up to see the clouds drifting by outside the window was incredibly relaxing!

Excellent location, just a block away from Munich Central Station. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean. They offer a European-style buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

This hotel boasts excellent transport links, being super close to HBF Central Station and right next to DM. I booked a day tour and found that many tour buses depart from a hotel just over 100 meters away, making it very convenient for catching those day trip coaches. The hotel lobby offers complimentary fruit daily; I grabbed an apple every day, along with some candies. The rooms don't have bathtubs, and the beds are quite small, with two beds basically pushed together. The mattress firmness was just right, and the pillow height suited me well. There's a Nespresso capsule coffee machine with 8 capsules, replenished daily, and six tea bags, which is nice – I particularly enjoyed the ginger tea. The environment is clean and hygienic, and they provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. This was a pleasant surprise, especially after staying in Nuremberg later and finding no facial tissues there! The sound insulation of the windows is decent; while it gets quite noisy when open due to the electric trains right by the station, the train sounds at night didn't bother me or affect my sleep. I must say, the breakfast is excellent, with a fantastic variety and delicious options. However, when I arrived at the hotel around 8 AM, the front desk informed me that early check-in, usually after 3 or 4 PM in European hotels, would cost dozens of euros. I figured the price was acceptable, so I checked in early. But then, at my next hotel in Nuremberg, I arrived at 12 PM and was allowed to check in without any extra charge when I asked if early check-in was possible. So, it's not really comparable! The hotel offers free Wi-Fi with good speed. They also provide a complimentary bottle of mineral water daily, which is a great perk as water in Europe can be quite expensive, around 20 RMB per bottle.

Condor Hotel is a very convenient property that I tend to visit often during my stays in Munich. Even though it is situated as a 3-Stars hotel, I find it to actually tend more toward a 4-Stars standard. The hotel is located in a very convenient proximity to the Munich central train station (Hauptbahnhof), making it easily accessible for me upon my arrival to the city. The check-in process is always smooth and efficient, as it was this time as well. The team is always nice and helpful. The rooms are a highlight, and even though they are not large - the rooms do combine modern design trends with a classic touch. They are immaculately maintained, featuring spotless bathrooms with powerful showers and beds that ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Daily housekeeping keeps everything pristine, and the overall service is attentive. Considering the prime location and high quality of the facilities, the Condor Hotel provides exceptional value for money. It is a highly recommended choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Munich.

The hotel is very near the train station, which is a huge plus for me! Personally, the room is a little bit small, but it is very clean, though the scent maybe of the cleaning detergent is a little bit weird but it is quickly gone. The staff and reception is friendly and helpful! Will book this hotel again!

Such a beautiful place, so clean, easy check in, friendly staff. There's no kettle or coffee maker or refrigerator or water bottles or vending machines. No one informed me that the lift doesn't work at night or that I would need to exit/enter through a door with a key at the bottom of the stairwell instead of through the reception area. Seems like a fire hazard, and if you're handicapped, you're trapped.

Very close to Marienplatz, within walking distance, with plenty of dining options nearby. Parking is convenient, the hotel facilities are complete, and the staff are enthusiastic and helpful. It's perfect for activities in central Munich.

The hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by many shops, making dining and shopping convenient. However, the surrounding area can be a bit noisy and chaotic. The room was quite spacious and well-equipped, but the shower only had a half-door, so water easily spilled out – a common issue in German hotels. The hotel breakfast was 26 Euros per person, and the quality was just average, not great value for money. I'd recommend skipping the hotel breakfast; there are plenty of dining options outside. Overall, it's a good hotel, but a slightly lower price would make it more appealing.

Check-in is at 2 PM. If you want to check in earlier, you have to pay an extra 20 Euros. Luggage storage costs 8 Euros. The staff said the fees were listed and we must have overlooked them. If you arrive at the hotel after 2 PM, the price and facilities are definitely a good deal. But if you need to check in before 2 PM and pay an additional 20 Euros to get into your room, then you should really think twice.

Good location as its closed to the central station. Room is clean and tidy. There is a water dispenser for guests which is good. Iron equipment and kettle are not in the room and need to ask front desk to provide. They also recommended to use coffee machine for hot water but the coffee machine hasn’t been descaled for long time. You can see the limescale with the water inside your glass/cup when you get hot water from the coffee machine. The front desk staff (night shift) attitude was quite bad. The hotel housekeeper took my bath towels by mistake because they are white colour. When i went to the front desk, the receptionist was shrugging and said nothing he can do instead of apologising on behalf of the hotel for wrongly taking my towels in the first place. I understand that he couldn’t do anything at that night because the housekeeper had already left but a better attitude would be nice to comfort the guests. Considering as 4 stars hotel, this is unacceptable service. The hotel housekeeper washed and returned my towels in same conditions.
