"The hotel was exceptionally clean and the facilities were brand new! Its location right next to the tram stop and with a supermarket downstairs is incredibly convenient. The supermarket itself is quite large and well-stocked. Overall, it made for a very easy and efficient stay!"

"The front desk staff were quite unwelcoming. At one point, it felt like I was being ignored, as they seemed to avoid acknowledging me when I approached. There was also an issue with a missing extra bed in the room upon arrival. However, I appreciate that this was resolved quickly once I brought it to their attention. Another concern was with housekeeping. They entered the room at around 9:00 AM while I was still inside, which was uncomfortable and felt like a lack of privacy. The best thing is very close to the train station."

"There were several staff members, ranging from those who seemed German to those who were very kind. I never had a bad experience. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety. "The hotel's location is excellent, easily accessible from the main train station or city center via the 19 tram. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, always trying their best to meet guests' needs, such as providing a portable water heater when requested. The room itself was spacious and clean, with great amenities, and the bed was particularly comfortable. The lighting was bright, and the touch-screen control system was very convenient to use. A nice touch was the complimentary mini-bar, which included a bottle of beer and various soft drinks. The bathroom had excellent water pressure and a consistent hot water supply, making for a pleasant experience. But the real highlight was the breakfast. The spread was incredibly diverse, offering a wide range of hot and cold dishes to suit every taste. Overall, my stay was very satisfying. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it."

"Great amenities- The room included a microwave, an electric kettle, and tableware. The hotel contains a small gym, washers/dryers, and a bar. It was an enjoyable stay compared to the price. However, the location is a bit far from the Munich central station and the nearby station is 10 minutes away on foot."

"We loved our stay here at Miano! My husband and I were given the last room at the corner which was the largest room. The room was so spacious and comfortable! The bathroom was also well designed and showering there felt like a spa. Although the hotel provided limited breakfast (5.50€ for 1 pastry such as croissant or pretzel and a beverage of choice), we felt that it was reasonably priced and there were other external breakfast options that were provided too. The hotel is also located very close to the main train station, just about a 5min walk. There were also 2 large supermarkets next to the hotel. The only feedback we had was the cleanliness. Upon check in, we found some hair in the shower that was left by previous person and not washed away. That’s ok, we were not bothered. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves at Miano and We will definitely stay here again!"

"I already became a regular guest at this hotel. The hotel is positioned very close to the central train station (Hauptbahnhof), which made it easy for me to reach the hotel straight off the train. Check in was straightforward, and I very like the reception staff, who are always very kind and welcoming. The rooms are contemporary and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. Regular housekeeping was provided as expected. A substantially good stay for a great price."

GGuest UserWe received excellent service at this hotel during our check in provided by Aaryan. Aaryan helped guide us into the parking garage, was super friendly and got us a room in the main tower where there was an elevator to use (despite our booking in the less expensive annex room). He even offered to provide us suggestions for the sunny weather during our stay in Munich and made sure to say hello and check in on us each time we saw it. It was natural and friendly customer service. The hotel is a little older and has some interesting decor. The room had a futon couch, a good bed, desk area, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge (with some pop and water you could pay for), an iPod dock, a good sized TV, and plenty of counter space to put our things. They provided gummy bears and a couple of cookies in our room too which was nice. The bed was comfy for me and the hotel can provide more bedding or pillows on request. We felt the cleanliness could have been better as our tea cups were a bit dirty. The bathroom was interesting with two stools but really a place to put them. The shower was not our favourite with no door or shower curtain and the glass was not enough to keep the water in. There is an all in one shampoo/body wash that was ok. The towels were a little thin and could use replacement. The cost of the hotel was good and we felt it was a decent location. It is a bit far from the main attractions of Munich but it has good public transport access including the nearby central station which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores by the hotel that are open quite late and there are some Bavarian/Oktoberfest souvenir stores nearby. I felt safe walking around alone at night to get a late night doner. The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with a good variety of food including deli meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There was lots of seating available including some artsy chairs. There is limited parking at this hotel and it is very tight so we are glad we rented a compact. If you choose to park here you have to go in to see reception so they can open the door and guide you to your spot. It may also be recommended to contact the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. The front desk initially said it was 20 euros for parking but charged us 22. There are other parkades nearby but due to the construction in the area we felt there was convenient having the car parked at the hotel.

GGuest UserThis was the first hotel of my seven-week trip. It was easy to get to from the airport by bus, and the room was spacious and practical. Even though it was on a high floor, the window was dirty and, for some reason, the external blinds were flimsy. However, the window itself was large, which was nice. But there was one major disappointment. One of the front desk women had such an unhelpful attitude that it made me wonder why she was even working there. I was clearly checking in, and her demeanor made me wonder if she was feeling unwell. I'm sure her colleagues also recognized that her customer service skills were clearly lacking. That was truly a shame. It wasn't even a matter of her just not smiling. It was a disappointing start to my trip.

Jj_cdUpon arriving at the hotel in the morning, we dropped off our luggage and went out. We returned at the scheduled check-in time of 2 PM, only to find our room in complete disarray and not yet cleaned. After showing photos to the front desk, they immediately arranged for housekeeping. We had to wait for about an hour for the room to be ready. However, Tsira Patsuria at the front desk handled the situation exceptionally well. She offered us tea and pastries while we waited and apologized, explaining that it was Oktoberfest and there was a high volume of guests checking in. She also kindly waived the charges for the draft beer and the snacks in our room. The hotel is very close to the main train station, making it convenient for getting around. The suite was spacious, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of cheese and salmon, just what I like. I would definitely consider staying here again.

GGuest UserThe location was fantastic, very close to the station and within easy reach of the city center. The neighborhood felt very safe, which was a big plus. It was also great to have a supermarket and a coin laundry within walking distance. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. When the hairdryer in the room wasn't working, I went to the front desk and they immediately lent me a spare, which I thought was excellent service.

GGuest UserAt this hotel, I had trouble using the induction hob because I wasn't familiar with its operation. I contacted Trip.com customer service, and even though it was late and I couldn't cook on the first night, they were very proactive in helping me communicate with the hotel staff. The next day, the hotel staff came and tested it, confirming it was working, and even wrote down the operating instructions for us. I'm really grateful to both Trip.com and the hotel staff. This hotel is very close to the subway, and there are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, making it very convenient. The room is spacious, and we had no problem opening up two 28-inch suitcases. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and even includes seasonings.

\\O_O/Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

TtorinessVery close location for access to and from central Munich bus and train station. Also it was very easy to walk to museums, galleries and old town from the hotel. Immediate area around the hotel is as you would expect being so close to a central location - it's a bit grimy but honestly we didn't feel unsafe. The hotel room was a decent size and very clean. There was an electric kettle but no coffee and no cups to use - for the room rate I think these should be included. Staff at the hotel were really lovely - the lady at reception lent us her personal umbrella for the day when it was raining. Hotel also has it's own beer brewed downstairs which is excellent 👌🏻
