"I stayed for one night at HYPERION Hotel München for the first time and had a very pleasant experience. The reception team gave me a warm welcome upon arrival, and the overall environment was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The complimentary minibar was a nice surprise and added to the feeling of good service and value. The location is also very convenient, just a 3–5 min walk to the overground station, which takes you to the old town in about 20 mins. In the evening, I visited the hotel restaurant for some small bites and a beer. The staff there were extremely friendly and took the time to explain the menu clearly. I tried the currywurst, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and all of the staff really helped make the experience even more enjoyable."

"First time to stay in a 5 star hotel that doesn’t offer toiletries. You would think it’s Andaz and it’s supposed to be premium since we stayed with other Andaz before, but this one doesn’t have any toiletries like the basic suchnas lotion. I asked why and they said they are changing company. Still though they should have warned us during check in or at least have something in the room"

"The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room was clean. The only issue was that it was quite hot without air conditioning or a fan during the summer. Also, it can get a bit noisy with a few bars nearby downstairs."

"The rooms have air conditioning, but the restaurant wasn't open during breakfast. This place is perfect for those traveling by car, as the parking lot is quite spacious. The entrance and garden are adorned with beautiful hydrangeas, and opening the window in the room offers a lovely view of lush greenery. It's very comfortable. The room is quite large, and I particularly loved the small cabinet in front of the toilet, perfect for placing your phone – a very thoughtful design! In the evenings, the ground floor transforms into a lively and busy restaurant. It's ideal for guests attending exhibitions or on business trips. However, I wouldn't recommend it for solo female travelers arriving late at night and relying on the subway. The walk from the subway station to the hotel passes by three strip clubs (or what appeared to be, given the many bikini-clad women in photos). While the area is generally safe, and the other side is a business district, I admit I felt a little uneasy walking to the hotel by myself the first night. The next day, I opted for a taxi."

"Very convenient location, it is near all the shopping area and Marienplatz. Approx 30 mins Uber ride from Munich airport to this hotel. Rooms are clean and simply designed but for the price and location it is worth it! Pfistermühle restaurant which is right beside Platzl Hotel is amazing too! Food is superb, highly recommend the steak and truffle pasta."

"While your hotel facilities are acceptable, the operational failures and hostile staff conduct during my recent stay were entirely unacceptable. My room was located excessively far from the lobby, which amplified a serious safety hazard: the in-room telephone was completely broken. When I discovered the television was also unusable (stating the room was ”not checked in”), housekeeping dismissed me, forcing me to walk all the way to reception just to report your own technical failures. Worse, I experienced an emergency when my phone died without a universal adapter. Instead of helping me during an urgent situation, your staff predatorily refused to assist unless I purchased an overpriced adapter from the hotel. To top it all off, the reception staff were cold and dismissive. Their complete lack of basic courtesy and welcoming demeanor went beyond poor customer service. it felt distinctly like racial bias. A broken room phone is a safety violation, but your staff’s total lack of empathy during an emergency is a failure of management. I expect a formal response regarding how you plan to address these room defects and the deeply problematic behavior of your front desk team. Die Ausstattung Ihres Hotels ist zwar akzeptabel, die betrieblichen Mängel und das Verhalten Ihres Personals während meines Aufenthalts waren jedoch absolut inakzeptabel. Mein Zimmer lag extrem weit von der Lobby entfernt, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko verschärfte: Das Zimmertelefon war komplett defekt. Als ich feststellte, dass auch der Fernseher nicht funktionierte (Anzeige: „Zimmer nicht eingecheckt“), wurde ich vom Housekeeping abgewiesen. Ich wurde gezwungen, den gesamten Weg zur Rezeption zu laufen, nur um Ihre eigenen technischen Fehler zu melden. Noch schlimmer war, dass ich mich in einer Notsituation befand, als mein Handy-Akku leer war und ich keinen Universaladapter dabei hatte. Anstatt mir in dieser dringenden Lage zu helfen, weigerte sich Ihr Personal, mich zu unterstützen, und drängte mich stattdessen in räuberischer Absicht dazu, einen völlig überteuerten Adapter vom Hotel zu kaufen. Zu allem Überfluss war das Personal an der Rezeption kalt und abweisend. Der völlige Mangel an grundlegender Höflichkeit ging über schlechten Kundenservice hinaus – es fühlte sich eindeutig nach rassistischer Voreingenommenheit an. Ein defektes Zimmertelefon ist ein Sicherheitsverstoß, aber das völlige Fehlen von Empathie Ihres Personals in einer Notsituation ist ein Versagen des Managements. Ich erwarte eine formelle Rückmeldung darüber, wie Sie diese Mängel im Zimmer und das zutiefst problematische Verhalten Ihres Rezeptionsteams beheben wollen."

"If you're looking to explore nearby towns by train or bus, this hotel is perfectly located right across from the central train station – incredibly convenient! I felt safe and had no issues whatsoever. The old town entrance is also a short 800-900 meter walk away, so convenience is definitely a plus. The hotel's facilities pleasantly surprised me. I wasn't expecting much for around 1300-1400 during peak season in Europe, but it exceeded my expectations! The breakfast spread, as pictured, was also a delightful surprise!"

"The hotel is not very close to the train station, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk there. There are very few street lights here at night, so female friends coming here for the first time should be careful! It feels very dangerous. It's very ordinary here, nothing special to say, and it's proportional to the price. "

"I was on a business trip and this hotel had all the right things - great shower, extremely comfortable bed, very easy check in-check out. Also very safe.  There was a fire alarm (turned out to be a false alarm because someone was burning food in a room) during the night and the alarm, fire escape, etc all swung into action.  Not normally a thing to put on a hotel review and I'm sure it's a very rare event.  But the point is, everything worked and it means I'll feel very safe staying there in future."

"The atmosphere is great, the staff very friendly, you feel welcome immediately! The rooms are beautiful and both the breakfast buffet and the evening card are extremely delicious. I will surely come back!"
