Very nice and new hotel, even though it is outside of the city, the tram 19 is very convenient. Extra thing i really liked that the minibar was included, and filled up daişy. Really recommend

The location is very convenient for those will be taking train from Central Station, literally just opposite. There is a DM store next door and plenty of food options around within walking distance.
I appreciate the excellent service by the hotel staff in particular Ms Bahra and the lady from Thailand who prepared tasty omelette.

Check in was a breeze. There was carpark that you could pay 10euros for unlimited in and out for a day. That’s super cheap and easy for parking in Europe. Deffo a plus.
Room is a wee bit small for families but it’s still perfect in terms of cleanliness. Also it is still pretty new. Bathroom was good too. They’ve managed to packed in a washer dryer that worked without a problem and that was exactly what I wanted.
Tv is a little basic without built in Netflix and Chromecast wouldn’t work. So it’s only German channels or YouTube.
Overall i am fussy traveller and would totally return or recommend this place

*Location a bit far from the nearest subway station. You need to carry your luggage a bit up on the hill, if you use public transportation. But in this price it’s really quite in the centre of the city. So it’s quite balanced.
*Staff’s nice, everyone speaks English. Cheers to Mr Benjamin who took care of my stay. Very professional service.
*Rooms are really nice - water closet separated from a bathroom, a small closet for clothes, sofa and armchairs, kettle, complimentary tea etc. Plus both shower and a bathtub. Bed’s big and clean. USB slots for charging. Well designed room. But better ask for a room with a street view, there are no cool views around. Minus - the kettle’s quality is low, water gets some metal particles from it. Not safe.
*Sauna’s fantastic. Nicely equipped gym. Big indoors swimming pool and big showers in changing rooms. But no top floor entertainments. Bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Hotel’s wide but not tall.

The hotel was located very close to the U Banh and approx 10 mins walk from the S Banh.
The room itself was spacious and had basic kitchen amenities such as stove, microwave/oven(?), dishwasher and fridge.
The staff were helpful and friendly and seemed to be available 24hrs. Although, if you need anything that might be housekeeping, best to ask during housekeeping hours. The staff didn’t seem to know where certain items were kept.
Overall, it was a great stay.

Munich Magnificent left people speechless. I booked 2 rooms for 2 days on Ctrip for 9.3-9.5. The order clearly included breakfast. When I checked in, there was a girl with dark skin who looked like an Indian at the front desk. She told me that breakfast was not included. I showed my Ctrip order, so she called and asked me to send her the Ctrip confirmation email. After some operations, she told me I can do it. The whole process takes a long time. When I checked out on the 5th, it was the same girl who showed me the breakfast bill in Figure 1, totaling 558 euros. I said that the order included breakfast, so she said that there was a mistake in the breakfast fee for September 5th and she would not charge it. However, the printing time of the breakfast order for the 4th is 11:01, and including lunch, the charge is 332 euros. We pointed out that our order time in the morning was 9:40. Even if breakfast ends at 11 o'clock, using this as an excuse to charge me a lunch fee does not comply with the standards of most hotels. We insisted on asking her to communicate with the hall manager. She said it would take 20 minutes for the hall manager to come over, so we insisted on waiting. At this time, a German girl next to the girl, who was also the front desk, said to her: Cancel this order. German girls speak German. My friend has lived in Germany for 30 years and understands her well. Then the order was cancelled. The whole incident is very illogical. Such a luxurious hotel and such service are so disappointing! !

large room, clean and good location. now i went there several times already but something changed it seems because that being said, service is not at all a 4* for this rate range
check in is taking time, check out even more, and money is the only thing important. i decided to go for the breakfast in the morning, but it was not in my room rate. i had given a deposit but while i was eating they came and asked me to pay and stop my breakfast(1st time i see this in a hotel!). then after my breakfast during the check out they asked me if i paid! afraid i would run away without paying?. additionally the way they speak to me / customer around me was very agressive. i will not go back

Excellent
KKakaThis hotel is really comprehensive. It is very close to the central train station. It takes a taxi for 8 euros and is one stop from the subway. Kitchen utensils are provided in the room, but to be honest it is useless because you are unlikely to buy seasonings, rice, flour and oil, but if you Instant noodles are really convenient. The room also provides free water and popcorn, but they are salty. The most important thing is that there is a huge supermarket downstairs and 3 top-quality German restaurants nearby. It is absolutely delicious.
EEnweiThe location is really convenient. You can take S8 from the airport to City Hall Square and it's only a two-minute walk away. The room design is really homely. However, the shower water temperature was unstable and the water pressure was not good. After a few hours, they gave us another room to shower. An engineer came to repair it the next day. The service in the restaurant is very good, and I also met a young lady who immigrated to Munich from Shanghai. If there were no cold front desk service and water pressure problems, it would really be a good hotel
麗麗Booked single room, the room is oversized, very comfortable and tidy, the location is good, just near the train station, the supermarket will buy things for a few minutes, the waiter is amiable.

AAnonymous UserThe staff are generally very nice (: we were allowed to check in early since the room was cleaned by the time we arrived. The rooms are also incredibly clean. I tried to search for dust (since I have bad allergies) but didn't encounter any. Only thing is that there could be more hooks / places to hang things in the toilet, and maybe 2-4 more hangers 🤣 (I travelled with a female friend, so you can imagine the amount of clothes we had to hang up.) There's also only one plug between the beds, so that's a little troublesome since we didn't exactly have a multi plug.
The hotel is pretty near Machtlfinger Straße, very accessible and there's a grocery just down the road as well.
Cchong weiLocation is very close to Munich Hbf,just across the road. Shared kitchen was well equipped. Our room has ensuite toilet.. But was quite small. You will need to put on the bed sheet, pillow case, etc your side, and at the end of trip, u will need to bring everything down to the laundry cart. They have happy hour at the bar.. Music play thru out the night till 2plus am. Extended check out time after 10am will be extra euro per pax which I think is very reasonable. Cleaner came into room at around 10am, everyday. There was once we will still in our room, we got a shock, as she did not knock the door, just open with her access card. Only then we realised she came everyday. Overall quite nice. If u are looking for budget accommodation, can consider. Btw, we are a group of 4 gers, having the room to ourself, so no experience about mixed sharing dorm.

AAnonymous UserIt was the European Cup semi-finals, and I was lucky to be able to book a hotel in this location. The room size was also OK. The hotel is large, a standard chain hotel, and the overall facilities are up to standard.
Hotel rooms in Europe are not too new, but they are well maintained.
AAnonymous UserI am not familiar with Munich. So I made book in a wrong hotel. I thought this hotel is located next to Alstad. In fact it's located in Munich neighborhood called Scwabing.
My Mom has Osteoarthritis knee pain. So she can't walk too far. The hotel refused to cancel for free since we booked non modified reservation.
This hotel is okay. But not for old people there is no kettle, no refrigerator, no tea, coffee, no shower cap. Hotel also didn't prepare shampoo for us. Design is okay but too simple. Location is not at Alstad and it's too expensive overprice for hotel located on Scwabing
GGuest UserThe property location is great, 20 min on foot to Marienplatz / Karlsplatz. The room is good and cozy, however the sink location is confusing (it is in the corridor, outside of the bathroom), it is literally in the room :D
Thankfully, the toilet has a proper door, but shower cabin is transparent and it is separated from the sleeping area with a curtain, a bit awkward as well.
All in all, good place, has its own restaurant with pinsas and decent locker room for 4 eur only.
The price per night is unfairly high though:/
MMEIHONGThe door of the hotel is very hidden, almost missed; but the decoration is very charming, belongs to the abstract style, my daughter likes it very much. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is nutritious and the service is very good. Coffee and tea are provided. The breakfast officially started at 6:30, but it has already started 10 minutes earlier, which is great. When leaving the store, the front desk reminded the subway to strike and gave the map and instructed how to make the train to catch the next stop. Thank you very much! In short, the hotel is not big, but the service is good, and iced mineral water is provided for free!
白白色的玉石Hear me out: this hotel has THE BEST - meaning most professional - service I have ever encountered in any hotel - and I say it from my experience from staying at 4-5 stars hotels as a general rule.
Regarding service:
- ALWAYS replying to every email (unfortunately letters sometimes land in a spam folder, a little flaw)
- 24/7 there’s always someone at the reception ready to assist (mind it’s not a branded hotel, but a family-owned business), making sure that there aren’t any unsolved problems or unsatisfied needs
- all website-provided informations are up to date
- there’s a shuttle bus from a train station for guests (till 5pm)
- staff is perfectly trained and experienced. There’s never any personal attitude, just a smile and clear communication. Of course speaking well English.
- Bonus: I arrived quite before check-in hours and checked out a bit late too; didn’t have to say a word and no word was said (or called). Even got an advise how to efficiently manage my luggage for my next trip.
Location: a bit far from train & metro stations.
Amenities: a very big swimming pool! And a sauna, and a gym. Downside is that those amenities are in a neighbouring building, so if you’re still wearing your swimming suit, you need to walk on a pedestrian path for two minutes like this. It feels weird. But there are lockets, showers and fresh towels too, if you prefer to change your clothes first.
Concluding: best combination of price, location, fun, and quality.
