Anonymous UserWe arrived at 6 PM on the first day. We had two rooms, and two people were checking us in. The person checking in the double room told me it was actually a single room, and the single room was checked in for two people. I don't think that's right. That evening, we washed our clothes and put them on the rack, and the amount of dust we wiped off was like the first picture. The next morning, they didn't clear away our breakfast until after 3 PM, and didn't even clean up the items on the floor. This hotel doesn't even have its own parking lot, which made us search for ages. We asked later and found out they don't have one. They did help us bring our luggage upstairs. The front desk staff had a bad attitude.

I am not familiar with Munich. So I made book in a wrong hotel. I thought this hotel is located next to Alstad. In fact it's located in Munich neighborhood called Scwabing.
My Mom has Osteoarthritis knee pain. So she can't walk too far. The hotel refused to cancel for free since we booked non modified reservation.
This hotel is okay. But not for old people there is no kettle, no refrigerator, no tea, coffee, no shower cap. Hotel also didn't prepare shampoo for us. Design is okay but too simple. Location is not at Alstad and it's too expensive overprice for hotel located on Scwabing

Max_is_on_VacationModern, quiet, and convenient. Loved this hotel! It’s in a great neighborhood with shops and local eats just steps away. The interior is modern and cozy. The staff, especially the guy with the beard at reception, were incredibly helpful and professional. It’s the perfect spot if you want a quiet night’s sleep while still being close to everything. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions and shopping! I wasn't a big fan of the online check-in and keycard system. If you're serious about staying at this hotel, be aware that the room pictures don't match the descriptions! On my first night, I noticed the towels were visibly dirty. I checked in after 4:00 AM, and when I got to the room, housekeeping hurriedly replaced it with a sofa bed...

Guest UserThe room was very old, and we stayed at the neighboring street at night. The bathroom space is too small, barely enough to take a thin bath. But the front desk was very good, and gave us a small Christmas gift before leaving. Hotel location is good, it is convenient to walk to the sights. The breakfast here is still great, the waiter's little brother is super handsome.

The reception was indifferent and unfriendly. When booking, I specified the need for latex pillows and an extra luggage rack in the special requests section, but neither was provided upon check-in. The concierge's service was better. At check-out, I requested the frontdesk to help with my luggage, but no one came to assist. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also poorly attended to; the service was lukewarm and indifferent, perhaps due to the restaurant's high demand. The food quality was mediocre and did not live up to the website's claim of being the top restaurant in Munich. The Deluxe Room we booked online was advertised as 35-38 square meters, but the actual room was much smaller than expected. In short, aside from the location, everything else fell short of expectations, earning only a mediocre rating. I would likely not stay there again or recommend it to friends; perhaps my expectations were too high, leading to greater disappointment.

CateyuloMy stay in Am Moosfeld Hotel was amazing, free water upon checkin, free flowing water at the lobby, coffee available all day (at a cost), with indoor swimming pool and sauna available until 11pm. Hotel is about 10-15mins away from the nearest station which is great, and easy to navigate once you got used to it. Staff were very friendly.

The location is good, the room is not big, but it is clean and tidy, and the facilities are average. I stayed in three Leonardo hotels this time. It is said that this hotel brand is pretty good. Hotels in European urban areas are small, but overall it is pretty good.
