The room was generally comfortable, though some noise from nearby trains and trams could occasionally be heard. The location is very convenient, with an airport bus stop right outside the hotel."

"Overall, I had a very good stay at NH München Messe. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location was convenient, and everything met my expectations. The only downsides were that the breakfast was a bit expensive for what it offered, and on one occasion, housekeeping entered my room and cleaned it while I was away without my permission. Fortunately, nothing was missing or damaged, but I think guests' privacy should be respected more carefully. Despite these issues, I had a pleasant experience overall and would happily stay at this hotel again on future trips."

"The location was one of its biggest strengths for us. The hotel is only one bus stop away from Munich Messe, or about a five-minute drive if you're coming by car. For anyone attending an exhibition or event there, it makes the early mornings and long days feel much more manageable. Another thing that stood out was just how clean and well maintained the hotel felt. You could tell that some parts of the property, such as the carpets, had been there for quite a few years, but they were looked after remarkably well. Rather than feeling worn, the hotel gave the impression of being carefully maintained and respected by the people running it. I also appreciated the little touches in the lobby. There were refreshments available for both adults and children—ice cream, cookies, and drinks—which added a welcoming atmosphere to the space. It was one of those simple gestures that makes a hotel feel more hospitable and less transactional. The gym being open 24 hours a day was another unexpected bonus. Whether arriving late after a long day or wanting an early workout before heading out, having that flexibility was genuinely useful. For those arriving by car, the free parking directly in front of the hotel was another convenience that shouldn't be underestimated, especially around Munich where parking can quickly become expensive or complicated. The only less positive part of our stay was an interaction at the front desk. One of the gentlemen working there came across as somewhat impatient and a little abrupt. To be fair, the hotel was fully booked during our visit, and it was easy to imagine that the workload and constant stream of guests might have been contributing factors. Still, it stood out slightly against what was otherwise a very positive experience."

"Check-in was incredibly smooth. We arrived at noon and didn't have to wait until the usual 3 PM check-in time. They just scanned our passports and we were good to go. What really stood out was the crib they provided, complete with a tiny pillow and blanket – our baby absolutely loved it! The hotel's surroundings are great, with plenty of amenities, and it's only a five-minute walk from the train station. We'll definitely be staying here again next time we're in Munich."

"Pros: Great location—10-min walk to the train station and a big mall. Clean, comfortable room with a nice bathroom and tea/coffee machine. Checkout was quick and easy. Cons: Check-in was slow—arrived at 1:45pm but room wasn't ready until 3pm. Understaffed front desk with long queues. Only one complimentary water bottle for 2 nights, fridge wasn't plugged in, and pillows were too flat. No phone directory to call reception, which was frustrating. Breakfast costs €21 and includes omelet station. Verdict: Decent for business if you're patient, but don't expect 4-star service."

"It's a pretty nice hotel. It's close to the central station and easy to get to. Compared to other cities, the reception is also friendly. However, the noise from the nearby rooms is quite loud, which can be quite stressful. Also, when I was taking a shower, the water got cold, and I thought I would freeze in the cold."

"Me and a friend spent 2 nights over at the Leonardo hotel in Arabellapark, our stay was nothing but terrific. The hotel is in a fantastic location close to many transport links which makes it really accessible. As well as this, they have a lot of incredible staff who were very welcoming and friendly during our stay. Overall, the experience was very satisfying. It's a high-quality hotel that combines convenience with comfort, well worth a return visit and highly recommended for travelers."
