I rarely write reviews, but I just had to before I even checked out this time. The service was absolutely fantastic! We originally booked the No. 1 courtyard, but they upgraded us to the No. 5 courtyard upon arrival. They helped us book tickets for the show and even provided pick-up and drop-off. They also arranged transportation to scenic spots and recommended a variety of local delicacies, giving us more options to choose from. However, we still preferred eating at the guesthouse – it was clean, quiet, delicious, had great views, and used fresh ingredients. The stay was very comfortable, and all three generations of our family were extremely satisfied with the experience. Huahua is so adorable! It's wonderful to see a dog so free yet still part of a family. As a dog owner, I can't stand guesthouses that keep dogs just for marketing purposes. Huahua here is genuinely happy and very friendly. My child kept saying they wanted to come back to see Huahua again before we left. I hope to see Huahua living such a happy life next time too!

I rarely write reviews, but I wholeheartedly recommend Jiuzhaigou Tixin Meisu. It was the warmest memory of our trip to Jiuzhai. Checking into Jiuzhaigou Tixin Meisu was a delightful surprise. The manager, Pengcuo Langjia, proactively upgraded our room for free, and opening the window revealed an even more beautiful panorama. What touched us even more was the thoughtful gesture of providing a complimentary breakfast for our children – that bowl of rice noodles is still memorable, with its rich and delicious broth. The kids savored every bite and praised it repeatedly. gaussian The room's decor was elegant and refined, with every detail showing meticulous care. The staff were warm and attentive, proactively asking about our needs. They even provided thoughtful pick-up and drop-off services for our visits to and from the scenic area. When we encountered minor difficulties during our trip, they immediately helped resolve them, which gave us great peace of mind. The guesthouse also displayed many precious ******* cultural artifacts, much like a small museum. Manager Pengcuo Langjia personally explained them to us, from ******* ornaments to everyday objects, sharing stories that gave us a deeper understanding and respect for ******* culture, as if we had enjoyed a free cultural exhibition. In the evenings, the guesthouse also prepared detailed travel guides for guests visiting the scenic area the next day, offering both digital and printed versions. The route planning was clear and practical, saving us a lot of time and effort, making our visit to the scenic area more relaxed and enjoyable. From the scenery to the food, from the service to the culture, every aspect of Tixin Meisu exceeded our expectations. This was the most satisfying accommodation experience of our entire trip. I took my mother to Jiuzhaigou, and she was very satisfied with the hotel. The service was good, and the breakfast had a decent variety. Perhaps because it was off-peak season, there weren't many people. It was very convenient to just grab a taxi right outside the hotel after breakfast, and it took about 15 minutes to reach the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. When we checked out, we were heading to the bus station, and the hotel staff were very thoughtful and helped us carry our luggage across to the supermarket opposite the hotel. The hotel shares an outdoor garden with the Conrad, which was very quiet. However, it would be even better if the restaurant offered more non-spicy dinner options. My mother doesn't eat spicy food, and it was quite difficult for her to choose.

Highly recommend for families traveling with children! The hotel boasts an elegant and quiet environment, with spacious and bright rooms. The service deserves full marks! The staff were all smiles throughout our stay, incredibly friendly and natural. Whether it was room cleaning or front desk inquiries, they were always responsive and quick to assist with every request. We felt comfortable and at ease during our stay. It was a perfect family experience with excellent value for money, definitely worth a second visit!

My overall stay was a mixed bag. While some staff members provided commendable service, there were serious privacy violations and significant safety and hygiene issues. I'd like to specifically commend Kari, Vincent, Emily, and Sophie. They were patient, responsive, and provided professional and attentive service, which greatly enhanced our trip. A special shout-out to Vincent; despite being a manager, he drove us around in the sightseeing buggy and even took us to a different location for a taxi, ensuring we got there comfortably. My service rating is solely for these staff members. However, some unacceptable problems arose: The breakfast hygiene was concerning; we found hair in the food. For a high-end hotel, such hygiene issues are inexcusable and raise serious food safety concerns. The privacy and security in the guest room were severely compromised. While someone was still in the room, a staff member knocked only once before immediately pushing the door open and looking directly towards the closet area. This was a grave infringement on guest privacy and a serious breach of security. When paying for a hotel room, guests are entitled to basic privacy. This incident was so severe it warranted calling the police. I felt a complete lack of security throughout my entire stay. The hotel's hardware and views are good, but the room management processes, breakfast hygiene, and staff entry protocols urgently need a complete overhaul. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers who prioritize privacy and hygiene. I hope the hotel takes this incident seriously, strengthens all-staff training, and prevents other guests from experiencing similar situations.

The environment here is fantastic, with pristine forest right behind the property. On clear days, you can even see snow-capped mountains across the way and behind us, though it's quite atmospheric even on cloudy days. It's truly untouched; we saw wild rabbits hopping around and herders' horses grazing nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and the yak hotpot we had for dinner was pretty good too. I also highly recommend exploring the village down the mountain.

The hotel is located about 3 kilometers from the scenic area entrance, on a hillside. They offer a very thoughtful and convenient shuttle service. The room was clean and tidy, and the wooden decor made me feel relaxed and warm. The furniture was also chosen with great artistic taste. In the evening, there was a bonfire in the courtyard on the first floor. The staff provided attentive and thorough service, even giving us two extra breakfasts. My stay was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The environment is great, clean, and hygienic. The couple's hot spring experience (non-natural hot spring) was excellent. The self-service coffee in the lobby was delicious and plentiful. The service was also excellent. Overall, it's a fantastic place and I highly recommend it to visitors coming to Jiuzhaigou. It's not far from the scenic area and there are many dining options nearby.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We drink a lot of water, and they didn't bat an eye, which was great. The sister who wore traditional clothing also had excellent service. However, the rooftop on the fourth floor was quite desolate, and there were sunflower seed shells left there for days without being cleaned. The hotel is not far from the scenic area. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. You get what you pay for, and for the price, I think it met expectations. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the breakfast; it wasn't very tasty. The buns, corn, and purple sweet potatoes were all cold, and the noodle topping wasn't good. But we stayed for two days, and while the first day's breakfast was terrible, the second day's was much better, so it might depend on the specific day. Overall, it's pretty good – not amazing value, but not a bad deal either. It's an average guesthouse, which is perfectly normal.

The room was more spacious than we expected. We booked a family room with a 1.8m double bed and a 1.2m bed, which was perfectly adequate – the double bed actually felt more like 2 meters. The beds were super soft, comparable to what you'd find in a chain hotel, and everything was exceptionally clean. The hotel's location is great, only about a ten-minute walk from the main entrance of the scenic area, so there's no rush in the mornings. Breakfast is available right next door. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The owner is also very familiar with the local area, so you can just ask them if you need directions or recommendations. Parking here is also quite convenient, and you can even leave your car in the parking lot all day if you're out exploring the next day. Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended!
