I rarely write reviews, but I just had to before I even checked out this time. The service was absolutely fantastic! We originally booked the No. 1 courtyard, but they upgraded us to the No. 5 courtyard upon arrival. They helped us book tickets for the show and even provided pick-up and drop-off. They also arranged transportation to scenic spots and recommended a variety of local delicacies, giving us more options to choose from. However, we still preferred eating at the guesthouse – it was clean, quiet, delicious, had great views, and used fresh ingredients. The stay was very comfortable, and all three generations of our family were extremely satisfied with the experience. Huahua is so adorable! It's wonderful to see a dog so free yet still part of a family. As a dog owner, I can't stand guesthouses that keep dogs just for marketing purposes. Huahua here is genuinely happy and very friendly. My child kept saying they wanted to come back to see Huahua again before we left. I hope to see Huahua living such a happy life next time too!

I loved this guesthouse so much I took a lot of pictures. Lu Jing isn't close to the scenic area entrance or the direct shuttle bus stop, but the environment is truly wonderful and it offers a completely different experience from a typical chain hotel. They offer one free pickup (though since I was coming from Huanglong Scenic Area, they could only pick me up at the shuttle drop-off point), and every morning they drop you off at the scenic area entrance. Because it's not near the commercial district, it's very quiet and not crowded. It was perfect for my solo trip. The in-room amenities were top-notch; I slept very comfortably. The bathroom faucets and showerheads were all Kohler, and the room was very clean. The front desk lady even helped me carry my luggage to my room when I checked in, the service was excellent. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou in the autumn, I'll definitely stay here again!

They offered a late check-out service and arranged a car to take me to the bus station, demonstrating timely and thoughtful responsiveness. 5. **Transportation:** The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, and taxis are available right outside, making transportation very convenient. 6. **Overall Impression:** I was highly satisfied with the hotel's environment, dining, and service, and I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend for families traveling with children! The hotel boasts an elegant and quiet environment, with spacious and bright rooms. The service deserves full marks! The staff were all smiles throughout our stay, incredibly friendly and natural. Whether it was room cleaning or front desk inquiries, they were always responsive and quick to assist with every request. We felt comfortable and at ease during our stay. It was a perfect family experience with excellent value for money, definitely worth a second visit!

The hotel is a moderate distance from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, making it convenient for getting around. It's perfect for both family trips and relaxing getaways. The concierge staff proactively helped with our luggage and planned our scenic area itinerary. The electric shuttle service within the resort was on-call, and the shuttle to and from the scenic area was hassle-free and convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The butter tea, ******* pastries, and freshly cooked noodles were authentic and delicious. Dining on the terrace offered direct views of the green mountains and trees. In the evenings, there were bonfire activities at Shenying Square and ******* cultural experiences, providing an immersive taste of ******* culture. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Jiuzhai!

The environment here is absolutely beautiful, and the air is incredibly fresh. It's the perfect choice if you're looking to connect with nature. The hotel is located on a mountain, and they offer free shuttle services between the hotel and the East Plaza of Huamei Shengdi at the foot of the mountain, which takes about 10 minutes. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, and the service attitude is excellent.

This hotel, about a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, is very new and offers excellent service. They have a 7-seater car to take you to the attractions and can also pick you up from nearby restaurants to bring you back to the hotel. Even though it's located up a small road on a hill, the shuttle service makes it very convenient. The staff are incredibly attentive. It turns out there's also a great local restaurant not far from the hotel that serves delicious food.

The hotel design is good, but the slope at the entrance is a bit too steep. They have an artificial hot spring, which my kids enjoyed. Hygiene is great, and it's not far from Jiuzhaigou. They even offer a shuttle service to the entrance, which is very convenient.

The window views are expansive, and every corner of the guesthouse showcases a keen sense of aesthetics, preserving regional characteristics while meeting modern living habits. With its strong sense of style, this place is definitely the top choice for those who love taking photos and appreciate a good ambiance. Plus, the guesthouse even provides free shuttle service to the scenic area entrance!

The valleys in high mountains are not rich in resources, so the amenities a hotel can offer are more limited compared to those in the plains. [Breakfast] The hotel kindly provided an extra breakfast. Similar to other Holiday Inn Express hotels, it offered both Chinese and Western options, and the variety of ingredients was quite extensive. [Location] It's only a fifteen-minute walk from the gully entrance. [Facilities] The hot water supply was plentiful. The bedding and towels were of similar quality to other hotels of this type and were pleasant to use. There didn't seem to be air conditioning, likely because the climate here doesn't require a cooling mode. We even needed to wear thick jackets during our stay.
