The lobby's lounge area is well-equipped, offering various drinks and even an ice machine – perfect for a refreshing drink on a hot summer day. The buffet breakfast also had a good variety. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I had a great time traveling to Jiuzhaigou this time. A big reason for this was the ******* owner of the Jiuzhaigou Jenny Hotel where we stayed, a young and enthusiastic ******* woman. The hotel is a homestay type, with good decoration and complete facilities. The online reviews are very good. Because I paid attention to the reviews, I felt that it was a bit far from the main entrance of Jiuzhaigou when I checked in. I didn't expect the owner to tell us when checking in that we didn't have to worry about the hotel car picking us up and dropping us off at the scenic spots, and told us a detailed comparison map of the best routes for traveling, which was also the reason why our trip went smoothly. The unexpected surprise was that the room we checked in was only 147 yuan, but I didn't expect there was a free breakfast. The minimum two nights for two people can save at least 80 yuan, plus the shuttle bus, and the return to the bus station, these transportation costs can also save a lot, the hotel basically stayed for nothing. I was a little embarrassed. The hotel also has many ******* costumes that can be chosen for free photography, which I have experienced in the past two days. The experience is that the accommodation price is cheap, the service is enthusiastic, and the shuttle bus is handled by the hotel owner's father, who is honest and simple. Similar to other Holiday Inn Express hotels, it offered both Chinese and Western options, and the variety of ingredients was quite extensive. [Location] It's only a fifteen-minute walk from the gully entrance. [Facilities] The hot water supply was plentiful. The bedding and towels were of similar quality to other hotels of this type and were pleasant to use. There didn't seem to be air conditioning, likely because the climate here doesn't require a cooling mode. We even needed to wear thick jackets during our stay.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is quite substantial – the rice noodles were delicious! It's also easy to get a taxi. After booking, a staff member contacted us, and upon check-in, a concierge provided us with a Jiuzhaigou guide and hotel information. The restaurant has a good variety of dishes to order from; I highly recommend the yak hot pot. There's a supermarket right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. Overall, I had a great experience. We could contact the concierge anytime with questions, and the service was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Unfortunately, during my stay, there was no sudden clear weather after rain, so I didn't see a rainbow. Other public areas were also very good. Service: A service chat group was created upon check-in, and requests were promptly addressed. Although the breakfast selection was limited, the quality of each item was excellent, especially the bread and butter tea. The prices for regular meals were also reasonable, and the staff even showed us how to order via their WeChat mini-program to save money compared to other platforms. Arrival and departure were the biggest hurdles; driving yourself would test your skills and nerves. The hotel's front desk offers car services that are cheaper than booking through other platforms.

They proactively helped plan our sightseeing routes and patiently answered all our questions. This genuine service made us feel incredibly warm and truly at home. The hotel's location is excellent, about one kilometer from the main entrance of Jiuzhaigou, a 20-minute walk. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is super convenient. The owner is very professional and thoughtful, even providing tourists with tour route guides and important tips. Parking is also quite convenient; during peak season, you can call the hotel when you're nearby, and a staff member will come to guide you to a parking spot. When choosing a hotel, I specifically looked for one with a shower partition so that the bathroom wouldn't get completely wet after showering. The room has air conditioning, power outlets on both sides of the bed, an electric kettle, a hairdryer, and disposable toiletries, which is very comprehensive. Some of the facilities are a bit old, for example, the faucet on the sink was wobbly, the showerhead connection was spraying water, and the shower door didn't close properly. However, these minor issues don't detract from the overall experience; I was very satisfied with my two-night stay and the service I received.
