I highly recommend this hotel with a five-star rating! The location is superb, very close to the gully entrance, making getting around incredibly convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so you don't have to worry about dining or shopping. The room was spotlessly clean, and the environment was comfortable and tidy. The staff were enthusiastic and proactive, responding quickly to any requests. There's also a huge terrace on the 6th floor with great views; it’s really pleasant to go up there and enjoy the breeze in your leisure time! Overall, the stay experience was perfect, and I will definitely choose this place again next time.

I had a great time traveling to Jiuzhaigou this time. A big reason for this was the ******* owner of the Jiuzhaigou Jenny Hotel where we stayed, a young and enthusiastic ******* woman. The hotel is a homestay type, with good decoration and complete facilities. The online reviews are very good. Because I paid attention to the reviews, I felt that it was a bit far from the main entrance of Jiuzhaigou when I checked in. I didn't expect the owner to tell us when checking in that we didn't have to worry about the hotel car picking us up and dropping us off at the scenic spots, and told us a detailed comparison map of the best routes for traveling, which was also the reason why our trip went smoothly. The unexpected surprise was that the room we checked in was only 147 yuan, but I didn't expect there was a free breakfast. The minimum two nights for two people can save at least 80 yuan, plus the shuttle bus, and the return to the bus station, these transportation costs can also save a lot, the hotel basically stayed for nothing. I was a little embarrassed. The hotel also has many ******* costumes that can be chosen for free photography, which I have experienced in the past two days. The experience is that the accommodation price is cheap, the service is enthusiastic, and the shuttle bus is handled by the hotel owner's father, who is honest and simple. This accommodation is well received!

The location is fantastic, just a 7-8 minute walk from the Jiuzhaigou entrance. There's a McDonald's and a food street right next door. The facilities are comprehensive, everything is clean, the environment is elegant, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. A special shout-out to the 'funny' guy at the front desk who helped me solve a problem even after his shift ended. The breakfast is also very rich, with a wide variety of options and continuous replenishment. A special tip for other travelers: you can send anything you can't carry back home via express delivery from the front desk, so you don't have to lug it around the scenic area – it's incredibly convenient. (I checked in late and checked out in a hurry, so I didn't get a chance to take photos of the hotel, just some pictures from the road.)

The rooms are spacious and very clean, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is quite substantial – the rice noodles were delicious! It's also easy to get a taxi. After booking, a staff member contacted us, and upon check-in, a concierge provided us with a Jiuzhaigou guide and hotel information. The restaurant has a good variety of dishes to order from; I highly recommend the yak hot pot. There's a supermarket right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. Overall, I had a great experience. We could contact the concierge anytime with questions, and the service was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The room view is amazing, truly living up to its reputation as one of Asia's top 50 beautiful hotels. The front desk lady was exceptionally nice and upgraded my room by two levels! I originally booked a basic room, but got one with a large balcony facing east. I could go out to the balcony anytime to breathe fresh air and enjoy the mountain views, which was incredibly relaxing. The privacy was excellent; I didn't need to draw the curtains and was woken up by the sunrise every morning. The hotel's hiking trails are extensive and substantial, and there's a large sea pool. The room came with incense sticks and essential oils, and the toiletries were local ******* incense. Breakfast included homemade butter tea and yak yogurt. They also gave us a ID card holder and a small prayer wheel pendant, which are both beautiful! The room card is also lovely and makes for a nice souvenir. Driving was too tiring after exploring Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, so I took the 5 yuan/person green bus to come for a staycation. It took an hour to reach Chengguan Bridge bus station in Jiuzhaigou County, then a 70 RMB taxi ride, which was very convenient.

This hotel is really close to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou, so you can just walk there. There are plenty of buses heading to the scenic area in the morning, which makes staying here incredibly convenient. The room was also very clean. Plus, there are lots of restaurants nearby, especially around Jiuzhai Hotel and along the river – I noticed many dining options there!

The hotel is conveniently located right by the entrance to the scenic area, within walking distance. Just outside the hotel, to the right, you'll find the Guoda parking lot and the direct shuttle bus stop for the scenic area. It's incredibly convenient. The breakfast was also good, featuring local specialties and pre-portioned side dishes.

The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a quality night's sleep after a tiring journey. The room was not only equipped with modern facilities but also thoughtfully provided an electric blanket to ward off the chill of the高原 nights. The parent-child themed rooms were a hit with the kids, featuring officially licensed cartoon themes that excited the little ones as soon as they entered. Warm and Attentive Service, A Home Away From Home From the comforting tremella soup offered at check-in to the meticulous care from the butler, every staff member demonstrated high professionalism and enthusiasm. They proactively helped plan our sightseeing routes and patiently answered all our questions. This genuine service made us feel incredibly warm and truly at home. Rich and Delicious Dining, A Feast for the Taste Buds The hotel's breakfast was truly abundant, offering a wide array of Chinese and Western dishes. Whether it was authentic Mianyang rice noodles or fresh bread and pastries, there was something to satisfy every palate. Honestly, the hotel was really nice overall. The location is perfect—only about a 15-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, which made it super easy to get there early before the crowds. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well, which is always a win after a long day of walking around. The staff were friendly too, always smiling and helpful when we had questions. The only thing that threw me off a bit was the bathroom. The toilet area has these glass walls that are pretty much see-through, so there’s not a lot of privacy if you're traveling with someone who’s not a partner or close family. It’s a bit awkward, honestly. Wish they’d at least put in a curtain or frosted glass. But aside from that, it was a solid stay. Great location, comfy bed, and nice people. Would probably stay again, just maybe not if I’m sharing a room with a friend.

They will also patiently remind you of the surrounding precautions and avoid pitfalls. Their yak beef soup pot on the 5th floor tastes very good. There is not much to eat around in winter, and I am too lazy to run. There are many varieties of breakfast. For this price, it is still good. In the morning, they also provide free service to the scenic spot, but you need to take a taxi when you come back, but it is also very convenient. The hotel is a little distance from the road, it is really quiet, and it is rare to have a good sleep. It is a very happy stay and I will come again if I have the chance!
