I highly recommend this hotel with a five-star rating! The location is superb, very close to the gully entrance, making getting around incredibly convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so you don't have to worry about dining or shopping. The room was spotlessly clean, and the environment was comfortable and tidy. The staff were enthusiastic and proactive, responding quickly to any requests. There's also a huge terrace on the 6th floor with great views; it’s really pleasant to go up there and enjoy the breeze in your leisure time! Overall, the stay experience was perfect, and I will definitely choose this place again next time.

I had a great time traveling to Jiuzhaigou this time. A big reason for this was the ******* owner of the Jiuzhaigou Jenny Hotel where we stayed, a young and enthusiastic ******* woman. The hotel is a homestay type, with good decoration and complete facilities. The online reviews are very good. Because I paid attention to the reviews, I felt that it was a bit far from the main entrance of Jiuzhaigou when I checked in. I didn't expect the owner to tell us when checking in that we didn't have to worry about the hotel car picking us up and dropping us off at the scenic spots, and told us a detailed comparison map of the best routes for traveling, which was also the reason why our trip went smoothly. The unexpected surprise was that the room we checked in was only 147 yuan, but I didn't expect there was a free breakfast. The minimum two nights for two people can save at least 80 yuan, plus the shuttle bus, and the return to the bus station, these transportation costs can also save a lot, the hotel basically stayed for nothing. I was a little embarrassed. The hotel also has many ******* costumes that can be chosen for free photography, which I have experienced in the past two days. The experience is that the accommodation price is cheap, the service is enthusiastic, and the shuttle bus is handled by the hotel owner's father, who is honest and simple. This accommodation is well received!

After a winding drive up the mountain road, you arrive at the hotel entrance to find a valley landscape as beautiful as a fairytale. I absolutely recommend the Valley View rooms; you'll be captivated by the entire scenery of Jiuzhaigou – misty clouds and a tranquil valley, truly refreshing! The hotel service is attentive, consistently reflecting the brand's quality and thoughtfulness. Especially noteworthy is the hotel's photography service, which perfectly captured the entire landscape in photos, leaving us with wonderful memories. This is a hotel worth revisiting!

## Location and Transportation: I chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the scenic area entrance. I could walk to the park in the morning, and upon arrival, I confirmed it was indeed very close. This is a definite plus. Furthermore, there's a cluster of restaurants and shops not far from the hotel, making it convenient for dining and shopping. It's also quite close to the bus pick-up point. All these are advantages. And there's a McDonald's right downstairs, which is great for fast-food lovers. ## Parking: There's a parking lot right at the entrance, making it convenient for those arriving by car. ## Room View: I booked a twin room in advance, and it was possible to combine the beds. I had discussed this beforehand, and apparently, the most economical room type couldn't be combined, only the 'sunshine room' could. The room didn't have much of a view; outside the window was an abandoned building. ## Room Facilities: The room wasn't large, but it had everything necessary. The bathroom counter was small, and there was no place to hang towels. There was a sofa bed-like structure next to the bed, which was comfortable for sitting and reading. The overhead light was bright enough. The desk was a bit narrow, and it got cluttered easily if you put too many things on it. Also, there were too few charging outlets in the room, and the light switch combination was a bit unclear. The light directly above the bed made it hard to sleep when on, and I couldn't turn it off individually. ## Bed: The bed was quite comfortable. It would be even better if there was a small墊 between the combined beds. ## Breakfast: The breakfast spread was quite generous. Seating was limited, so it's best to go early. However, on the first day, my child's noodles were missing seasoning. When I went back to add it, a girl and a man responsible for clearing dishes took away my untouched bowl of wontons! I was shocked and asked them, 'You're clearing it before I've even finished?' My bag was still on the chair, and I hadn't even had my milk yet. Didn't they see any of that? The girl and the man just stared at me blankly, showing no apology, not even a 'sorry,' and just walked away. I was furious. Not only were they inconsiderate and wasteful, but they also refused to apologize when a guest confronted them. I then spoke to a young man, but I don't know what happened afterward. This left a very bad impression. ## Laundry Room: The hotel's laundry room was excellent. Not only were the washing machine and dryer separate, but the detergent and fabric softener were pre-dispensed, so I didn't have to add them myself, which was very convenient. Also, the dryer had three settings, and the medium setting dried clothes perfectly in twenty minutes. This was a highlight. ## Service: The person who answered my initial call wasn't particularly helpful. However, during my second call to confirm the room type, a Mr. Xu offered a complimentary breakfast for my child, which was very thoughtful. My child didn't eat much, but it was a very kind gesture. Additionally, the front desk can help purchase tickets for the 'Legend of Romance' show, which is also very convenient. In summary, the hotel maintains the quality expected of a chain hotel, and the overall service is good. However, those two individuals in the restaurant could use more training. I would consider staying here again on my next trip to Jiuzhaigou.

Overall, I had a great experience. We could contact the concierge anytime with questions, and the service was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Room: Pretty good, but some of the facilities are a bit old, likely because the hotel has been open for a while. Overall: Decent.

This hotel is super easy to find, just a short walk from the entrance of the scenic area. The lobby is beautiful, and they offer a self-service buffet of coffee, milk tea, and coconut milk, which all taste great! It's so refreshing to grab a drink after a tiring day. The room is clean, comfortable, and quiet. It's lovely to take a shower and watch TV after exploring all day. The staff are also very friendly and patient when answering questions. For a hotel right next to a scenic spot, this place is really excellent.

The parent-child themed rooms were a hit with the kids, featuring officially licensed cartoon themes that excited the little ones as soon as they entered. Warm and Attentive Service, A Home Away From Home From the comforting tremella soup offered at check-in to the meticulous care from the butler, every staff member demonstrated high professionalism and enthusiasm. They proactively helped plan our sightseeing routes and patiently answered all our questions. This genuine service made us feel incredibly warm and truly at home. Rich and Delicious Dining, A Feast for the Taste Buds The hotel's breakfast was truly abundant, offering a wide array of Chinese and Western dishes. Whether it was authentic Mianyang rice noodles or fresh bread and pastries, there was something to satisfy every palate. The signature yak hot pot for dinner was an absolute must-try, with its rich broth and tender, flavorful meat, leaving a lasting impression. Honestly, the hotel was really nice overall. The location is perfect—only about a 15-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, which made it super easy to get there early before the crowds. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well, which is always a win after a long day of walking around. The staff were friendly too, always smiling and helpful when we had questions. The only thing that threw me off a bit was the bathroom. The toilet area has these glass walls that are pretty much see-through, so there’s not a lot of privacy if you're traveling with someone who’s not a partner or close family. It’s a bit awkward, honestly. Wish they’d at least put in a curtain or frosted glass. But aside from that, it was a solid stay. Great location, comfy bed, and nice people. Would probably stay again, just maybe not if I’m sharing a room with a friend.

In the morning, they also provide free service to the scenic spot, but you need to take a taxi when you come back, but it is also very convenient. The hotel is a little distance from the road, it is really quiet, and it is rare to have a good sleep. It is a very happy stay and I will come again if I have the chance!
