I highly recommend this hotel with a five-star rating! The location is superb, very close to the gully entrance, making getting around incredibly convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so you don't have to worry about dining or shopping. The room was spotlessly clean, and the environment was comfortable and tidy. The staff were enthusiastic and proactive, responding quickly to any requests. There's also a huge terrace on the 6th floor with great views; it’s really pleasant to go up there and enjoy the breeze in your leisure time! Overall, the stay experience was perfect, and I will definitely choose this place again next time.

I had a great time traveling to Jiuzhaigou this time. A big reason for this was the ******* owner of the Jiuzhaigou Jenny Hotel where we stayed, a young and enthusiastic ******* woman. The hotel is a homestay type, with good decoration and complete facilities. The online reviews are very good. Because I paid attention to the reviews, I felt that it was a bit far from the main entrance of Jiuzhaigou when I checked in. I didn't expect the owner to tell us when checking in that we didn't have to worry about the hotel car picking us up and dropping us off at the scenic spots, and told us a detailed comparison map of the best routes for traveling, which was also the reason why our trip went smoothly. The unexpected surprise was that the room we checked in was only 147 yuan, but I didn't expect there was a free breakfast. The minimum two nights for two people can save at least 80 yuan, plus the shuttle bus, and the return to the bus station, these transportation costs can also save a lot, the hotel basically stayed for nothing. I was a little embarrassed. The hotel also has many ******* costumes that can be chosen for free photography, which I have experienced in the past two days. The experience is that the accommodation price is cheap, the service is enthusiastic, and the shuttle bus is handled by the hotel owner's father, who is honest and simple. This accommodation is well received!

The biggest highlight of Banyan Tree is definitely its excellent spa products! Especially the various scents, they greatly alleviate travel fatigue 🥱. I decisively bought a few Thai fragrances from the group. This time, I had a sudden idea to experience the Banyan Tree on the mountaintop in Jiuzhaigou, even though it's not a new hotel. However, the service overall is very much on point. I'd especially like to commend Xiao Yan at the front desk for accurately perceiving guests' preferences regarding their needs – truly commendable. Ms. Wu Lixi, a manager in the front office, was also particularly professional when introducing fragrances. Regarding the F&B section, I want to especially praise Manager Yan at the restaurant. The red wine he recommended was excellent, and the spicy pepper beef stir-fry (diaolong) with it was incredibly delicious. Manager Rao Junqiang was also an exceptionally efficient F&B professional, with incredibly quick responses. As someone who has worked in the hotel industry for many years, I can truly appreciate the heartwarming and attentive service. I wish Banyan Tree continued prosperity 😍

This hotel is probably the closest to the scenic area's ticket office, about 700 meters, which I tested and confirmed is a 10-minute walk. Plus, it's an InterContinental brand hotel, so at least you know the basic standards are guaranteed. Check-in was smooth, and they even have a delivery robot. Downstairs, there's a McDonald's, a bubble tea shop, and a small convenience store. For breakfast, you can order freshly cooked rice noodles, and there are also stir-fried dishes. Honestly, it's much better than the buffet lunch at Nuorilang in the scenic area. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. If you book in advance, the price is also quite reasonable. Highly recommended!

The rooms are spacious and very clean, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is quite substantial – the rice noodles were delicious! It's also easy to get a taxi. After booking, a staff member contacted us, and upon check-in, a concierge provided us with a Jiuzhaigou guide and hotel information. The restaurant has a good variety of dishes to order from; I highly recommend the yak hot pot. There's a supermarket right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. Overall, I had a great experience. We could contact the concierge anytime with questions, and the service was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Service: If you haven't gone out in the morning, the boss will take the initiative to call to ask if you are traveling by car or high-speed rail. If you take the high-speed rail, take the bus to the parking lot of the National University and send a master to pick you up. You can also send it to the entrance of the scenic spot in the morning. When I checked in, I sent some winter dates and two apples. The room I booked did not have breakfast, but in fact, there was breakfast, and the breakfast type was quite rich. Overall, I think this price is really good to achieve this level! Very recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located right by the entrance to the scenic area, within walking distance. Just outside the hotel, to the right, you'll find the Guoda parking lot and the direct shuttle bus stop for the scenic area. It's incredibly convenient. Facilities: The hotel parking lot is spacious, making it easy to park. The infrastructure is decent, and there are charging stations (slow charging, but a pleasant surprise as they're free). Cleanliness: The cleanliness is acceptable; at least the bedding is clean. Environment: The environment is good, with views of the mountains in front and ample natural light. Service: The front desk service is also very good, implementing a WeChat concierge service. However, I must give a special shout-out to the tall, thin guy who guides parking at the entrance – he's incredibly enthusiastic and excellent! He answers all questions and is very proactive in assisting with anything needed. He even half-runs when walking around. Breakfast: The Mianyang beef rice noodles are delicious, flavorful, and definitely worth trying. The portion size is just right, a small bowl, and you can ask for more if it's not enough. It's certainly better than what you'd find in many scenic areas. My positive review above is mainly due to the doorman and the breakfast offering.

Honestly, the hotel was really nice overall. The location is perfect—only about a 15-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, which made it super easy to get there early before the crowds. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well, which is always a win after a long day of walking around. The staff were friendly too, always smiling and helpful when we had questions. The only thing that threw me off a bit was the bathroom. The toilet area has these glass walls that are pretty much see-through, so there’s not a lot of privacy if you're traveling with someone who’s not a partner or close family. It’s a bit awkward, honestly. Wish they’d at least put in a curtain or frosted glass. But aside from that, it was a solid stay. Great location, comfy bed, and nice people. Would probably stay again, just maybe not if I’m sharing a room with a friend.

There is not much to eat around in winter, and I am too lazy to run. There are many varieties of breakfast. For this price, it is still good. In the morning, they also provide free service to the scenic spot, but you need to take a taxi when you come back, but it is also very convenient. The hotel is a little distance from the road, it is really quiet, and it is rare to have a good sleep. It is a very happy stay and I will come again if I have the chance!
