Five stars for this hotel! The location is super convenient for getting around, and the room was spotless with all the amenities. Breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff were absolutely wonderful – so warm and patient. I'd definitely recommend it to friends!

I had a great time traveling to Jiuzhaigou this time. A big reason for this was the ******* owner of the Jiuzhaigou Jenny Hotel where we stayed, a young and enthusiastic ******* woman. The hotel is a homestay type, with good decoration and complete facilities. The online reviews are very good. Because I paid attention to the reviews, I felt that it was a bit far from the main entrance of Jiuzhaigou when I checked in. I didn't expect the owner to tell us when checking in that we didn't have to worry about the hotel car picking us up and dropping us off at the scenic spots, and told us a detailed comparison map of the best routes for traveling, which was also the reason why our trip went smoothly. The unexpected surprise was that the room we checked in was only 147 yuan, but I didn't expect there was a free breakfast. The minimum two nights for two people can save at least 80 yuan, plus the shuttle bus, and the return to the bus station, these transportation costs can also save a lot, the hotel basically stayed for nothing. I was a little embarrassed. The hotel also has many ******* costumes that can be chosen for free photography, which I have experienced in the past two days. The experience is that the accommodation price is cheap, the service is enthusiastic, and the shuttle bus is handled by the hotel owner's father, who is honest and simple. This accommodation is well received!

Upon check-in, we were greeted with welcome candies and 2 complimentary drinks. The facilities are brand new and the hotel is within walking distance to the scenic area entrance. Breakfast was good, and they even have laundry facilities. Our room was nice at night, and being next to the Public Security Bureau made us feel very safe. It's also conveniently located for dining, with Zangwang Plaza walkable, as well as a McDonald's and convenience store just downstairs!

The rooms are spacious and very clean, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is quite substantial – the rice noodles were delicious! It's also easy to get a taxi. After booking, a staff member contacted us, and upon check-in, a concierge provided us with a Jiuzhaigou guide and hotel information. The restaurant has a good variety of dishes to order from; I highly recommend the yak hot pot. There's a supermarket right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. Overall, I had a great experience. We could contact the concierge anytime with questions, and the service was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

I booked a great value package on Trip.com for May 4th-7th, with no extra charges! On our second day, a hotel staff member, Zhaxi, led us on a reconnaissance walk around the hotel (we were lucky to get one-on-one service as there weren't many guests). The next day, I took my parents to re-experience the 'hidden trail hike' at Banyan Tree Jiuzhaigou. We were fortunate it didn't rain, and the three of us walked for nearly two hours, taking breaks. Along the way, we not only breathed in fresh air from the vast forest but also enjoyed beautiful scenery. Thanks to the F&B team for surprising my dad with a small birthday cake. At dinner, they also served longevity noodles and a special fruit platter (wild small cherries). We had a very pleasant stay at Banyan Tree these past few days. Although its location isn't ideal compared to other Banyan Tree/Angsana properties, and there's a large area of unfinished buildings outside that are quite an eyesore, the hotel staff's service was truly impeccable and thoughtful. The chef would discreetly check in on us during meals and even recommended delicious wild vegetables. At breakfast, they would proactively pour our coffee. In short, Banyan Tree Jiuzhaigou might not have the best hardware I've ever experienced, but the staff's perfectly balanced service left a deep impression on me. P.S. Since I was traveling with my elderly parents, after much consideration, I decided we would comfortably stay at the hotel for these few days, then check out and head to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, stay there for one night, and explore the park for two days. This way, it wasn't too tiring. The location is a bit far from the main attractions, but it's okay because you can take the train. There are a lot of train options, so it's easy to get around. I decided to check in alone to get some rest. They have electric kettles and coffee machines, as well as instant noodles. It's a good place to relax before going to work. The lobby offers self-service coffee, milk tea, and coconut milk, which is great. They also provide 24-hour one-on-one butler service, which is a nice touch.

The location is a huge plus. It's just a ten-minute walk to the scenic area entrance, so no need for taxis. Plus, there's a bustling commercial street nearby with plenty of shops, making it super convenient to grab snacks and supplies. The hotel also offers free parking with ample spaces, so you won't have to worry about parking if you're driving.

The adjacent 'Bianbian Street' adds a touch of local charm to the evenings; you can easily walk there to sample local delicacies and experience the lively atmosphere and charm of the Tibetan-style street. Rich ******* Flair, Unique Cultural Experience The hotel ingeniously integrates ******* culture into every detail. From the lobby decor to the room names, everything is filled with artistic flair. Most surprisingly, the hotel boasts its own professional theater and performance troupe, allowing guests to enjoy wonderful ******* and Qiang song and dance performances without leaving the premises. You can even try on ******* clothing for free and take stunning photos that will light up your social media feed. Such an immersive cultural experience is truly rare during a trip. Comfortable and Cozy Rooms, Thoughtful Details Our room was spacious and bright, with an excellent view. Opening the window, we could take in the panoramic mountain scenery. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a quality night's sleep after a tiring journey. The room was not only equipped with modern facilities but also thoughtfully provided an electric blanket to ward off the chill of the高原 nights. The parent-child themed rooms were a hit with the kids, featuring officially licensed cartoon themes that excited the little ones as soon as they entered. Warm and Attentive Service, A Home Away From Home From the comforting tremella soup offered at check-in to the meticulous care from the butler, every staff member demonstrated high professionalism and enthusiasm. They proactively helped plan our sightseeing routes and patiently answered all our questions. This genuine service made us feel incredibly warm and truly at home. Rich and Delicious Dining, A Feast for the Taste Buds The hotel's breakfast was truly abundant, offering a wide array of Chinese and Western dishes. Whether it was authentic Mianyang rice noodles or fresh bread and pastries, there was something to satisfy every palate. The signature yak hot pot for dinner was an absolute must-try, with its rich broth and tender, flavorful meat, leaving a lasting impression. In summary, Jiuzhaigou Xingu International Hotel is more than just a place to stay; it's a perfect travel experience that blends natural beauty with cultural artistry. From its hardware facilities and prime location to its service details and cultural essence, everything was impeccable. If we ever return to Jiuzhaigou, this will undoubtedly remain our top choice!

This hotel offered a truly excellent overall experience. First off, its location is superb, right in the heart of the city and right next to a subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient for reaching both tourist attractions and shopping districts. There's a wide variety of restaurants and shops nearby, catering to every need. Regarding the room facilities, the decor is modern and comfortable, giving a warm feeling the moment you step in. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the 24-hour hot water supply was a thoughtful touch. The amenities were comprehensive, suitable for both business and leisure. Service quality truly deserves praise. The staff were warm and friendly, from the attentive guidance during check-in to their professional and sincere responses to all inquiries during our stay. Their quick response times made us feel right at home, even though we were far away. As for cleanliness, it was excellent overall. The room was spotless, and the bathroom had no unpleasant odors. For dining, the breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. However, the hotel did have a few minor drawbacks, such as the soundproofing, which could be improved as we occasionally heard noise from the corridor. But overall, these small issues didn't detract from the stay. This hotel is an excellent choice for both business travelers and families.

Straight to the point, the view at the entrance is also good, the room is very clean and spacious, the air conditioner is very warm, and the bed is equipped with an electric blanket. We drove here, parking is really convenient, and there are charging piles. The staff are also very considerate, and gave a disposable toilet mat. They will also patiently remind you of the surrounding precautions and avoid pitfalls. Their yak beef soup pot on the 5th floor tastes very good. There is not much to eat around in winter, and I am too lazy to run. There are many varieties of breakfast. For this price, it is still good. In the morning, they also provide free service to the scenic spot, but you need to take a taxi when you come back, but it is also very convenient. The hotel is a little distance from the road, it is really quiet, and it is rare to have a good sleep. It is a very happy stay and I will come again if I have the chance!
