I had such a wonderful stay at Silverland Ben Thanh Hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a full day of exploring. The location is perfect – just a short walk to Ben Thanh Market and many popular tourist spots, which made getting around so convenient. What truly stood out was the excellent service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make my stay special, even preparing a thoughtful little surprise for my birthday, which I really appreciated and will always remember.

During a business trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I took the opportunity to bring my family along and stay at Hôtel des Arts Saigon. Ever since I first visited the hotel briefly, I had been longing to return—and this time, experiencing it with my family made it all the more special. Located in the heart of District 1, the hotel enjoys a prime location in the vibrant city center. As its name suggests, Hôtel des Arts is inspired by 1930s French Indochina, with an Art Deco style that runs seamlessly throughout the architecture and interiors. The public spaces are filled with carefully curated artwork and antiques, making the entire hotel feel like a living art gallery. Our room was on a high floor with a stunning city view—absolutely gorgeous. The rooftop bar was definitely a highlight. As my child put it, ”It's super chill.” From sunset to evening, there's live DJ music, and sipping a signature cocktail by the infinity pool while watching the sun go down was truly magical—perhaps one of the best rooftop moments in the city. The service was impeccable. From the moment we entered the lobby, to checking in upstairs, to being greeted at the rooftop bar, every staff member we encountered was polite, welcoming, and professional. In-room requests were handled promptly and efficiently. We also enjoyed the food very much. The Pho was especially authentic—whether served as room service or at breakfast. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the staff even remembered our table when we went to order from the live cooking stations—such a thoughtful touch. The hotel is within walking distance of many key attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The only minor downside was the Youth Center downstairs, which hosts various events and can be a little noisy during the day. But considering the central location, it’s a small trade-off for everything else the hotel offers. Overall, we had a truly relaxing and “chill” weekend as a family. Elegant, artistic, comfortable, and full of warm hospitality—Hôtel des Arts Saigon delivered a perfect urban retreat.

La Vela Saigon is a stunning urban oasis. The rooftop infinity pool offers breathtaking city views, and the elegant rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Service is attentive, and the breakfast buffet is exceptional. Perfect for a luxurious stay in Ho Chi Minh City—stylish, relaxing, and truly memorable. Highly recommended!

The hotel position is city center. It is near to shopping mall. Amost you can get what you buy. The condo hotel environment is nice.The room inside is clean and tidy. What is the key is that the price is reasonable. What you get is what you pay for. Strongly recommend.

Hotel staff were friendly, well-mannered, and professional in their service. Room cleaning staff were helpful and cleaned our room everyday, even if we put the ”Do Not Disturb” sign on our door. Room service was very easy and help was always provided very fast. The shower was great, easy to use, and always very clean. However, the hotel room is always a bit dusty, especially the window blinds and the bedside drawers. The pool could also be cleaned more regularly, as there are dirt particles floating around. The biggest pain point for us was that the food could be so much better! The afternoon tea was very bad and we only ate there once on our first day. I think you can serve fresh vegetable spring rolls as snacks instead of the ham bread, which was as dry as a rock. Most of the tea buffet provided were not edible. The breakfast was average too - we opted to eat outside at the banh mi carts and noodle carts, which tasted much better. I wish you can work together with some of these sellers to provide good local breakfast or afternoon tea. Besides that, the best point about Au Lac (other than the excellent service staff) is really the location. We never had to travel more than 15 minutes to any popular tourist location or shopping mall. We were so close to District 1 that our days were always fun and enjoyable to travel around. We really appreciated the central location so much. Overall, our stay at Au Lac was good.

#mhotelsaigon M Hotel Saigon has a very convenient location with lots of shopping and dining options nearby, and getting around is easy with Grab. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the room was about 390 sq ft spacious and comfortable, especially for couples. The open-style bathtub and toilet inside the room added a romantic touch. At night there is a small red-light area nearby, but the neighborhood still felt safe overall. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, well organized, and the staff was polite and helpful. The location was convenient and quiet, which made my trip more relaxing. Overall, I am satisfied and would be happy to come back again.
