Roseland Corp Hotel

The breakfast was great, very diverse, with options from different countries. The room was also very comfortable and clean. I really liked it and will definitely stay here again next time.

The location is great, making it super convenient to get to all the nearby attractions and the mall. The facilities are pretty good too; I especially liked the automatic toilet. The hygiene was acceptable, everything was quite clean. Service-wise, the breakfast spread was generous and the staff were very friendly. My only complaint is that the air conditioning in the lobby on the first floor was blasting – it was freezing! Definitely not good for feng shui either, haha. Our room was at the end of the hall, so it was a bit on the smaller side.

The hotel's location is excellent, the room is very clean, and the staff are incredibly warm and helpful. A remarkable thing happened during my stay. On my first day in Ho Chi Minh City, I unfortunately lost my wallet, which contained nearly 4 million Vietnamese Dong. I thought it had been pickpocketed on April 30th while watching a show near the Cafe Apartment building. To my surprise, when I checked out on May 2nd, the front desk manager proactively asked if I had lost anything. Immediately, I saw my wallet, with all its contents intact! I am so grateful to the hotel! It even had my wedding ring inside, and I was dreading explaining its loss when I got home. This truly made my trip unforgettable!

I was here for a business trip and just randomly picked this hotel, but it turned out to be fantastic! Mike and Ka at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and Mike even speaks Chinese. The hotel itself is very comfortable and quiet, they offer breakfast, and there are plenty of food options nearby. It's also close to Japan Town.

The hotel is located in a very noisy downtown area. The room is tiny, and the bed faces the door directly. The shower is inside the bathtub, and the water pressure from the faucet is very slow. The bathroom and toilet are combined. The front desk is on the second floor, and there's no elevator from the first floor. It's very expensive, but the overall quality of the stay is poor, offering no value for money. I do not recommend it.
