KiN Hotel Ly Tu Trong Edition

First time in Vietnam but the people here really left me with such a good impression. Every KiN hotel staff that I met were super friendly and helpful. There was some issue with my shower hot water and they were quick to rectify. Overall room was clean and the breakfast spread is good too. Booking grab service was easy and convenient too. There are also a few convenience stores around the area and it’s walking distance to nearby shopping mall. I would love to be back again for sure ❤️

Very caring service by WhatsApp which can communicate well even when going outside. The breakfast is great, many choices, tasing good! But the pool is quite small, not a bad idea for sunbathing or relaxing in the water.

The hotel service staff are awesome. Always greeting and smiling. They used whatsapp to keep in touch n will always be checking if everything is alright n if we need anything. Location is great too, with many massage places to choose from, 4Ps pizza is just 2 minutes walk n Bánh than market is nearby too. The only downside of the hotel room is the shower water temperature. It’s either too hot or too cold. You have to take a few minutes for the temperature to be right. Water pressure can be better too. Other than this, this hotel is great!

The hotel is located in a super convenient spot, there are many good restaurants, coffee shops and spas nearby. The staff are super polite and helpful. Will defo recommend others to book it if they go to hcm city

I stayed at Kin Hotel Ly Tu Trong on April 18th in the Executive City Room (Room 602, King bed), and I'm still smiling thinking about it. Let me start with the heart of this review: Daphne - the receptionist who turned a good stay into a truly memorable one. Her conversation was meaningful, warm, and genuine – the kind of interaction you don't forget. In a world where service can feel robotic, Daphne reminded me what real hospitality looks like. She's a gem, and I'm grateful for her. Now, the room. Silky sheets, I mean genuinely silky. I had a great sleep. Sunday traffic outside? Didn't bother me at all. I woke up feeling rested and peaceful. The shower system was a pleasant surprise (really good water pressure and design). Wi-Fi was solid – 55.7Mbps down, 73.2Mbps up. The team was fast, professional, and even sent local tips to my phone. Check-in felt a little crowded with luggage in the lobby (I arrived at 12:15), but the staff handled it gracefully. If I had one respectful suggestion – and it's truly a small one – please consider adding a master light switch on the left side of the bed, not just the right. As someone who sleeps on the left, I'd love that little convenience. Centralized lighting control would be a dream. Overall, I loved my stay. Daphne, thank you. Kin Hotel, thank you.
