Dream Palace Ben Thanh Grand Hotel

The location is convenient enough in district 1 to reach all major tourist spots by walking. The room was clean and comfortable. The surrounding area includes some shops and good places to grab coffee or meals.

A very modernised hotel. I definitely had a wonderful time in Ho Chi Minh. Location of the hotel is superb and convenient. The hotel breakfast to be honest was lack of choices but I think was good enough to have a simple breakfast. Nothing to complain. Deserve a 5 star review

The room hotel is clean and comfortable. The hotel is located about 50meters inside alley but overall its okay. Definitely will book this hotel again if i come to Hochiminh

having had some overwhelmingly positive experience with staying in similar hotels in china (specifically UrCove hotels by HYATT), i was looking forward to my stay here as i have read from the reviews that the owner of this hotel is from china. this hotel did not disappoint. definitely affordable, especially for a hotel right smack in the most convenient location of district 1. clean, luxurious vibes, top notch Chinese amenities (free self-service laundry room with detergent included), and the classic chinese smiley and friendly service. not surprised to hear from the manager John, who is an amazing lad by the way, that the owner basically copy-pasted the entire concept that is the standard from china. fantastic value-for-money. location is great, walking distance from all the usual suspects. fyi, you have to order banh mi huynh hoa on grabfood while you're staying here, trust me, it will be the best banh mi you have ever had. p.s. breakfast variety may not be the best, but still decent for a quick bite and a solid coffee just to start the day before you set off for some amazing street food.

The hotel is brand new, everything feels fresh, modern, and spotless. One thing I really enjoyed was the free self-service laundry room in the B1 basement, it was very convenient especially for a longer stay. Their location is also great, just a short walk from Ben Thanh Market and the walking street. The staff were kind, welcoming and always willing to help. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
