NiK Hotel Nguyen Trai

Very comfy hotel, nice environment, staff is helpful especially Darien, Aaron and Tai, they help us to carry the heavy luggage and a lot of stuff. We reques for weighting scale, they provide us too! Very nice experience to stay over this hotel 👍 🌟🌟🌟

The hotel is just renovated so it is clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is very convenient as there are a lot of fashion shops nearby and the famous banh mi restaurant also is within walking distance.

First time stay at this hotel I alway go for business trip in Ho Chi Minh want to try new place. I Stay for 3 nights The location of this hotel not bad only small road entrance car cannot get in but a little walk , room and breakfase also good not too small and price can execpt

The hotel is in the central city in a very peaceful area. The staffs are very helpful and always offer for helping their clients. Probably pick this hotel again for the next time.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, but it is situated in a back alley behind the shops where cars cannot enter. If you need to take a Grab, you have to walk out to the main road. It is not recommended for guests with a lot of luggage. The hotel has only been open for two weeks. The hot water temperature is inconsistent, sometimes hot and sometimes cold, and the water pressure is extremely low. The toilet seat is also broken. Hopefully, there will be improvements.
