This hotel is great! The location is excellent, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

The hotel's cleanliness needs significant improvement. There was a lot of hair left in the bathtub that wasn't cleaned. Service efficiency also needs to be enhanced, as wait times were excessively long.

The hotel's location is great, but when I left on the second afternoon, I asked the staff to clean the room. However, when I returned in the evening, the room hadn't been cleaned or tidied up; they had only added towels and toothbrushes.

The room was okay, but honestly, the design above the bathtub was a bit... odd. I was constantly worried about hitting my head. If there's a bathtub, why have such a strange, oppressive design? It would be better to just remove it. Breakfast was quite rich, and the gym and sauna were great. The gym being open 24 hours was a pleasant surprise, and they even offer free bananas – a gym-goer's dream! The swimming pool looked nice, but I didn't get to try it.

This hotel is in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, very close to Bui Vien Street. It's clean and tidy, with nice views from the room. The breakfast selection is also quite varied and abundant. Definitely worth a stay, highly recommended!

My overall experience at Pullman was fantastic! The hotel's location is convenient, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly warm and professional, making my stay feel both secure and relaxing. What truly impressed me, however, was the hotel's restaurant, Food Connexion. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, all of which were delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and served in an elegant setting. But what really moved me was the striking display at the restaurant entrance (as pictured): "TAKE ALL YOU CAN EAT BUT EAT ALL YOU TAKE" Below it, it clearly stated that yesterday's food waste amounted to 8.7 KGS, enough to feed 34 people! Seeing this genuinely touched me. Many hotels these days simply encourage guests to "eat all you want" but rarely remind them to value food. Pullman not only turned this message into a prominent sign but also openly shared daily waste statistics, truly putting the "clean plate campaign" into practice. This commitment to environmental and social responsibility made me, as a guest, consciously take only what I could finish, making my meal more enjoyable and guilt-free. I highly recommend staying at Pullman, especially for those who love buffets! The hotel not only offers top-notch environment and service but, more importantly, this rare blend of thoughtfulness and warmth. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to HCMC! 👍

The facilities are a bit old. I booked a king-sized bed, but it turned out to be two single beds pushed together. However, the service was good.

The location is excellent, in a bustling area just a short walk to Pham Ngu Lao Street. It's also not far from the Saigon River pier. There are plenty of dining and coffee options, both high-end and affordable. However, the hotel itself is more business-oriented and lacks a luxurious, leisure feel.
