Location super good. Love it. Hotel getting a bit old run down. Tv remote control no battery. Room aircon control not working. But they reacted and make good very fast. Still bath towel not white any more, more towards grey soon, threads coming out. Hotel has great view. As in attached picture.

The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and thoughtful. It was great to be able to open the windows for fresh air. The breakfast fruit was fresh and delicious. Plus, the hotel's location on Ho Chi Minh Square made getting around super convenient.

This hotel seems to be an older one that's been recently renovated. When I first entered the room, there was a slight musty smell, but it disappeared after running the air conditioning for a bit. It's very close to Ho Chi Minh City center, within walking distance. One minor issue is that it's right next to the road, so there's a bit of noise.

Caveat that I spent most of the time outside touring HCMC so I’m not too fussed about the accommodations. That said, the location is excellent - walking distance to many amenities, nice street food, and even some decent nightlife venues nearby. If I were to complain, it’ll be that the window didn’t have much of a view. But again, not too fussed there.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the city center. The views from the higher-floor rooms are fantastic, and the rooms themselves are very spacious. The front desk service was also good, and the price was reasonable, offering great value for money.
