Good hotel in a good location. Big and clean room with big comfortable bed and wide bathroom.

The breakfast selection is excellent; however, the exhaust system near the cooking and egg-frying station does not seem to be functioning well. My hair and clothes had a strong smell every morning after dining in, even when I chose a seat in the far corner. We were pleasantly surprised to find a slice of birthday cake prepared for my husband by the hotel. It was a very thoughtful gesture, but I would suggest covering the cake for hygiene reasons, as we were unsure how long it had been left exposed—especially since our room was not ready due to an air-conditioning leak. Although the issue was fixed before our check-in, the water leaked again on our last night. Additionally, it would be helpful to have another receptionist available to assist individual guests during group check-ins. I had to wait for your staff to complete the entire group registration before attending to me. :( Overall, the stay was good. Thank you.

I stayed at Nicecy Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City for 7 days and had a really pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast every morning was a great bonus with limited variety of choices BUT you won’t get bored to start the day. What really stood out was the excellent service. A special thank you to Iris (front desk), who went above and beyond to help me coordinate with a seller for an item I purchased online. Her assistance made my trip much smoother, and I truly appreciated her friendly and professional support. Overall, Nicecy Hotel offers great value, comfort, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, whether for business or leisure.

Great hotel worth experiencing. Good location near Japanese street, Bach Dang river, Notre Dame Cathedral, Independence Palace,... very easy to move and convenient. The room is clean, neat and meticulous, with soft yellow lights, full of mineral water, towels and automatic toilets, that's great. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is clean. Breakfast here is great, salmon, beef, chicken or vegetable desserts are all delicious, especially Pho with rich Vietnamese flavor. Finally, compliments for the manager and all the staff, the cleaners, restaurant, receptionist and bellman, they all work well, communicate well and take good care of me and the taxi to get here is also easy with the distance to the airport about 30 minutes. And I will come back here and introduce more friends and relatives. Thank Roseland Sweet and all the staff very much ❤️

During my stay at M Village Hotel Thi Sach, I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities and service the hotel offered. The hotel looks exactly as pictured and the room is very spacious for 2. Upon our arrival, the staff are very welcoming and helped us carry our luggage up the small step of stairs. They also had a brief introduction of Vietnam and the area we were staying in. Subsequently, they even sent us some recommendations through WhatsApp. We also requested for another chair in the room which they happily provided. Throughout our stay, the staff were very responsive and helpful and typically repl within a few minutes. The gym and rooftop pool are also well maintained and lounge is really pretty. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. Thank you so much to the team for the welcoming experience :)

Besides it's great location and good cleanliness, the rest doesn't look great. Only bed, cloth wall hangar, towel, table and chair available in the room, very basic amenities. Moreover, it is a self check in hotel. So, there is no reception counter for check in, check out and enquiries. Please be careful that you don't lock yourself outside the room. Because it is very difficult for you to reach out to any receptionist. Even the WhatsApp number does not give any reply. There is no proper notice of procedure of check out sent out before hand. If you don't want to accidentally lock yourself outside the room during the nick of time, don't book this place until the communication problem is resolved. To the hotel, you really need to improve communication with customers.

Hotel staff were friendly, well-mannered, and professional in their service. Room cleaning staff were helpful and cleaned our room everyday, even if we put the ”Do Not Disturb” sign on our door. Room service was very easy and help was always provided very fast. The shower was great, easy to use, and always very clean. However, the hotel room is always a bit dusty, especially the window blinds and the bedside drawers. The pool could also be cleaned more regularly, as there are dirt particles floating around. The biggest pain point for us was that the food could be so much better! The afternoon tea was very bad and we only ate there once on our first day. I think you can serve fresh vegetable spring rolls as snacks instead of the ham bread, which was as dry as a rock. Most of the tea buffet provided were not edible. The breakfast was average too - we opted to eat outside at the banh mi carts and noodle carts, which tasted much better. I wish you can work together with some of these sellers to provide good local breakfast or afternoon tea. Besides that, the best point about Au Lac (other than the excellent service staff) is really the location. We never had to travel more than 15 minutes to any popular tourist location or shopping mall. We were so close to District 1 that our days were always fun and enjoyable to travel around. We really appreciated the central location so much. Overall, our stay at Au Lac was good.

Very impressed with the hotel, very clean, convenient location, friendly & helpful staff. They have a laundry room for guest to wash their cloths. Staff very efficient, have initiative as well. Highly recommended ts hotel. Will come back here again. Staff Tina was very helpful.
