In general, this hotel offers terrible value for the price they charge (around $70 per night). The soundproofing is practically nonexistent, and the hotel is surrounded by karaoke venues and restaurants playing loud music. The cacophony starts at around 4:00 p.m. and continues until almost 11:00 p.m.
The mornings aren't any better. Around 8:00 a.m., you're woken up by nearby construction, traffic honking, and more loud music from the surrounding restaurants. The windows have almost no sound insulation, so it feels like you're sleeping on the street. You can also clearly hear your neighbors and doors constantly slamming throughout the hotel.
The hallways aren't air-conditioned, so you'll end up sweating while walking to the elevator and waiting for it, especially since it's quite slow.
Another unpleasant surprise was that the receptionist kept pushing me to leave a Google review before checking me in, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
Overall, this experience is nowhere near what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. In my opinion, this property would be reasonably priced at around $10 to $20 per night, not $70.
To make matters worse, the bedsheets made my skin itchy, and the water was so hard that my skin felt extremely dry after every shower.
