"The location of the hotel is excellent, just next to MAYA and One Nimman. Despite our room is facing the nightlife and main road, the noises are bearable and activities end by midnight. Some fixtures required upgrades and maintenance. Great service by the friendly staff. Our requests were attended promptly."

"Absolutely fantastic! SO clean, so luxurious; and has a fancy restaurant and pretty afternoon tea. Absolutely pristine housekeeping - better than any place I've stayed, and I've stayed in Dubai, Fiji, etc. - fancy places. 'Win' is the housekeeper supervisor and he was taking care of our room, I believe. AMAZING housekeeping and the room was just perfection on arrival. I can't fault it. The only thing is the airport transfer - Reception arranged a partner company and it was not luxury and not pleasant, although the vehicle quality was fine. Chino@Nimmas was very accomodating and great responses once they heard my feedback on that and arranged hotel car and staff to drive me back, which was perfect. If they could do that all the time, that would be best, otherwise, I'd recommend arranging your own luxury transfer or ensuring it's their staff and vehicle. 10/10 though stay. We would definitely stay again and it's probably our favourite room and cleanliness of any resort or hotel we've stayed in, and we've stayed in a lot of 5-star luxury ones."

The swimming pool and the lobby of the hotel was with great vibes and definetely very instagrammable. A short grab ride away from the university night market and it was a very comfortable stay."

"The place is nice and clean. Good size, and comfortable. The AC worked without any issues and there's an air purifier as well. The room even has a small balcony which I didn't expect. Nice place to relax for a while. There is free cold water near the front desk which is a plus, and the coffee that came with the included breakfast was good also. Don't have any complaints. Overall, would recommend."

"Wonderful hotel. Amazing landscaping and aesthetic in Lanna style. Lovely room with Japanese toilet! Excellent location - an oasis of calm from the relative hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai (which was actually very calm and relaxing city to be be). I will definitely come back. Breakfast was nothing amazing and the coffee was awful. But the free mini bar was a great touch. Better to go for massage in local places than Waya."
